About the role and you
The Web & Digital Manager will oversee our websites, paid media, and digital projects, to ensure they drive reach, engagement, and measurable impact. You’ll manage relationships with internal teams, external developers and agencies to lead on the digital strategy and performance, and support colleagues across the organisation to improve our digital presence.
This is a rewarding role in a fast-paced, collaborative team, that is central to delivering our mission to prevent child sexual abuse.
You’ll be proactive and innovative, with a strong track record in managing websites and paid media campaigns. You’ll understand what makes good digital content and user experience and be confident in using data and analytics to evaluate and improve performance. Purpose of the job
To work with Thames21’s Head of Finance and The Roding Rises delivery team to oversee the administration of The Roding Rises, a three-year project supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund that aims to kick-start the revitalisation of the River Roding. This is a mission critical role that helps us build seamless, smart, and compliant operations for our organisation. The overall remit of this role is to:

	Support on key aspects of financial management across budget development and forecasting, monthly reporting, and managing our external finance partners.

Financial Management + Forecasting

Camilla started her career in Events Management, having learnt first at The Institute of Masters of Wine, and then solidifying her experience in fundraising at Brooke and then charity: water UK. Main Duties
- Lead on the project management, design, content creation and publishing of communications for the Philanthropy team (including impact report and newsletters) and work with translators to ensure communications are produced in other key ClientEarth languages
- Lead on the development of bespoke reporting for six and seven figure restricted and unrestricted gifts to produce high-quality, compelling reports tailored in style and content to suit a range of audiences in different geographies
