The role and responsibilities
As New Business Lead for UK schools, you will play a pivotal role in growing our school partner base which will enable us to support even more young people with making informed decisions about their next steps.
You will need to be target-driven and proactive. While you will be fully supported by the UK schools team, you will also have the autonomy to lead your own campaigns and projects.
Your key responsibilities:

Strategic Outreach: Design tailored campaigns to engage Headteachers, Careers Leads and Trust Executives in a smart and compelling way.

Lead Generation: Communicate with non-partner schools and colleges to explain how Unifrog supports student outcomes and Gatsby Benchmark and PSHE compliance, and secure online demonstrations for our Area Managers.

Inbound Lead Management: Act as the first port of call for all new partnership enquiries from individual schools, colleges and Multi-Academy Trusts.

Collaboration: Work closely with our UK schools team to understand regional challenges and identify how your outreach can best support the growth of their specific territories.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate custom reports on our CRM database to identify opportunities for growth, cleanse Mutli-Academy Trust accounts, and analyse campaign performance.

Market Intelligence: Develop an in-depth understanding of the UK ed-tech landscape and the evolving statutory requirements for careers guidance in schools.
Working together
You’ll be working with the UK schools team, and line managed by the Head of UK Sales. You’ll work closely with our Area Managers, and also have the opportunity to work with other teams across the company, including UK Primary Schools, Marketing, Employers and HE.

Spires was established as a response to homelessness in the late 1980s. Spires has developed into an organization that provides a range of services, including day centre style drop-ins for homeless people, a Women’s drop in, a Refugee drop in and outreach targeted at supporting Women who are sex working. Our core mission is to support homeless people into housing and to assist those who have been homeless in maintaining their accommodation.
Part 1: The Role
The Women’s Service Coordinator will manage Spires’ Women’s service offer. The Women’s Service offer comprises of:
- Spires-Street Link, which is a dedicated nighttime outreach service to support women who are involved in street-based sex working. This includes follow up work, casework, and multi-agency working.
- Centre based support for women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This also includes casework and supporting Spires’ Housing and Homelessness team.
Part 2: Key duties and responsibilities
- Manage a small team of support workers and a team of dedicated volunteers.
- Oversee the delivery of effective assessment and allocation for clients.
- Oversee the effectiveness of casework across the Women’s Service.
- Directly support a small caseload of clients.
- Manage the team’s rota to ensure sufficient coverage across activities.
- Represent Spires to external organisations, developing and maintaining good working relationships with other professionals, community organisations, and statutory agencies.
- Manage the teams’ outcomes and data to produce reports for funders and stakeholders.
- Support Spires’ fundraising manager in making applications where required.
Part 3: Person specification
Essential experience:
- Experience of working with women with complex support needs (including substance addiction, mental health needs, domestic violence, no recourse to public funds and sex working) .
- Experience of managing people within a relevant sector.
- Experience of challenging appropriately and maintaining clear and appropriate boundaries
- Networking and effectively liaising with specialist service providers or agencies in order to establish and/or improve access to services for clients.

Part 4: Summary of terms and conditions of service
Probation: This post is subject to a 6-month probationary period.
Notice: This post is subject to one week’s notice during the probationary period and a six-week notice period thereafter.
Annual leave: The annual leave entitlement is 35 days per year pro rata, made up of eight bank and public holidays and 27 days annual leave. The 27 days annual leave is normally split between 24 ‘bookable’ days and three closure days that fall between Christmas and the New Year. Although the centre is closed between Christmas and the New Year, we open on Christmas Day for clients. Staff are encouraged to work on Christmas Day if available. Double time off in lieu is offered in return.
Pension: The Spires Centre operates an Opt-out group pension arrangement and currently contributes 5% of annual salary for those who qualify. Personal contributions are currently 3%.
Other benefits: The Spires Centre will provide life and income protection insurance for those who qualify for our group plans.

Key Responsibilities
Management Reporting & Financial Insight
- Produce monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet summaries, cashflow insights and KPIs

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Financial Accountant is the technical cornerstone of Magic Breakfast’s finance function.
You will lead on statutory accounting, financial controls and compliance, acting as the guardian of the general ledger, balance sheet integrity and finance systems. This role provides trusted technical expertise to senior leadership, ensuring that our financial reporting, governance and regulatory obligations are met to the highest standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with a strong technical background whether from audit, charity or complex organisations who wants to apply their expertise in a purpose-led organisation making a real difference to children’s lives.
The role is fully remote, with occasional travel within the UK as required (for example, key meetings or audits).
Key Responsibilities
Statutory Accounts & External Reporting
- Lead the preparation of statutory annual accounts in line with Charities SORP, Companies Act and relevant accounting standards
- Exercise professional judgement on complex accounting matters, estimates and disclosures
- Support and coordinate the annual audit, acting as the main liaison with external auditors
- Ensure clear reconciliation between statutory accounts, management accounts and ledger data

Blue Cross animal hospitals and pet care clinics provide veterinary treatment to sick and injured pets when their owners can’t afford private veterinary fees. Our vet care is available to pets whose owners receive certain means-tested benefits and live within the catchment area of one of our animal hospitals or pet care clinics.
Our Hammersmith hospital is a compact, quirky site with lots of character which first opened in 1922; we’re very proud of its history. You’ll be joining a small, welcoming team where communication really matters. About you

To be an integral part of the delivery of Scotty’s new navigating entitlements casework (START) Programme, a single point of contact service designed to support anyone affected by military-connected bereavement.
This is a hands-on, and vital role within a brand new team. You’ll be the first step in ensuring that everyone in the bereaved military community receives compassionate, personalised, and well-coordinated support.

Service Design & Delivery

Youth Realities is a small but mighty charity in North London looking for a new leader to embed the strategy and support our next phase of growth and development.
Our vision is a world where young people live free from relationship abuse and violence. We believe strongly in prevention, using creativity and forming trusted relationships to engage and empower young people to form positive change in their own lives and wider communities.
Everything we do is ‘youth-led’ and ‘survivor-centred’ which means we centre the needs and experiences of young people and survivors, providing regular opportunities for them to feedback, co-produce and lead on the delivery, design and development of the charity.

Youth Realities works with young people aged 11 - 25 who have or are at risk of relationship abuse. We offer independent domestic violence advocacy for young females, provide a safe space with a program of dance and creative activities and go into schools delivering workshops on healthy relationships.
Key Objectives of the job:

Provide strategic vision and leadership further developing and embedding the organisations strategy

Ensure that the charitable purposes of the organisation are followed and that It delivers the charitable benefit set out in Youth Realities’ vision and governing documents

To take overall responsibility for Youth Realities’ management and administration within the governance and accountability frameworks established by the Board of Trustees

To secure funding and drive the organisation forward ensuring it is sustainable and able to grow
