We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caseworker to join our Domestic Abuse team based at our office in Southampton. This role is fully office based and regular travel throughout Hampshire will be required.
You will work shifts between the opening hours of Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, with extended hours until 8pm on Wednesdays. You will be required to work one late shift every three Wednesdays.

Job purpose
The PSA is a membership body with over 1000 members. The Membership & Programmes Officer is a key and multi-faceted role within in a small but dynamic team.
You will be responsibe for overseeing all aspects of the PSA membership. This will include communicating with current and prospective members, encouraging them to take up the full range of membership benefits and to participate in association activities so that they enjoy a high-quality member experience. Your role includes three core areas outlined below. Terms of Employment
1. The starting salary will be £32,000.
2. 37.5 hour working week (normally 9:30 – 5:30 (including 30-minute unpaid lunch break); willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends with no overtime payments but the flexibility to claim time off in lieu.
3. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
4. Employer contribution to pension (10% for employee contribution of 5% of salary) following probation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Team: Delivery NCN
As Project Manager for the National Cycle Network (NCN), you will lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of active travel projects. This role brings together project management, technical knowledge, community engagement and strategic thinking to help improve the National Cycle Network and associated infrastructure. You will work closely with colleagues, local authorities, community groups and other partners to deliver projects that create positive, sustainable outcomes for people and places. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Around 500 million walking, wheeling and cycling journeys are made on the National Cycle Network each year, helping connect people, communities and the places that matter most to them. The Walk Wheel Cycle Trust created the National Cycle Network through collaboration with communities, volunteers, supporters and hundreds of organisations across the UK. As custodians of the network, we are responsible for maintaining and improving it while shaping a long-term vision for its future. Our goal is to make walking, wheeling and cycling safer, more accessible and more inclusive, enabling more people to choose active travel as part of their everyday lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Lead the delivery of National Cycle Network infrastructure projects, overseeing design, construction and implementation from planning through to completion.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, working collaboratively to develop and deliver projects identified within the Network Development Plan.
· Support the development and growth of the project pipeline by identifying opportunities and helping to progress projects from concept to delivery.
· Share knowledge, insights and project updates through clear reports and presentations, helping to inform, engage and influence key stakeholders and partners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on project management, is passionate about walking, wheeling and cycling and wants to join us in our mission to improve the National Cycle Network.
ABOUT YOU

· Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject, together with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, or at least 5 years of experience working in transport, urban planning, active travel, sustainability or a related field.
· Good understanding of active travel infrastructure, including key principles, standards and best practice for walking, wheeling and cycling projects.
· Experience managing projects and working within established project management frameworks, including planning, monitoring progress and delivering outcomes.
· Experience supporting business development activities, including identifying opportunities, contributing to bids and proposals, and assisting with budget preparation and resource planning.
· The ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children, young people and adults at risk.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caseworker to join our Antisocial Behaviour team. This role is home based however the successful candidate must be based in the Berkshire or North Hampshire area, as the role may require regular travel in these areas.

About the Role
As a Caseworker, you will provide structured, tailored support plans based on holistic assessments for individuals affected by antisocial behaviour. You will make initial contact with victims via the telephone, then tailor the support to them explaining our services, and assessing the impact of antisocial behaviour. Your responsibilities will include developing, delivering, and monitoring safety and support plans, providing resources, interventions, and information to service users.

You will have an understanding of the impact of crime/antisocial behaviour on victims & experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting. Experience in managing a caseload and of completing risk & needs assessments would be beneficial.

This role involves regular travel through Hampshire and Berkshire and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead our influencing work with the UK Government and coordinating that with our influencing work with the other three nations, government agencies, mayors and regional policymakers.

Provide strategic advice to the charity’s senior leaders on communications and political risks and opportunities.
Lead our UK-wide and England focused media and communications team, building and protecting the charity’s reputation.
Working with the Head of Brand and Marketing to plan and implement our supporter engagement campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading both communications and public affairs for a cause, working with others internally and externally to achieve positive change.
