Our campaigns push for change on the issues that matter to women and their communities, from equal pay to climate change, mental health and violence against women. The WI has brought about real change, and this record of action shows that we are as relevant today as we were in 1915.

About the role
In this key position, you will shape our online campaigns to improve the lives of women as you create website and social media content and manage community engagement. Exposure to an Enterprise CMS (Squiz Matrix, Sitecore, Umbraco) and social media tools (such as Sprout Social) would be an advantage, alongside formal certification in digital marketing, social media, analytics, content creation, UX or accessibility. You will guide and empower a motivated team within a genuinely remote-first organisation, recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list. If you want your leadership to help us say ‘Yes!’ to supporting more Bible translators worldwide, we encourage you to apply.
