The Head of Services role is critical to leading the delivery of the best possible support to the women who use our services. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can shape and lead the future direction of our service, ensuring it continues to meet the complex and evolving needs of women affected by sexual exploitation. This person will have the vision to identify what needs to change and the leadership skills to drive that change with confidence and clarity.
They will be an empowering leader, capable of inspiring and supporting a skilled team of support workers and volunteers who are engaged in emotionally demanding work and who rely on strong, compassionate oversight.
