The Woodfield Project is a vibrant, community-focused charity responsible for The Woodfield Pavilion - a beautifully refurbished sports pavilion located near the north-eastern corner of Tooting Bec Common. Purpose and scope of role

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic Pavilion Manager with the skills and experience to help drive forward our mission of ensuring that the Pavilion serves as a vital resource for local communities and groups and to actively encourage participation from members and volunteers who share our passion for making a difference. The Trustee Board provides governance and strategic leadership for the charity. The Pavilion Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the building and plan and deliver an engaging programme of community events and activities, as well as seeking to develop new activities. The role includes operational management, future planning and ensuring a sustainable income and membership base.

About the role

The focus of this role is to develop and grow income from corporate partnerships, helping us build on our award-winning approach to this area of fundraising.

This will involve working closely with our Development Manager to ensure excellent stewardship of existing partners, helping us to develop long term strategic partnerships tailored to a company’s CSR or ESG objectives. You will also help with the planning and delivery of an exciting volunteering programme geared around hands-on habitat creation and management work in the Yorkshire Dales, Nidderdale and Forest of Bowland.

To support our growth plans, you'll play an important role in our business development activity, helping to increase corporate income. This will involve prospect research, helping with the planning and delivery of corporate engagement events and cultivating opportunities for additional funding from existing partners.

About you

We’re looking for a self-motivated, organised and creative fundraiser or sales person with proven experience in relationship management.

You will have excellent people skills and an ability to develop strong relationships with corporate partners as well as colleagues and supporters. You will also have good written skills, with experience of creating compelling and engaging communications that inspire and engage your target audience.

Delivering exceptional volunteering events is key to the success of our corporate partnerships, so experience in the planning and execution of engaging in person events will be of real value.

A key part of the role will be to support our business development activity, which will require strong research skills and an ability to identify prospects that share our passion for delivering positive social and environmental impact. Experience using a CRM system to cultivate new business will be a key asset in this role.

About this Opportunity

As our High Value Executive, you will work closely with the High Value Relationships team across philanthropy, corporate and event fundraising. Approximate split is 45% philanthropy, 45% corporate and 10% events.

This role requires a candidate with strong relationship management, communication and organisation skills, who is able to work across a range of relationships and activities concurrently. You will also ideally have previous experience of managing projects, campaigns or other cross -team collaborative activities, and of using creative packages to produce engaging presentations and reports. 

Philanthropy:

You will assist the High Value Relationships Manager and the Head of High Value Relationships with research to create a prospect pipeline. For existing high-value supporters, you will ensure excellent stewardship by maintaining records and reporting and assisting with thanking, impact reports and proposals.

Corporate:

You will contribute to building long-term, sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with businesses. You will be responsible for assisting the High Value Relationship Manager in providing high-quality account management to Born Free’s growing portfolio of corporate partners and supporting the High Value Relationships Manager and Head of High Value Relationships in developing new business to increase our income and impact.

Events:

You will attend Born Free events (4-5 per year) where you will be confident in networking with high-value supporters and, in the lead up to the events, help, when needed, with sourcing prizes for raffles and auctions.

The successful candidate should ideally demonstrate the following attributes: 

• A minimum of one year in a relationship management and/or fundraising-related role
• Strong interpersonal and account management skills
• Strong timekeeping skills and highly organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet concurrent deadlines

Partnership Development - Team Purpose

Together with our Church partners, we deliver our life-changing services, firstly our core Debt Help service that is then supported by essential wrap-around resilience programs like Job Clubs, Life Skills, and Money Coaching. This work isn't just about helping people get out of debt and poverty; it's about seeing lives radically changed. We are driven by a passion to see people not only find financial freedom, thriving in life, but also become followers of Jesus and find a true sense of belonging in a local church.

Our team

We're looking for a compassionate, self-starting individual who is tenacious, goal-oriented, and target-driven with a make it happen mentality, because they know the impact growing this movement will have on thousands of people's lives.

This role is part of the Partnership Development Team within the Mission & Movement Directorate. Reporting to the Head of Movement Development, you will be responsible for initiating and engaging with senior church leaders and wider networks to partner with CAP, primarily through our life-changing Debt Centre service.

As a Partnership Development Manager, you'll be a key driver of our mission. We're looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented, problem solving individual who can build and nurture relationships across diverse church networks and denominations.

You will be responsible for generating new partnership opportunities, inspiring church leaders and wider networks to engage with CAP's vision and partner with us. You'll need to be an entrepreneurial self-starter with a proven ability to build a robust pipeline and deliver on growth targets, specifically around Debt Centre growth motivated by our desire to help more people out of debt and poverty and see them become followers of Jesus.

Partnership Development Manager Scope

• The team is split between full time and part time PDMs. 
• Significant amount of travel with large regions to cover. 
• This role has no direct reports.
• In line with our expenses policy, all expenses (e.g. mileage costs) are claimed retrospectively via our CAP Expenses system. 

