The Role
As part of the Youth Policy and Engagement Team the post holder will be one of two Business Programme Coordinators. This role will support the delivery and smooth running of the creative programme for 11-30’s including open access and schools and community groups.
About you:
We are looking for a professional and proactive individual with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail to coordinate the smooth operational running of a range of inclusive youth programmes across a range of creative disciplines. The role is full-time, predominantly working Monday to Friday with occasional evening or weekend work.

Recovery Support Team Leader

About The Role
The Recovery Support service is available to current or former Forward Trust clients who are on a substance misuse recovery pathway, making good progress within the Forward Trust towards their personal goals, and coming to the end of their current treatment pathway.
While Recovery Support is not exclusively for clients who are abstinent, clients will need to be in control of their drink and/ or drug use, and not be chaotic in their using i.e. heavy drinking, antisocial behaviour, daily/binge using of either drugs or alcohol (especially main substance/s of choice).
Roles Responsibilities
The Team Leader will be based within the central Recovery Support team. The Team Leader will be responsible for co-ordinating all recovery support functions across Forward Trust’s substance misuse services into a coherent and effective service that offers inspiration and a structured pathway to recovery for service users, as well as supporting to develop our peer led network called Forward Connect. The Team leader will also support with the delivery of the peer mentoring strategy in their allocated geographical areas.
The aim of the role is to have a robust recovery support service integrated into all services, promoting and modelling the organisations values and ethos, supporting service users to further develop their recovery and lives, whilst bringing visible lived experience to all including staff via a range of recovery support interventions.
The role is Hybrid but regular travel is required to London and Surrey prison and community projects as well as visits to national Forward Trust projects. This role will require occasional cover of weekend and out of hours shifts in this area. Travel will be covered by The Forward Trust to any areas outside of your base unit and ideally you should be based within the London or Surrey areas.

Purpose of the post
As part of the IRIE Mind team, the Psychotherapist will provide high-quality, culturally responsive and trauma-informed counselling/psychotherapy to clients.
Working within a BACP-accredited counselling service, the postholder will deliver structured therapeutic interventions of up to 12 sessions, supporting clients to achieve meaningful outcomes within a time-limited model.
The role requires a practitioner who can safely hold and work with complex trauma, including experiences linked to racism, systemic inequality, intergenerational trauma and identity. The postholder will apply culturally informed, integrative and evidence-based approaches to support client recovery and wellbeing.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the postholder will contribute to IRIE Mind’s holistic service offer, delivering culturally responsive and trauma-informed talking therapy alongside colleagues delivering psychosocial interventions, including groups, mental health coaching and advocacy, to improve access, engagement and outcomes.

The Strategic Director is responsible for overseeing Reprieve’s casework, litigation, and advocacy in service of our mission to end the death penalty and abuses carried out in the name of “counterterrorism” or “national security”. This is a senior management position that combines strategic vision with operational delivery. About you
Working within the communications and marketing team, you'll be confident in managing our social media accounts (we have many), ensuring we're using platforms to get our messages out to both wide and targeted audiences with engaging and timely content.
You'll be happy using tools for social listening, interacting with our audiences and building our reach. You'll be familiar with key metrics for social engagement and will be reporting back to colleagues and other stakeholders - and using this data to constantly improve our communications.
You'll be skilled in writing longer form content for our members' magazine, Caring, proof reading articles, posting content on our websites, creating graphics and making sure our content is engaging, audience focused and dynamic. Oh, and you probably know your way around an emoji set and are not scared of a well timed pun. About the Role
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll lead the People Strategy and provide executive leadership across the Samaritans community. You’ll ensure that our culture reflects our values of trust, collaboration, inclusion and high performance, connecting staff and volunteers in a shared purpose.
This role spans the full spectrum of people experience across staff and volunteering, from recruitment, engagement, development, and wellbeing, to pay and reward, equity, diversity, inclusion and retention, you’ll be providing strategic oversight that enables our volunteer and paid workforce to deliver life-saving impact.
You’ll help ensure Samaritans is an employer and volunteering organisation of choice, strengthening leadership, culture and people experience to support our ambitious transformation journey.

The contract terms
• Permanent contract
• £110,000 per annum plus Benefits
• Our full time hours are 35 hours per week, but we are committed to flexible working and offer a hybrid approach to working. Members of our ELT are expected to be in person at one of our offices at least once a week and sometimes more. Due to the nature of our work, regular evening and weekend working is required of ELT members with time off in lieu given.
• Hybrid working: Meeting in person and working collaboratively are things we value. This role is linked to our Ewell (Surrey) office with a blend of home working and option to work out of our London office as required.
Criminal record check (DBS): We take safeguarding seriously at Samaritans and follow safe recruitment practices. As this role has direct contact with children and adults at risk, this role will require an Enhanced DBS check with Adults and Children’s Barred Lists.
At offer stage, as part of the conditional job offer, we will require the candidate to disclose in full, spent and unspent convictions by completing a declaration form. The declaration form will only be seen by those who need to see it as part of the recruitment process.

We deliver clinically led, volunteer-powered nature prescriptions that achieve clinically measurable outcomes. Independent research, including a two-year study with the London School of Economics, has demonstrated statistically significant improvements in wellbeing, life satisfaction and purpose among participants.

The Role
This is a key fundraising role within a small and collaborative charity team.
As Fundraising Lead, you will play an important part in developing and delivering a diversified fundraising pipeline, with a particular focus on trusts and foundations, alongside philanthropy and selected partnership opportunities.
You will report to and work closely with the Director of Growth & Strategy, who leads overall fundraising strategy and senior relationships, while you focus on driving day-to-day fundraising activity, pipeline development and funder engagement.
