We're looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator to join UNJUST and support the development and delivery of community engagement activities that amplify lived experience, build trust, raise awareness and contribute to our research, policy and advocacy aims.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll build and maintain relationships with community groups, grassroots organisations and individuals with lived experience of the criminal justice system. You'll design and deliver engagement events, facilitate workshops and listening sessions, promote opportunities for community members to get involved in UNJUST's work and help develop creative, ethical ways of gathering and sharing lived experience stories.
The role also includes co-creating programmes and materials with communities, supporting content creation for social media, recruiting interns and volunteers from impacted communities, and representing UNJUST in relevant forums, networks and coalitions.
We're looking for someone with experience in community engagement, organising or outreach, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and an understanding of racial justice and the UK criminal justice system. You'll be committed to UNJUST's mission, values and anti-racist working practices, and be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.

About you
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities Coordinator to join a small, high-performing team within a dynamic, client-facing environment. Working closely with the Facilities Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operational management of the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and professional workplace. This varied position includes supporting building maintenance, coordinating facilities operations, and assisting with the delivery of internal and commercial events, including set-up, in-meeting support, and porterage of furniture, deliveries, and equipment. Job summary
This role will predominantly support the Service Delivery Managers and Support Officer across the UK in the effective planning and delivery of wheelchair skills training to meet the strategic objectives. The postholder will be required to work directly with young people and their families, schools, colleagues, partner organisations and professionals, delivering accredited training across the UK.
The person
You will be part of the Young People’s Services Team who provide a range of services and activities for young wheelchair users and their families. You will have a friendly and professional approach to working with families and professionals and be highly organised to manage planning, delivery and relevant paperwork for all wheelchair skills services.
Key accountabilities
- Coordination and delivery of wheelchair skills training, travel training and train the trainer across the UK.
- Conduct on site visits prior to delivery of travel training to plan routes and inform risk assessments.
- Book relevant modes of transport for travel training sessions.
- Writing Service Level Agreements for key partners; content providers and schools.
- Obtaining information from content providers and schools, such as Public Liability, DBS and key Risk Assessments.
- Writing Care Plans & Risk Assessments.
- Ensure schools complete paperwork for accredited services and liaise with Skills & Education group regarding learners
- Sending event invites to young people and families and updating the database as required.
- Updating all documentation for events and participants onto the database.
- Promoting Whizz Kidz services to third party organisations in order to drive new applications/referrals.
- Attending events such as Kidz to Adultz exhibitions to promote Whizz Kidz and showcase wheelchair skills training.
- Ensuring feedback and monitoring data is collected at each event and at set intervals after the event in order to measure long term impact.

Age UK Westminster is seeking a Digital Inclusion Lead Coordinator to work with the Wellbeing Services Manager on the delivery of its Digital Inclusion service, supporting older people and those experiencing social isolation to develop the confidence, skills and access needed to participate fully in the digital world. The service supports vulnerable older adults, including people living with dementia, through one-to-one coaching, group sessions, equipment loans, and community-based support.

The Opportunity
This is a key operational role at the heart of UKATA. You’ll combine day-to-day operational coordination with responsibility for agreed projects and organisational improvements. Location and Working Hours
This is a home-based role with flexible remote working arrangements. Regular travel across the UK is required to support conferences, trustee and committee meetings, planning days, and other organisational activities. On average, this is expected to be around once a month, although the level of travel will go up and down, with some periods busier than others. Reasonable travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed in line with UKATA policies.

The Race Equality Foundation has been awarded a transformative multi-year grant from The National Lottery Community Fund (TNLCF) as part of its Health Inequities: Structural Racism and Discrimination Partnership. The programme will establish three Anti-Racism Collaboratives (ARCs), each bringing together voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations, people with lived experience, health and care organisations, local authorities and other partners to tackle the structural causes of ethnic health inequities through co-production, evidence and collective action.

The Community Table Coordinator plays a key role in delivering Shoreditch Trust’s community food and wellbeing activities, including Community Table lunch programme, Recipes of Life courses, Flavours of Home, and other food-based programmes.
The role will combine practical cooking and food preparation skills with the ability to facilitate engaging, inclusive and enjoyable group sessions. They will help create welcoming community spaces where people can connect, learn new skills, improve their wellbeing and build relationships.
Working alongside the We Connect team, volunteers and community partners, the role will support participants from diverse backgrounds to take part in cooking, food-related activities and shared meals, while promoting healthy eating, independence and community participation.
Main Responsibilities
Programme Delivery
- Support the planning and delivery of Community Table lunches, cooking sessions, workshops and other food-related activities.
- Lead or co-facilitate engaging and inclusive group sessions that encourage participation, learning and social connection.
- Create a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for participants, volunteers and visitors.
- Adapt activities to meet the needs, interests and abilities of different groups, including older people, disabled people and other community members.

Food Preparation and Kitchen Management
- Prepare and cook healthy, high-quality meals and refreshments for groups and community events.

- Set up kitchens and workspaces for activities, ensuring they are clean, organised and safe.
- Ensure food is prepared, stored and served in accordance with food hygiene regulations and best practice.
- Manage ingredients, equipment and supplies, reporting shortages or maintenance issues as required.
- Assist with transporting food, equipment and supplies between venues where necessary.
Volunteer Support
- Welcome, support and encourage volunteers from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrate safe food preparation techniques and support volunteers to develop their confidence and skills.
- Provide guidance on the safe use of kitchen equipment and adherence to food hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure volunteers have a positive and rewarding experience.
Partnership and Community Engagement
- Build positive relationships with participants, community groups, voluntary organisations and statutory partners.
- Represent Shoreditch Trust positively within the community and help promote food programme activities.
- Gather participant feedback and contribute ideas to improve services and activities.

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Project Development Co‑ordinator in the London area.
