Working closely with the Head of Partnerships and Fundraising, we’re looking for a Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our small team at a critical growth point to build and deliver a Trusts Fundraising Strategy (currently projected to generate c.£600K in 2027) laying the groundwork for long term, sustainable income generation as part of our wider Fundraising Strategy.
This is a new role for someone with substantial experience working in Trusts Fundraising, as well as strong project development skills, who can take our fledgling portfolio of funders and transform it into a pool of engaged supporters invested in MRF’s work in the long-term. You will have a demonstrable track record of securing five-six figure sums, the ability to create propositions in collaboration with programmatic colleagues, and the confidence to present compelling cases for support to a range of philanthropic organisations. You will also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, a keen eye for connecting philanthropic organisations to the right projects to develop meaningful relationships, and the skills to deliver high-quality, detailed bids to further our strategic objectives.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

About the role:
We are looking to appoint an experienced fundraiser to manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships to help fund the growth of our care services, and to build relationships with companies to help them achieve their CSR goals.
Reporting to the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager. North London Hospice has been caring for local people since 1984, providing specialist palliative and end-of-life care to people with life-limiting illnesses across Barnet, Enfield and Haringey, and increasingly within Camden and Islington. Our services are completely free of charge however it now costs more than £16m a year to run our charity. We rely on the generosity of our community through donations and our shops to make up the shortfall in funding.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Community and Events Manager, you will play a key role in growing income through community fundraising initiatives and delivering an exciting and expanding portfolio of events. This varied role combines creative promotion of fundraising opportunities, excellent supporter relationship management, and the planning and coordination of successful events. As trusts and foundations manager you will be a crucial part of the fundraising and communications team, and work closely with senior colleagues across the organisation to develop and win major grants to support our work.You will manage an existing portfolio of trusts and foundations that provide both unrestricted and restricted donations, ensuring all reporting and renewal deadlines are met. Importantly, you will be a self-starter and will build your own pipeline to hit income targets this year as well as identifying a pipeline for following years. About the role

As our newly created Deputy Director: Strategic Growth & Fundraising Development, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious fundraising strategy by identifying and securing new sources of high-value income, expanding our reach into priority markets, and strengthening the organisation's long-term financial sustainability.

About you
You are a senior, strategic fundraiser with a proven track record of securing significant income from high-value donors and developing innovative approaches to fundraising growth. Commercially minded and highly proactive, you are skilled at spotting opportunities, building influential relationships and translating strategic insight into tangible fundraising success.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, you have experience engaging executives, boards and high-net-worth individuals to unlock opportunities and build lasting partnerships.

We are seeking a Celebrity Ambassador Manager (0.5 FTE) to join our Fundraising Communications and Engagement team in the Development and Communication directorate. They will be responsible for recruiting and stewarding celebrities and influencers as ambassadors for the ICR to support our fundraising, communications and advocacy work.
The successful candidate will play a key role in our fundraising, communications and advocacy work. The postholder will develop the ICR’s ambassador strategy. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Kids Network are seeking a Community Fundraising Officer to join our small, successful team to help take our community fundraising to the next level, as we grow to deliver life-changing mentoring for more Little Londoners. This role will oversee our growing Community Fundraising programme, building on the processes, engagement and successes we’ve nurtured over two years, keeping our wonderful supporters motivated, committed and happy, while increasing the income they raise.
As our Community Fundraising Officer, you will be the first point of contact for supporters taking on challenge events and raising money for TKN in the community. You will ensure our different supporters have a fantastic experience at every step, and feel committed to supporting the charity’s work and furthering our impact for Little Londoners. Working closely with our two other fundraisers, you will learn about all aspects of fundraising, and support the team with maintaining meticulous records, delivering strong supporter stewardship, and writing lower-level funding applications and reports.
This role supports The Kids Network by securing the income and public support required to deliver and scale our transformative mentoring programme.
