Job description

As a User Journey Support Manager, you will play a key role in helping social entrepreneurs access the funding and support they need to create positive social change. Working as part of our Social Entrepreneur Support Directorate, you'll be one of the first people applicants engage with, helping them understand our funding opportunities, navigate the application process, and access the right support at the right time.

Working across a range of funds and programmes, you will perform numerous actions such as answering applicant enquiries, assessing applications, managing award communications and delivering pre-application support. Your work will ensure applications move smoothly through the process and that every applicant receives a fair, accessible and inclusive experience.

Alongside delivering high-quality support, you'll help us continuously improve the experience we offer. Working closely with colleagues, you'll identify barriers faced by applicants, contribute to the development of accessible resources and processes, and bring the voice of social entrepreneurs into how we design and deliver our services. If you're passionate about equity, inclusion and helping people turn ideas into lasting social impact, this is an opportunity to make a real difference every day.

This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing people-focused support with strong organisation and attention to detail. You'll be equally comfortable speaking with applicants, managing complex information and data, and working collaboratively with colleagues to improve systems, processes and the overall applicant experience.
