The Role:
- Responsible to the Housing Manager for delivering a high-quality, customer-focused housing service to ex-service personnel and their dependents.
- To provide an effective and responsive housing management service for a patch of Stoll properties, meeting agreed performance outcomes and objectives for key
areas, including rent arrears, lettings and anti-social behaviour
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact in relation to housing applicants, ensuring that all data is recorded accurately on the housing database, and the waiting list is
managed efficiently. - Take part in the Allocations process, working with the other members of the Housing team to ensure that all voids on the patch are efficiently allocated and that let targets are met.
- Undertake viewings, sign-ups and new tenant visits, working in partnership with the Support team to ensure new tenants are aware of their rights and responsibilities and are fully supported through the process in order to successfully sustain their tenancies.
- Investigate and make recommendations on the suitability of applications for transfers and mutual exchanges in accordance with established procedures.
- Carry out void inspections in the absence of the Property Services Manager and, where appropriate, arrange the appropriate void remedial work
Specific Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of lettings and allocations, rent collection and arrears management, repairs and maintenance, tenancy disputes and anti-social behaviour policie and procedures and their application
- Understanding of the legal framework and regulatory context in which Stoll operates and the role of local authorities and Registered Providers in providing housing services
- Experience/knowledge of the issues facing the ex-Service community, especially those Veterans with support needs.
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent – minimum of five GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English
- Working knowledge of housing legislation, including tenancy enforcement, debtrecovery, and anti-social behaviour.
- Working knowledge of welfare benefits, especially Housing Benefit.

CAP is a national charity that is driven to help release people from debt, poverty and their causes through partnering with local churches. Purpose:

The RSPB is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Finance Systems Replacement project, a Board priority and a major digital change project. The Finance Systems Replacement project seeks to replace several systems that are over 20 years old.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role could suit two types of candidates:
- A practitioner with experience of working with children and families who wants to use their practice experience in a programme management role, or;

It would be an advantage, though not essential, to have experience of Family Group Decision Making, solution-focused practice, or the children’s social care sector.

The role is home based with regular travel into Bromley and Hackney Local Authority offices. What does a week look like for a Daybreak Programme Manager?
No two weeks are the same, but as a Programme Manager you can expect to balance a mix of operational oversight, supporting your freelancer team, and stakeholder engagement. Typical activities include:
Ensuring a quality service for families, and delivering on contract aims
- Reviewing and triaging referrals, including case discussions with referrers.
- Quality-assuring referrals and Family Plans, ensuring procedures are followed and records are kept up to date in our case management system.
- Monitoring case records to make sure Family Group Conferences are progressing appropriately, and accurate records are being kept.
- Collating and analysing performance data (KPIs), using MS Excel and other tools.
- Writing quarterly reports for commissioners, analysing service delivery, providing narratives and identifying areas for development.
Working with your freelancer team of Coordinators
- Allocating new referrals to our team of freelance Independent Coordinators.
- Engaging Coordinators in best practice discussions, providing guidance to overcoming barriers or issues.
- Acting as the first point of contact for safeguarding concerns, reviewing incident reports and escalating when required.
- Hosting in-person and online Practice Development Groups to share key messages and facilitate best practice discussions.
- Recruiting, inducting, and supporting new Coordinators - from advertising and interviews to observing practice.
- Reviewing and signing off invoices from freelance Coordinators.
Working with external stakeholders and referrers
- Building relationships with referrers such as Social Workers, through consultations and attending team meetings.
- Promoting our services to commissioners and senior managers in children’s social care, ensuring referrals are high quality whilst also raising awareness of the value of FGCs and our service.
Contributing to the wider Charity aims
- Attending Programme Manager and staff team meetings.

Fundraising & volunteer support
- To provide active support to a range of events including: managing participants, sending information, monitoring online giving pages and on the day set up and pack down
- To directly source donated items and contributors to support fundraising events including raffle/auction prizes and coordinating suppliers, stallholders and entertainers
- Coordinate and communicate with volunteers for events and corporate volunteering days and activities, ensuring they are briefed and supported
- To support any regular mailings or email contact to supporters, assisting with the cleaning and compliance of data once an agreed annual schedule is in place regular.
Other
- To manage all aspects of incoming fundraising post and dedicated inboxes along with outgoing mailings
- Ensure general department are kept up to date including attendance at meetings within RSG group wherever possible

We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Service Manager to lead our Help at Home programme across Cambridgeshire. You will oversee service delivery, manage a team of staff and volunteers, and ensure high-quality support for clients transitioning from hospital, or coping with illness at home.

Care Network Cambridgeshire is a trusted, local charity dedicated to helping people stay healthy, independent, and connected within their communities. We support individuals across the entire county, empowering them to live fulfilling lives at home and in their neighbourhoods. Our Help at Home service provides free, short-term practical and emotional support to adults who are being discharged from hospital or are experiencing challenges at home. We work closely with volunteers, health professionals, and community partners to ensure timely, person-centred care that prevents hospital readmissions and promotes wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Help at Home service across multiple districts
• Supervise and support staff and volunteers to deliver client-centred care
• Maintain strong relationships with NHS discharge teams, social care professionals, and community organisations
• Monitor service performance, outcomes, and reporting using our CRM and other systems
• Promote the service to potential clients, referrers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and health and safety policies
• Contribute to service development, innovation, and funding proposals
What We’re Looking For
You will be a confident leader with a background in health, social care, or community services. You will bring:
• Proven experience in service management or coordination
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• A passion for supporting vulnerable adults and promoting independence
• Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly across teams and locations
• Knowledge of safeguarding, equality, and data protection standards