Role:

Accountabilities:

• Responsible for expanding CAP's partnership network across your region alongside the Regional Director and Head of Movement Development, strategically prioritizing and developing relationships with church leaders and networks to establish new partnerships and services. You'll achieve this by collaborating with other teams, proactively networking with Christian organizations and denominational leaders (where appropriate), and representing CAP at various events, all with the goal of growing our influence and opening new services in every community.
• Proactive management of contacts as they progress through the pipeline, working alongside churches to identify if a CAP service supports their church vision, and if appropriate, manage them through the church journey and experience to open a new CAP service.
• To open new Debt Centre Partnerships as laid out in regional Development plans in target areas of deprivation and communities across the region. 
• To open resilience services (Job Clubs, Life skills & Money Coaching) with new and existing church partnerships.
• Alongside Regional Director to identify key areas from across the region to host and organize a targeted number of CAP Spotlight Events per term. These events are designed to gather church leaders around a table to have conversations around opening a multi Church Debt Centre. 
• To proactively build, manage and progress a self generated caseload of churches within your region, through cold calling, face to face meetings and all other appropriate forms of communication. This will include frequent travel across the region to meet with appropriate churches/ leaders.
• Refer potential new Debt Coaches or Churches that might want to work with an existing or expanding Church Partnership to the relevant Area Partnership Managers who are responsible for existing centre growth and sustainability.
• To work with Regional Leaders and Area Partnership Managers to deepen local knowledge and connections in order to deliver new church partnership opportunities. 
• To collaborate across departments where needed to support and engage with Church Events, Talks, Conferences, Festivals, Church Leaders Meetings and other relevant events within your region, working on exhibition stands (when necessary) to help generate enquiries.
• To work with local church teams to ensure appropriate candidates are identified and have a full understanding of the role and responsibilities involved, ensuring CAP¿s selection team receive the appropriate information in a timely manner. 
• To advocate and make introductions where appropriate for Church talks, CCT and fundraising opportunities.
• Where appropriate, to represent Partnership Development in additional projects which improve the delivery and content of CAP's products and services.

Measurable Outputs:

• Achieve targets around the number of new Debt Centre openings in your region per term and year.

• Ensure that every new partner church completes and returns partnership agreements, additional policies and all candidate paperwork by the relevant deadlines for every new service prior to training (including Direct Debit Agreements).
• Active involvement to support the wider team around logistics, processes and a small amount of project management.

The Role

About the role

The Administration and Finance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of GISF’s operations. This role combines core administrative responsibilities with day-to-day financial support, including grant-related bookkeeping, staff timesheet coordination, and invoice tracking. Training will be provided on financial tasks, though some experience is welcome. Key responsibilities

Administration & Operations

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the GISF Secretariat,
• Coordination with outsourced service providers (e.g. IT, legal, finance, audit).
• Maintain and update GISF’s policies systems to support efficient operations.
• Manage the GISF office space in London.
• General HR duties, including support to recruitment processes, leave-tracking and onboarding of new staff and consultants.
• Assist with travel bookings, venue arrangements, and logistics for meetings as well as GISF-led external events.
• Administrative support to the board of directors.

Finance

• Support day-to-day financial processes, including coordination of supplier payments and processing staff expense claims.

• Maintain financial records and assist in the preparation of financial reports for donors and management.
• Liaise with GISF’s external accountants or financial service provider to support timely and accurate reporting.

Person specifications

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage logistics, competing priorities, and multiple deadlines.

In2research is a high impact and evidence informed social mobility programme for socioeconomically disadvantaged people to access and progress in postgraduate study. Our mission is to drive sector change across institutions towards an inclusive research culture. We strongly believe that it is not enough to guide underrepresented people into postgraduate study, but to ensure that the culture they are entering is inclusive and a place where they can thrive. Over a year, we support participants to gain vital access to both knowledge and opportunities including a paid 8-week research placement and subject specific mentoring. 

As the In2research Alumni Officer, you will deliver a programme of continued support for the In2research participants increasing their ability to apply and be admitted to postgraduate research degrees and opportunities, as well as supporting our mission to foster an increased sense of belonging within the research community for individuals from minority groups. The post holder will have strong knowledge and understanding of the barriers facing young people from low socioeconomic and minority backgrounds accessing postgraduate research degrees and research opportunities.

The post holder will be someone who thrives working with young people and is passionate about supporting them progress to postgraduate research opportunities as well as supporting to achieve the In2research vision of creating a more diverse culture in academia.

In2scienceUK is a remote-based organisation, that requires occasional travel across the UK for events, internal & external meetings and staff co-working days.

Your specific duties will include:

•  Delivering a high quality programme experience to support In2research alumni, aligned with learning objectives, beneficiary insights, our theory of change and resource.

