The Social Media Manager will work with colleagues across YoungMinds to develop content for our social channels, taking an audience-first, insights led approach to the content we publish. You will boost engagement in line with our strategy - whether that’s reaching young people with supportive messages, building parent’s understanding of how to support their child’s mental health, promoting our services to teachers or building support for one of our campaigns. Operations, facilities & supplier management

Oversee the effective management of the charity’s co-working space in Fivefields and any hybrid / remote working arrangements, ensuring they are safe, inclusive and support collaborative working.

Lead procurement and supplier management, together with the Operations & Contracts Manager, for key operational services, ensuring contracts are well-managed and aligned with our ethical, environmental and sustainability commitments.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and develop a strong pipeline of six-figure philanthropic opportunities (restricted and unrestricted), using research, prospect mapping and data-led insight.

- Significant experience developing and reviewing monthly management accounts, including reconciliations, variance analysis and forecasting.
- Excellent understanding of finance systems and data flow across diverse systems, including CRM integration.
- Demonstrable experience supporting restricted fund budgeting and monitoring, and financial partnering with fundraising or project-based teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
