About the Role
This is a strategic, hands-on opportunity to lead our fundraising activity, drive sustainable income growth and position Metabolic Support as the leading international patient advocacy group for IMDs. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you'll shape and deliver an ambitious fundraising strategy, build relationships with trusts, foundations, corporates and major donors, and work across our small, agile team to embed fundraising principles into everything we do. About the role:
No one should be locked out of psychological support because their life is complex, their trust has been broken, or services have struggled to reach them. In this role, you will help bring mental health support closer to people experiencing rough sleeping in Camden, working within SHP’s Rough Sleeping Outreach & Hub Service to support people whose needs may have been missed, misunderstood or left unmet for too long.
As Assistant Psychologist, you will work alongside the resident Clinical Psychologist to support psychologically informed, trauma-informed and compassionate practice across the service. This is a role rooted in both direct client impact and wider service development. As Funding and Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in managing the full assessment lifecycle, from answering applicants' queries and presenting at funding webinars, to assessing applications through to completion. About the Role
As Policy and Research Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of Belong’s policy and research work. Working closely with the Policy and Research Lead and wider team, you will help ensure projects are well organised, rigorous and impactful.
This varied role combines research coordination, stakeholder engagement and project support. You will contribute to research and policy projects from planning through to dissemination, supporting activities such as literature reviews, data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, report writing and project administration. You will also help coordinate meetings, workshops and consultation activities, ensuring research findings and insights are effectively shared with a range of audiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with information and evidence, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to work that informs policy, practice and positive social change.
About You
You will be an organised and proactive individual with experience supporting research projects, policy development or related activities, ideally within a charity, public policy or research environment.
You will have strong information-handling skills, with the ability to analyse, summarise and synthesise complex material clearly and accurately. Alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be comfortable building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and managing competing priorities effectively.
Most importantly, you will be intellectually curious, collaborative and committed to Belong’s mission and values. You will bring a solutions-focused approach, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn and develop within a policy and research environment.

If somebody is involved in a serious incident or suddenly taken ill, speed and time are of the essence. Giving a patient the best chance of survival, our Air Ambulance crew effectively take the A&E department to the scene of the emergency.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive supporter engagement and help generate vital income to support our lifesaving service.
In this role, you will support leading the delivery of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print and supporter communications. You’ll work closely with teams across fundraising, retail and operations to bring campaigns to life—ensuring they are insight-led, on-brand and deliver measurable results.
You’ll be responsible for planning and executing campaigns from concept through to evaluation, producing engaging content, and continuously optimising performance using data and audience insight. With ownership of campaign messaging and supporter communications, you will help ensure a consistent, compelling experience across all touchpoints.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders and making a tangible difference through their work