• Develop and deliver engaging alumni communications e.g. newsletters, email updates, linkedin group posts, to keep In2research alumni informed of relevant news, opportunities and events.

• Maintain and develop new relationships with relevant partners to secure deliver online and in-person workshops and events aligned to In2research alumni progression milestones. e.g. "What is a viva and how to prepare for one" & PhD retreats.

• Work with our delivery partners to provide students application support e.g. application clinics.

• Support the delivery of one off in person events, e.g. the In2scienceUK celebration event.

• Maintaining up to date alumni records, in accordance with data protection, as well as working closely with the Data, Impact and Evaluation Manager to evaluate and report on In2research participant progression.

• Support with the collection and creation of case studies and alumni stories to promote alumni achievements and strengthen the community.

• Support the planning and delivery of organisational in-person events e.g. celebration days/conferences.

• Work closely with the In2research programme, fundraising teams and wider organisation to ensure funder requirements are met, and activities communicated.

• Support the wider In2research team with the current programme, and development of future aspects of the programme, where relevant.

Role Description

The purpose of the Executive Assistant role is to provide administrative, organisational and coordination support to the Executive Team, ensuring their time and attention are aligned with organisational priorities, goals, and objectives. Sophie Hayes Foundation (SHF) is a small but mighty charity, empowering women survivors of modern slavery and exploitation. It is an important time at SHF. Our new strategy ‘Sustainable Freedom from Modern Slavery’ launched in 2024 and this role is essential for the delivery of the strategy and ensuring that survivors of modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitation have access to the support and opportunities they need to achieve their aspirations, independence and a positive future. With soaring numbers of referral to the NRM and thousands more victims living in fear of a hostile environment, this has never been more important than now. 

At the heart of Sophie Hayes Foundation’s work will be the support to and empowerment of survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking and this role is critical to survivors’ journeys to sustainable freedom. We are increasingly aware of the precarity faced by survivors, especially during transitions moving on from support and at points of decision making from the NRM or Home Office. 

Alongside a small, friendly and dedicated team, you will build pathways of support for a range of participants who are supported by SHF through connecting them to other community organisations. Your role will include assisting them to access safe accommodation, community support, mental health support and access to finances. 

You will champion the voices of survivors through the work of the organisation, working with colleagues in CREW, our survivor network, to provide continued support to survivors’ long term.

About the Role

• Conducting initial welcome calls to participants to assess their needs and desired pathway into SHF
• Host Monthly 121 Check-ins with participants who don’t have support workers and during those sessions signpost to long-term support to widen their community support. Writing support letters when needed
• Actively engage with local, regional, and national partners and anti-slavery networks to build and maintain partnerships for survivor referral pathways to other organisations
• Work alongside the CREW Co-ordinator to run events which foster connection within our CREW network, such as a monthly coffee morning
• Support in the facilitation of in-person sessions whether CREW or part of the Programme delivery. 
• Support in the facilitation of Programmes and CREW events 
• Ensure highest levels of Safeguarding, compiling safety plans for participants and carrying out risk assessments where necessary. 
• Accurate data input to and management of internal monitoring and finance systems, working closely with the Head of Programmes to analyse trends and contribute to reporting. 
• Contribute to centring survivor perspectives in the work of Sophie Hayes Foundation by sharing and channelling learning from programme delivery to colleagues.

The School Library Lead will be at the forefront of our member offer and outreach, to help us deliver on our mission to support all those working in school libraries, so that more children and young people reach their full potential through the school library.   

This role will lead on providing advice, inspiration and support for schools looking to develop their school library provision and all the benefits this brings. An expert in school libraries, you will be comfortable supporting members 1:1, delivering training to larger audiences, providing consultancy to schools and sector organisations, writing training and resources, or preparing book recommendations. An exciting opportunity for someone experienced in school libraries with knowledge of the curriculum, teaching and learning and children’s books, you will be the first port of call for library advice and expertise, contributing to the growth and sustainability of the membership network.

In Spring 2028, the National Gallery will launch a new, public-facing Research Centre to facilitate and showcase our world-leading research in the history and science of painting. We are now recruiting for a new role, a Research Centre Manager, to support in the creative planning and daily delivery of an exceptional experience at the Research Centre. The role-holder will provide vital clarity and consistency in the day-to-day running of this multifaceted space to ensure a smoothly functioning whole. This includes coordinating all aspects of the Research Centre operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining the Research Centre facilities and administration. They will also think creatively about the Centre’s different spaces and, alongside Gallery colleagues, will help produce exciting research programming.

highly motivated, well organised and have good time management skills, used to working to
targets and comfortable in providing updates and reports to the senior management team.

Based at the Factory in Porth, you’ll need to have your own transport as travel between the
various hubs will be necessary, as well as the occasional visits to potential funders and key
