Creu Cymru is seeking a highly organised and proactive Access Scheme Administrator to support the effective delivery and development of the access scheme (currently known as hynt). Hynt is a national access scheme that works with theatres and arts centres across Wales to improve access for Deaf, disabled, and neurodiverse people.
The Access Scheme Administrator plays a key role in supporting both the operational and communications aspects of the project. Working closely with the Access Scheme Project Manager, the post-holder will be responsible for liaising with member venues and cardholders, updating systems and platforms, and coordinating marketing and communications.

Hynt is an Arts Council of Wales initiative managed by Creu Cymru. As a Senior Young Dads Worker, you will provide direct, intensive support to young dads across Sunderland, working with some of the most disadvantaged young men in the region. Speaking for Ourselves is an exciting new programme funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund that will collect and share the history of the care-experienced campaigning movement since the 1970s. It was conceived within the care-experienced community, emerging from long-standing discussions about how poorly the history of the care-experienced campaigning movement has been recorded—and how easily its achievements risk being forgotten.
This important programme puts the voice of people with lived experience of care at the centre. The Speaking for Ourselves programme delivered by Coram is guided by a majority care-experienced Programme Board and aims to work with the wider care experienced community. The Programme Board has an advisory and representative role, to guide the successful delivery of the programme and make key decisions that shape its impact.

About the role
The Care Experienced Engagement Coordinator role presents a unique opportunity to work directly with the care experienced community to bring to life this untold history. The role will hold primary responsibility for the engagement with the community, and care experienced individuals and allies including outreach, liaison and ongoing relationship management. Along with the team they will need to ensure the programme is delivered sensitively and embed a trauma informed approach.
We are looking for a person who has direct experience of successfully working with diverse groups of people with lived experience of the care system – personally or professionally, along with experience of working with young people and adults to develop and deliver projects preferably in a heritage / creative context.
The post holder will report to the Programme Manager, and will be responsible for working with them, the team, the Programme Board and Coram to deliver the programme.

1. Working closely with the Head of Creative Engagement to deliver HOME’s year-round Creative Engagement offer for young people, schools and communities.

About the Role
The Policy and Communications Coordinator plays a key role in helping NCB drive positive change for children and young people across the UK, by supporting the delivery key elements of policy, public affairs, and communications work. This role supports the development and delivery of high-quality and impactful policy outputs, communications and campaigns, to enhance our visibility and impact, bringing lived and learned experiences to the heart of our influencing work.

The Vacancy
The Membership Operations Officer will provide part-time business-as-usual support to the Membership team, helping the team run smoothly, respond quickly to member and internal enquiries, and maintain clear, accurate and accessible membership information.
The role will support the day-to-day operations of the membership function, with a particular focus on digital and knowledge management, membership inbox coordination, enquiry triage and timely follow-up. Digital and knowledge management support (40%)
● Maintain organised, accurate and accessible membership information across internal systems, including Box, SharePoint and Salesforce.
● Support colleagues across teams to access up-to-date member information, documents and tools that enable consistent member engagement.
● Support the development and maintenance of digital platforms that improve member engagement, communications and access to shared resources.
● Coordinate with Communications and relevant hubs to keep membership messaging, website updates and new member announcements accurate and timely.

● Act as the first point of coordination for routine member enquiries, tracking actions and ensuring follow-up is completed or escalated where needed.
