About the Role

Our busy London offices will be welcoming a group of new interns to be part of the world's leading global sports and entertainment agency. To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated, flexible individual, who is passionate about working with young people around their sexual health.

The postholder will conduct outreach, education, and training in several settings depending on the needs of different young people. These could be educational settings, youth settings, community events, sports settings, clubs and pubs. You will target vulnerable young people, such as looked-after children (LAC), those who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET), those who come from areas of high deprivation and high need, and those with other increased risk factors, as well as young people aged 13-15 who are not yet able to access online services.

As part of your frontline work, you will encourage young people to sign up for a C-card, and, if aged over 16, to register to Get it and order condoms and lube from the website. When appropriate, you will refer young people to appropriate local sexual health services for contraception, emergency contraception, pregnancy testing, STI screening and treatment.

You must be able to employ an appropriate and non-judgemental way of working with a variety of young people. You will welcome direction from the SWL Lead, as well as the broader team, but you will also be proactive in seeking new opportunities and mechanisms to deliver the scheme. With the support of your line manager, and with appropriate training, you will be responsible for safeguarding and child protection, ensuring young people under the age of 16 have been appropriately risk-assessed. The role will support the Fundraising Manager (FM) and Individual Giving Manager (IGM) to deliver our fundraising strategy and grow our charitable income across all funding streams.

Responsible for fundraising administration including gift processing and thanking, you will also support on fundraising events, impact story gathering, and donor stewardship where required. There is flexibility within the role to incorporate other elements of communications and fundraising if desired. You will be supported to maintain a Chartered Institute of Fundraising membership and pursue CPD.

You’ll take full ownership of the charity key third party partnerships, including the London Marathon, London Landmarks Half, Brighton Marathon, and Ultra Challenge series, delivering exceptional supporter experiences while maximising income and reach. You’ll lead on the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of these events, bringing together creativity, operational excellence and deep supporter insight.

As a Challenge Events Lead you will:

• Own a portfolio of challenge events, delivering them from start to finish with strategic oversight and meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage high value partnerships with third party event organisers, delivery agencies, and sponsors to safeguard supporter experience and brand impact.
• Optimise supporter journeys, streamline operations, and use data to drive decision making, from place allocation strategy to marketing performance.
• Lead on income growth through Charity of the Year bids, ballot strategies, and campaign planning, ensuring strong return on investment.
• Mentor and collaborate with an Events Fundraising Coordinator to deliver a seamless supporter experience, offering support while empowering them to grow.

To be successful, you must have experience:

• In managing large scale challenge events and third party partnerships.
• Independent and proactive, able to lead complex projects without constant supervision.
• Commercially astute, with a strong grasp of budgeting, ROI, and data driven decision making.
• Supporter focused, always looking for ways to elevate participant experiences.

We are looking for a Centre Coordinator to join our team in our Manchester Centre on a permanent basis. In this role, you will provide a warm and welcoming reception for young people, staff, and visitors over the phone and in person, so if you are approachable, passionate, and non-judgemental, this could be your role.

You will indirectly support young people by ensuring that our Centre operates safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing delivery space, facilities compliance and controlling office equipment and supplies. Having previous administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.

To be successful in this role, you must have a good understanding of the challenges young people within our target groups face, to assist them when they arrive in our Centre. In this role, no two days are the same; you get to be involved with many different functions of the Trust and interact with everyone who works in the Centre, which is why planning and organisation skills are a must.

About the role:

This role is based out of our Chandlers Ford office on a hybrid basis with the expectation of 60% of your working week from the office. The role will include regular travel across the Hampshire & Isle of Wight region. You will be required to work flexibly to attend events in evenings and weekends, time off in lieu will be given.

As a Community Engagement & Training Officer, you will play a vital role in strengthening Victim Support's presence and impact within the community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing Engaging Content: Creating compelling and inclusive social media content tailored to diverse audiences to raise awareness of Victim Support's services and initiatives. You will also be required to create posters, leaflets and other promotional material to help inform communities about the service.
• Event Coordination and Representation: Organising and representing Victim Support at community events such as Pride, 999 Days, and local fairs. You will engage directly with victims and witnesses of crime, offering immediate emotional and practical support.
• Delivering Presentations: Designing and delivering impactful presentations to criminal justice partners, including police and probation services, to promote collaboration and raise awareness of Victim Support's work.
• Community Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with community leaders, local organisations, and stakeholders to enhance outreach and support networks.

This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement.
