The Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space (MHCBS) team at Toynbee Hall is part of a national initiative launched in partnership with We Are Group and The Kaleidoscope Plus Group, funded by the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS). This service provides individuals undergoing mental health crisis treatment with temporary protection from debt collection activities, allowing them a “breathing space” to focus on their recovery without the immediate pressures of financial obligations. Job purpose
To provide administrative and coordination support to the MHCBS team, ensuring accurate data entry, documentation processing, and effective communication with partners and service users.
Scope of role
The Administration Coordinator provides crucial support to the Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space (MHCBS) team by managing administrative processes efficiently. The role focuses on handling key back-office tasks that enable the team to deliver timely and accurate support to clients and stakeholders.
Key working relationships
The postholder will report to the MHCBS Advice Manager and will work closely with other members of the MHCBS team. There will be regular communication with internal colleagues and external stakeholders such as creditors, mental health professionals, and referral agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate team inboxes and triage emails to appropriate team members or stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses within SLAs – handling routine enquiries as standard and more complex enquiries as directed.
- Coordinate team tasks in AdvicePro, resolving issues, issuing or preparing correspondence, and highlighting urgent or non-standard cases for direction and resolution.
- Ensure CRM is maintained with accurate client and case information, running reports for management to review cases, prepare MI returns and support invoicing routines.
- Resolve or triage enquiries via the Insolvency Service portal, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Process incoming MHCBS applications and handle scheme closures using standard operating procedures, escalating non-standard issues or cases for direction and resolving issues.

We’re looking for a skilled and values-driven Training Manager to design and deliver an accredited development programme supporting ex-service users to progress into Refuge Case Worker roles.
You’ll lead a 3-month accredited training programme followed by 6 months of supported, on-the-job development, with two cohorts each year over a three-year funded period. The Marketing and Comms Manager will support the delivery of Ella’s integrated communications,
marketing and emerging advocacy work. This role will help to ensure Ella’s reaches and influences
external audiences effectively — raising awareness of the challenges faced by survivors,
strengthening Ella’s public profile, and increasing engagement with supporters, partners and the
wider public.
The postholder will lead our marketing and communications across digital channels, the website,
impact reporting and organisational campaigns and also play a lead role in developing and delivering
our advocacy and campaigning activity. This is a hands-on role for a keen marketer and strong
communicator motivated by social impact and ethical, survivor-centred storytelling.

The Marketing and Communications Manager will:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive interim HR People Partner to join our central team for a fixed term contract of 12 months. You will be supporting leaders across a network of schools and a busy central Office. This role is ideal for a confident HR generalist who thrives in a varied, multi-site environment and who enjoys building strong relationships with senior leaders.
You will provide high-quality, customer-focused HR support, offering both operational and strategic guidance on a wide range of people matters. This includes advising on complex employee relations cases, coaching leaders to strengthen their people management capability, and supporting organisational change such as restructures and TUPE processes. You will work closely with HR colleagues across different functions to ensure consistency, share learning and promote best practice.
A key part of the role is building trusted relationships with Heads and Senior Leadership Teams. The Listening Place (TLP) is an award-winning charity providing face-to-face, compassionate and non-judgemental support for people who feel that life is no longer worth living. Since opening our first site in Pimlico in 2016, we have grown to four sites and our service is delivered by over 850 active volunteers.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dedicated team and play a vital role in helping TLP to grow and support more people struggling with suicidal feelings. You will manage two key growth areas in fundraising: community and corporate. By crafting exciting partnership proposals and delivering high-quality events, you will help TLP build on its fundraising success in these areas. You will use your relationship management skills to keep donors not just satisfied but motivated to support TLP.

Scope and purpose
The Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager will be the second most senior position in the fundraising team and will lead on the development of TLP’s community and corporate fundraising streams. Having seen significant growth over the past five years, from circa £50k per annum, to more than £400k, the post holder will oversee the continued development of these fundraising streams. The post holder will achieve a strong return on investment by proactively identifying new leads, effectively stewarding supporter relationships and providing an engaging and exciting ways for individuals to support The Listening Place. As a senior member of the fundraising team, the post holder will also build a successful, committed team, driving performance and contributing to the strategic direction of TLP’s fundraising function.
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver the continued growth of corporate and community fundraising at TLP (combined £475k target in 2026/27) in line with investment in this area to help ease the pressure on major donor and trust fundraising.
- Generate new corporate and community fundraising leads by mapping TLP’s volunteer and supporter networks as well as exploring cold leads which align with TLP’s mission and vision.
- Develop engaging, inspiring materials to help secure new corporate leads including presentations, brochures and video.
- Represent TLP externally at corporate and community events, networking opportunities, and sector forums to raise awareness and build strategic partnerships.
- Deliver and oversee excellent stewardship with all corporate and community supporters, establishing effective, long-lasting relationships with supporters and stakeholders including a creative approach to thanking supporters.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Take overall responsibility within the Events Team for our Training Courses programme, from promotion to delivery, and achieving our net income targets.
- Develop effective working relationships with society stakeholders, events team, Training Course Committee, Professional Committee, Chartership Officer and wider teams at the society including Publishing House to maximise opportunities for courses.
- Lead on Training Course Committee meetings creating agendas and keeping members regularly informed.
- Report on key areas in the Professional Committee meeting.
- Successfully meet annual sales target for Training courses providing regular feedback on performance to Head of Events and Training Course Committee.
