About the role
Sightsavers are looking for a Digital Fundraising Insight and Optimisation Executive to drive data-led decision-making and enhance the performance of our global digital fundraising activities.
As the Digital Fundraising Insight and Optimisation Executive, you will deliver actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions and optimise digital fundraising performance. You’ll play a key role in supporting conversion rate optimisation (CRO) by analysing test results, maintaining data integrity and identifying opportunities to improve supporter journeys and retention.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across various teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and deliver measurable impact. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly influence income growth and supporter experience.
Responsibilities

Analyse performance data across channels (GA4, BigQuery, SQL) to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.

Create clear dashboards and reports to improve campaign effectiveness and supporter engagement.

Track and report on KPIs, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Support CRO activity including analysing test results and recommending improvements to impact conversion and donor retention.

Ensure best practice in data capture, tagging and reporting across teams.

Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to inform optimisation strategies.

About you
As the ideal candidate, you will combine strong analytical skills with a creative approach, using data to uncover insights and spot opportunities for optimisation. You’ll have experience with GA4 and data visualisation tools and be confident in interpreting and presenting complex data in a clear, actionable way that drives performance improvements.

We are looking for a highly organised, digitally confident person to help us run a new online resource hub for schools and kitchen teams. The national school food hub will give school chefs and staff across the country access to resources, online training and support to build a positive food culture.
You will play a key role in making sure the hub is kept up to date, easy to use and continually adapted to the needs of its members. Day to day, you will look after the website content and user journeys, monitor the member forums, manage our CRM systems, and report on data to help the team understand how the hub is being used.

About you and the role
This role will initially support the set up and roll-out of the national school food resource hub, in collaboration with internal and external partners. With the hub still in its design phase, you will be joining at a crucial time, to ensure it is ready to launch in the Spring. Our ultimate goal is that every school in the country has access to, and is using the resource hub to support their crucial role in shaping kids’ eating habits for life.
Working closely with the Membership Programme Manager and Content and Resource Officer, your role will be to manage the day to day administration of the resource hub, ensuring it is continually updated with new content, resources & recipes and live event details.
You will support the creation and maintenance of the e-learning modules, and with a national forum for school chefs embedded on the site, you will also be responsible for monitoring and moderating user generated content.
Your role will also include maintaining and updating the platform's CRM, ensuring member information is accurate and up to date, supporting the administration process for new members, and responding to member queries relating to the site or their access.
You will also support the team & partners by providing data to support the development of the platform and for the monitoring & evaluation team to demonstrate the impact of our work.
Other elements to the role will include sending mailers & newsletters through the platform and supporting our Procurement Manager with analysis of procurement data.

Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable adults during critical moments in their care journey? As a Hospital Care Navigator, you’ll be a vital part of ensuring patients leave the hospital safely and confidently, with the right support in place.
In this rewarding role, you’ll be the single point of contact for adult patients preparing for discharge from the hospital. You’ll work closely with the Adult Social Care team, health professionals, hospital practitioners, and community services to:
- Identify needs and barriers to safe discharge
- Achieve safe and timely patient discharge
- Coordinate outpatient appointments and follow-up services
- Provide clear, compassionate advice and support to patients and their families
- Ensure patients understand their discharge plan every step of the way.
You’ll meet with patients, their families, friends, or carers to assess ongoing needs, ensuring a safe plan is in place for their return home. This could include ensuring that medication is arranged from the hospital pharmacy, someone is at home to greet them, food and heating are available, and the condition of the home is safe to return to. You may be required to liaise with Adult Social Care and other home providers to coordinate home support. You’ll follow up on calls or visits to ensure the patient is managing well at home. By providing the proper support, patients can be discharged sooner, and the risk of readmission is significantly reduced.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has experience working with vulnerable adults in social care, healthcare, or the community/voluntary sector
- Communicates with empathy and confidence across different teams at different levels, and with patients
- Is highly organised, with excellent time management skills
- Has awareness and respect for cultural differences

We’re super happy for her. But it means time for change! So, we're looking for a new colleague to join us and build forward from all the hard work that she’s put in!
This role is a critical one in our fundraising plans - raising around £300k annually, with pipeline potential for more as you unlock partnership working and programme development across the organisation.
You’ll need to be a bit of an all-rounder - researching and keeping pipelines updated, eccure gifts and donations, consider applications, adapt data and information and inspire with your words, reporting on progress and income. Add a dash of strategic thinking as we develop programmes and look for new funding support to achieve that. We currently raise about £200k (with about ¾ of that as secure as any pipeline can be) but have a budget target of £100k to raise from partnership working and programme development with others in the team. There’s a lot of potential in this area!
The trusts environment is, quite frankly, a bit bonkers so we know that this won't appear on paper to be the easiest role in the world. You’re going to need grit and tenacity as well as all the other skills a good trust fundraiser needs. But we’re a great team, going great things and in a fantastic position to build forward from our existing strong position in Trusts.
