CMS is a dynamic Christian mission with a three-year plan to significantly increase income to fund contextual mission programmes worldwide. We are seeking a Church Engagement Manager who is passionate about Jesus and who can seize the funding opportunity that will enable CMS to grow.

Ø  Permanent, full time: 35 hours per week.

Your role

Your primary responsibilities include executing a data-driven engagement strategy to expand income from church giving, individual supporters and legacies, as well as leading the landmark Global Edge Church initiative. You will personally manage high-value church giving portfolios with senior leaders, oversee national event presences and line-manage direct reports across church fundraising, individual giving, editorial content and supporter care. Additionally, you will coordinate cross-functional marketing campaigns and ensure robust CRM data management and regulatory compliance.

To succeed, you must be a committed and practising Christian with proven experience in fundraising or marketing within a Christian context. You need strong relational, negotiation and public speaking abilities, experience managing CRM systems and teams, and a full UK driver’s licence with willingness to travel.

Bowel Research UK are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Events Officer to lead the delivery and growth of their challenge events programme.

This brand-new role to the charity will focus on recruiting, supporting and stewarding participants across a range of fundraising events, with responsibility for the charity's London Marathon programme and third-party challenge event portfolio.

The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Together we want to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and be inspired through their cadet experience.

We want to develop the youth leadership and training abilities of adult volunteers whilst also helping young people to access cadet activities through fundraising, grant-making, developing new resources and direct support.

The Charity Governance Secretariat Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Letchworth, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The role involves managing governance processes for charity clients, including coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and papers, maintaining accurate records and minutes, and tracking actions to completion. The manager will ensure compliance with charity regulations and best practice, oversee key governance documents and policies, and support trustees and senior leaders with timely information and guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, organizing meeting logistics for both digital and physical events, maintaining governance calendars, and supporting the continuous improvement of governance procedures. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to align governance activities with overall event delivery and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in charity governance or company secretariat functions, including organizing board and committee meetings, preparing papers, and recording minutes.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain accurate records, and coordinate complex schedules.
• Knowledge of charity law, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Charity Commission guidance), or a willingness to develop this expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used for meetings and events (e.g., videoconferencing tools, document management systems, office productivity software).

We are looking for a Events Lead to cover maternity leave for 15 months, you will be responsible for the planning, development and delivery of a successful events program, with a focus on events, maximising income, engagement with supporters and raising awareness of the hospice.

The post holder will manage a portfolio of events and work closely with the Events & Community Manager on the introduction of new event products.
