Job description

Bible Society believes the Bible is God’s gift for God’s world. We share it because we believe it changes lives for good. We want Christians to be confident in the Bible’s truthfulness and reliability, and we want to change how people talk about it in wider society and invite them to see it as a source of wisdom and joy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced communications professional to shape and strengthen Bible Society's voice in the public square. Working closely with senior leaders, you will lead proactive media engagement, develop and deliver impactful campaigns, champion compelling storytelling and help build trust in Bible Society's mission. As a confident communicator and inspiring people manager, you will be passionate about engaging audiences with the relevance of the Bible today and equipped to translate complex issues into clear, creative and influential communications.

If this sounds like you and you have the legal right to work and remain in the UK, we’d love to hear from you. Please provide your CV and a 250-word statement that sets out your motivation and relevant experience for the job. For the purposes of your cover letter, we ask that you do not use AI-generated content. We would like to hear your own thoughts, experiencesand motivations in your own words.

Bible Society is proud to be an Equal Opportunities Employer. We value diversity and aspire to reflect this in our workforce. We welcome applications from people representing all sections of the community.
