This is an exciting role in the Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK (ACCT UK) we are looking for a proactive and organised HR Assistant to join our HR team in a 2 year FTC and provide high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR reporting, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. You will help ensure our people processes run smoothly, maintaining accurate records, supporting employee queries, and assisting with HR projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and committed to delivering a professional and confidential HR service.
Essential Skills

The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Together we want to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and be inspired through their cadet experience.

About Us
The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. These are: Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James’s Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.

As Project Manager, you will lead projects from early feasibility through to completion, managing consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
You’ll also play a key role in the delivery of the Roehampton Restored programme, contributing to a flagship project that will shape the future of Richmond Park, working with both a Senior Project Manager and an Assistant Project Manager
