Do you want to join a Board with an ambitious strategy to grow the amount of care we provide to people with complex disabilities, within a well established care organisation? At Vision Homes, we are seeking to recruit passionate and committed new trustees to our Board to help shape future strategy and growth.
We are seeking Trustees to bring additional knowledge and input to our Board. It is an opportunity for those that who are keen to use their skills and experience, whether professional or personal, to make sure Vision Homes can continue to serve and to grow the excellent care that it provides to people with complex needs such as sensory impairment with acquired brain injury. Those in our care range in age, and have differing needs, and we aim to offer personalised care so that everyone can live the best life that they can.
We’re particularly interested to hear from you if have direct experience of adult care services (care homes or home care) or experience in the supported housing sector. We also have a need to add to our skills and diversity, as a Board, in areas such as charity, governance, strategic management, or experience as a Chartered Surveyor. No prior experience of sitting on a board is necessary as we offer induction and training.

Volunteer Mystery Shopper – can you help?
The Hospice Lottery Partnership runs a weekly lottery in support of local charities such as: Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity in Aylesbury, Michael Sobell Hospice Charity in Northwood, Rennie Grove Hospice Care in Buckinghamshire and West Hertfordshire, South Bucks Hospice in High Wycombe, and The Hospice of St Francis in Berkhamsted.
Mystery shopping is a form of market research work, that requires an individual to play the role of a genuine customer and report their experience back to us.
We are looking for someone with a good level of literacy and a great memory that could spare a few hours a week visiting our Fundraisers at local retail stores and medical centres to provide feedback on a Fundraisers performance and the overall perception of the experience. In essence, how you would rate the service you received during your experience?

Adoptionplus is a Therapeutic Adoption Agency with a reputation for innovation and effective practice, rated ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED. We specialise in supporting families caring for children who have experienced trauma and loss, and provide a range of specialist services for adults, children, families and professionals that include therapy and training.
Children have described our service as “flameballtastic” while OFSTED have described us as ‘one of the best in England….where children’s emotional wellbeing improves significantly.’
We are passionate about innovation and learning, working with a number of Universities over recent years as part of national research. Many of our staff are considered experts in their field and between us we have had 13 books published (within our own time).
Although relatively small we have a large reach. A significant proportion of our customers are Local Authorities and we have been commissioned by over 50% of LAs in England.
We have recently transitioned from being not-for-profit to becoming a registered charity and we are now looking for someone who can support us as we move into fundraising.
This can be a home-based role with visits to our Adoptionplus office near Milton Keynes as needed.

Established in December 2013, Betknowmore UK’s mission is to address gambling related harm in UK communities. We are the leading provider of gambling support and training services. Today the charity is governed by a Board of Trustees and run by Betknowmore UK senior management. This is where you come in – we are currently recruiting new members for our Board of Trustees.
About you
We are seeking committed individuals who share our vision, mission and values to join our board. You do not need to have prior knowledge of gambling harms as training will be provided throughout the induction period. Previous experience as a trustee, although desirable, is not essential.
We are specifically looking for the skills in the following areas.

We are looking for multiple volunteers that have experience in SEO who can carry out the following assigned tasks:
- Able to help with managing our social media platforms such as FaceBook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin etc. by posting updates and responding to comments and messages
- Support us with email marketing, social media, content creation, and Google Ads.
- Communicate with clients, customers and external agencies.
- Help with website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site
