The Early Education and Childcare Coalition unites the voices of parents, children, providers, early years professionals and the wider business community, working together for investment and reform of early education and childcare in England.

We are now looking to appoint a Deputy Director to help steer that work and further drive the development of the Coalition. You will work closely with the Executive Director (ED) to lead our influencing work at the highest level, strengthening our policy platform, and ensuring we translate evidence into meaningful impact. About The Role
· Salary: £62,000 - £64,170 per annum FTE
We are a remote team, with most colleagues based outside London. This role requires regular access to Westminster, so you will need to be based in or within easy reach of London.
We work flexibly and understand the realities of balancing work with caring commitments. We trust you to manage your time but expect that most of your hours are worked within core office hours to fulfil the requirements of the role. To support fluent remote working, we require all staff to work on Thursdays.
This is a dual role, delivering our policy, engagement and public affairs strategy while also supporting the Executive Director to grow the Coalition as an organisation and movement. You will play a central role in shaping the Coalition’s strategy, culture and growth. This is a senior, outward-facing role, suited to someone who can think strategically, build influence at the highest levels, and remain hands-on within a small and ambitious team.
About You
You are a senior public affairs professional with a strong track record of strategic influencing and engagement to shape policy. You bring robust judgement and credibility and are motivated by the opportunity to deliver meaningful change in a high-profile policy area and may have experience on public-service reform.
You are equally comfortable setting direction and delivering through others as you are rolling up your sleeves to respond to fast-moving political developments. You are a confident relationship-builder who can operate effectively at senior levels, while working collaboratively across a diverse coalition.
You should have previous experience of managing functions and teams and working in senior leadership teams. Ideally you will be live to the challenges of working in a small, but high-impact national organisation and have experience of scaling teams and functions.

Fundraising Manager
Location: Home-based, with regular travel across the Thames Valley region
Salary: c.£38,000 per annum (pro rata if part-time)

Purpose:

The Senior Supporter Engagement Manager will lead the strategic development of personalised, data‑driven supporter experiences that deepen engagement and maximise long‑term value. This new role sits at the heart of our ambition to grow strategic partnerships, unlocking opportunities across a range of industries and cementing corporate fundraising as a core income stream for PCR.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full breadth of corporate engagement – from new business prospecting and pitching, to developing employee fundraising and awareness activities, and supporting wider strategic, multi‑year partnerships.
You will work closely with colleagues in areas such as Events & Community, Major Donors, and Marketing & Communications and play a central role in identifying cross-team opportunities and providing excellent supporter stewardship across the charity’s programmes of work. We're looking for a dynamic, highly organised Individual Giving & Engagement Officer to support the delivery of our broad recruitment and stewardship programme for 1 year fixed-term contract. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is collaborative, detail-orientated and purpose-driven, who wants to help us work towards making pregnancy safer and help more families bring their babies' home.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering impactful, multi-channel fundraising campaigns that inspire supporters and drive income. Working closely with the Individual Giving & Engagement team, you’ll help deliver donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship activity, ensuring our supporters feel valued and engaged at every stage of their journey.
You’ll work across a wide-ranging programme including appeals, in-memory giving, supporter communications, legacy activity and digital engagement. From coordinating campaigns and updating supporter journeys, to analysing performance and supporting financial processes, this is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
We’re looking for someone who can balance creativity with strong organisation, enjoys working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and is motivated by making a real difference. Context and Background
The NSPCC's mission is to end cruelty to children in the UK. In order to carry out its
charitable work and achieve its strategic objectives, the NSPCC must communicate
efficiently and effectively with the maximum possible impact, relevance and emotional

The prime purpose of the NSPCC’s Strategic Marketing te am is to deliver timely and
effective best practice marketing and compelling strategic marketing priority campaigns
and propositions, working in partnership with Brand an d Marketing colleagues , and team s
across the organisation.
Strong leadership, project management and influencing skills are essential due to the need
to engage a diverse range of key stakeholders, to work collaboratively across the
organisation and to manage external agencies. Resilience and determination are key to
ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget. Analytical and problem-solving
skills are also critical to measure and assess results, define insights and refine activities to
continually improve performance.
Job purpose
1. Own the development and implementation of our integrated marketing strategy.
2. To contribute to the development and execution of the organisation’s overall brand
strategy and audience specific strategies .
3. To maximise the impact of our audience facing divisions’ most visible marketing efforts
and ensure an integrated and coordinated approach to high level marketing.
4. Offer strategic council to all NSPCC senior managers on marketing.

Main duties and responsibilities
1. Building and maintaining the NSPCC brand and sub -brand(s):
a. Contributing and developing to the overarching and audience specific NSPCC
brand strategies by working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

c. Guardianship, internal brand engagement and activation, and stakeholder
management through all levels.2. Overseeing paid for advertising campaigns: managing creative teams/agencies and

About the job role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Legacy & In Memory Officer to join our Fundraising team at St Joseph’s Hospice. We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering legacy and/or in-memory campaigns and working in a fundraising environment.
The purpose of this role is to manage and grow the legacy fundraising and in-memory giving programmes. This will involve providing exceptional stewardship to supporters to build long-term engagement, managing legacy and in-memory campaigns to reach agreed objectives and building relationships with local solicitors and funeral directors alongside other stakeholders.
Working with the Public Fundraising Manager, the post holder will deliver a strategy to increase income, develop relationships and effectively deliver in-memory events and campaigns.

Started by students and graduates of Oxford University (hence the OK in our name - Oxford Kilburn) The OK Club has been providing activities for children and young people for the past 60 years and we have exciting plans for our next phase of development.
As well as continuing our programme of youth and children’s activities, over the last couple of years we have also expanded our provision to make the club building available to the wider community. Taking an asset based approach, our Community Animator enabled us to open our doors and connect in a new way with our neighbours.
As CEO you will be responsible for overseeing three key areas -
Applicants will have proven experience of leadership in a charity or community context. The ability to work positively with young people is essential, and experience of managing a building and budgets is also important.
Our funding from John Lyon is initially for three years but we anticipate that, with a brilliant new CEO our funding will grow to make the post sustainable.
The OK Club is located in South Kilburn, North West London. We currently find ourselves in the middle of a building site (quite literally) and that our neighbourhood is changing drastically. Brent Council are continuing their massive regeneration project - demolishing all existing tower blocks and replacing them with new ones, with a greater number of housing units. While much around us is changing, our desire to support children and young people with play and development opportunities is as strong as ever.
The OK Club currently has:
A part time Youth Work Development Officer who oversees our youth work programme.
A part time Building Manager.
A part time Community Animator.
A part time Children's Worker.
Four interns (two full time and two part time, shared with churches), usually from abroad on gap year schemes.
Christian Holt House which can accommodate up to five further individuals who live as part of the missional community and are required as part of their tenancy to contribute to Club activities.
A small but important number of volunteers are recruited from among parents and the community generally. We are keen to grow this team, particularly with older young people and other members of the local community.
Our site contains the following facilities:
A sports hall
3 x activity spaces
A kitchen
Garden
Two upper floors which are currently rented out to other organisations.
We have been funded by Brent Council to renovate our Sports Hall and have ambitious plans for our whole site development in the coming years.
The work of the OK Club is overseen by a Management Committee (Trustees) who meet every two months, and the post will be Line Managed by one of the Trustees.
