We are looking for a new Individual Giving Manager to join our award-winning Fundraising and Communications team in the UK, in order to help us maintain strong support from our amazing donors.

The Role:

It is an exciting time to join Chance for Childhood. We have just won an Education Innovation Award for our digital inclusive education tool. We have transitioned our leadership to Africa, appointing a new CEO based in Rwanda. You — our new Individual Giving Manager — will play a pivotal role in helping us to achieve this goal.

You will lead and manage Individual Giving income streams and our Community fundraising programme; Develop and implement supporter journeys, acquisition/retention plans, Individual Giving campaigns like the Big Give Christmas Challenge (including writing, fulfilment, and mailing). You will also manage and analyse Individual Giving income to an agreed target, monthly income reports, and donor data to inform fundraising strategies, and you will lead on ensuring Chance for Childhood is delivering world-class stewardship, managing and processing supporter data and donations accurately, efficiently, and securely, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical best practices and guaranteeing a positive supporter experience.

Women at the Well is a support service for women based in the King’s Cross area of central London. We provide practical support and advocacy to women facing a wide range of disadvantages, and we have a specialism in working with women whose lives have been affected by prostitution and/or sexual exploitation. We are trauma informed, holistic and woman-centred. We deliver our mission through three interconnected services:

Women at the Well has supported thousands of women over more than twenty years work in London. We see the complex ways in which women’s inequality, racism, disability and poor health, educational disadvantage, trauma in childhood, migration and the hostile immigration environment can all lead to significant social and economic disadvantages and harm. In our work we meet women who have experienced repeated and extensive abuse, and who are often homeless, living with addictions and/or mental health issues, and in poverty. JOB PURPOSE:

The Head of Fundraising & Partnerships will lead the development and delivery of Women at The Well’s fundraising strategy, ensuring we build the sustainable and diverse income base needed to continue supporting women facing extraordinary disadvantage, exploitation and harm. As a senior, hands-on fundraiser, the postholder will take responsibility for income generation across trusts and foundations, individual philanthropy, corporate partnerships and community fundraising, while building the systems, relationships and communications that underpin long-term growth.

Working closely with the CEO—an experienced trusts fundraiser—the postholder will identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, steward supporters, craft compelling cases for support, and drive forward multi-stream fundraising with clarity and purpose. The role focuses on securing six-figure corporate partnerships and cultivating high-net-worth individual donors, alongside a smaller trusts and foundations portfolio. You thrive in a strategic, relationship-led role and are comfortable using a broad range of fundraising approaches.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will secure funding to support long-term sustainability and expand PBC’s impact across London and beyond. Initially the sole fundraiser, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead a team as the function grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising Strategy Delivery: Take ownership of multi-year fundraising strategy working closely with the CEO and Board to diversify and increase revenue streams that support PBC’s service expansion and reach

• Relationship Management: Research, identify and cultivate funding opportunities from companies and high-net-worth individuals, alongside trusts and foundations

• Trusts & Foundations: Oversee the grant pipeline, with external support for high-value applications and build relationships with decision-makers

• Develop Compelling Fundraising Material: Collaborate with CEO and wider team to evidence, quantify and articulate PBC’s social value using data and storytelling to position PBC as a high-impact partner for donors and partners

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and evaluate fundraising performance against financial and operational targets. Provide regular updates to the CEO and Board, ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations, sector and the Chartered Institute of Fundraising best practices

• Proactive Self Starter: Though collaborative, you are motivated to build and maintain momentum, identify and create opportunities and take full ownership of projects from initial idea to delivery

• Commercial Development: Support development, sales and delivery of commercial income strategy, specifically helping to grow the paid membership scheme and securing sponsorship for commercial programmes and offers

Based in North Kensington, Dalgarno Trust is a vibrant community centre supporting local residents of all ages through health, wellbeing, education, training, and youth programmes. As the only community centre in this part of the borough, we play a vital role in bringing people together, tackling inequality, and strengthening community resilience.

As Head of Fundraising and Development, you will be a key member of our Core Team, working closely with the Chief Executive to secure and manage the resources that enable our work. This is a varied and hands-on role combining fundraising, CRM management, marketing and communications, and organisational administration, offering the opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact.

You will lead on researching and writing funding bids, managing relationships with funders, and ensuring that monitoring, evaluation, and reporting requirements are met. You will oversee and develop our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring high-quality data, producing reports, and supporting colleagues through training. You will also play a central role in diversifying income through donations, sponsorships, commercial activity, and use of our assets.

Alongside fundraising, you will lead our marketing, communications, and promotion, keeping our website, social media, and noticeboards up to date, and ensuring our work is clearly and effectively communicated to the wider community. The role also includes administrative and HR support, such as assisting with recruitment processes, timesheets, training coordination, and ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations and best practice.

We are looking for someone highly organised, administratively confident, and comfortable working independently, while also enjoying collaboration with colleagues, partners, and community members. You will bring experience of community-based work, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a genuine commitment to equality, inclusion, and positive social change.

We’re looking for an In-Memory & Legacy Manager to join our Fundraising team at a pivotal time in our charity’s journey. This is a brand-new role within our Income Generation Directorate, designed to lead the delivery of our in-memory fundraising programme and support the implementation of our new legacy strategy. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we engage with supporters who give in memory of loved ones and those considering leaving a gift in their will.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and deliver our in-memory fundraising strategy, including events and campaigns.
• Champion exceptional supporter stewardship and create tailored supporter journeys.
• Support the rollout of our legacy strategy, increasing engagement and pledger numbers.
• Collaborate across teams to embed legacy messaging and in-memory opportunities throughout our fundraising activities.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including funeral directors, solicitors, and financial advisors.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in in-memory fundraising and/or legacy marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of fundraising regulations, GDPR, and best practice.
