About the Role:

What will you be doing?
1. Grants and Finance Support:
· To support the Finance and Grants teams by liaising with suppliers of items for grants, checking invoices and records, issuing purchase orders and placing orders
· Providing first level support with the grants database system.
· Support with invoice entry and payment reconciliation on the grants system.
· Manage the organisation’s petty cash and reconciliation
· Support with processing invoices for payment
· Scanning, filing and logging account documents
· Checking and updating ledger balances using the computerised accounting systems
2. HR Support:
· Support the HR Manager with recruitment and onboarding processes, and other key HR activities, including:
· Assist the teams with recruitment administrative tasks including posting job adverts on relevant job boards; arranging interviews; responding to job applicants; issuing reference requests; filing of recruitment records.
· Provide support with induction process and induction schedules for new joiners.
· Perform data entry and update records and databases for personnel in the HR Information system.
· Update organisation charts and other key documents and handle confidential information professionally.
3. Reception and Enquiries:
· Welcome visitors at Buttle UK and be the first point of contact for phone calls and visitors, signposting callers and enquiries when Buttle UK cannot assist
· Take responsibility for the out-of-hours voicemail facility and respond to all messages on a timely basis.
· Manage company correspondence including phone calls, emails, letters and packages in accordance with Buttle UK procedures, and distribute to relevant staff.
4. General Administration for the Buttle Office
· Organise set up of meeting rooms ahead of key meetings
· Make travel arrangements and hotel bookings for staff where necessary
· Ad-hoc admin tasks as directed by the Senior Management Team
· Track office stationery levels, including printer requirements and equipment for home-based staff, re-ordering, when required, and maintain relationships with stationery suppliers.
· Oversee day-to-day office functions to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
· Maintain and organise office files, both physical and digital.
· Support the organisation during office events including staff meetings, team building activities and corporate functions.

Role Summary:
The Smile Trian UK Senior Manager, Individual Giving leads on the development and delivery of the individual donor offline fundraising program, responsible for the acquisition, retention, upgrade and reactivation of individual donors through various channels including Direct Mail, DRTV, Telemarketing and SMS and Print. Employing a test-and-learn approach across the programme and liaising closely with the Digital Fundraising Director and the Direct Marketing Global Working Group, the role contributes to the development of Smile Train’s global fundraising strategy.
Serving as the local subject matter expert in direct marketing and fundraising data, you will translate complex data into easy-to-understand takeaways for the UK Fundraising Director and senior leadership ensuring that Smile Train is able to efficiently and effectively raise funds to continue transforming the lives of our beneficiaries.
This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity starting as soon as possible. Ability to travel, when necessary, for agency partner visits and organizational events is required.

General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the UK Director of Fundraising in the development of the offline Individual Giving Strategy and other key initiatives and keep them updated and fully briefed regarding their implementation
- Line-manage the Database Manager and Supporter Experience Officer
- Develop engaging donor acquisition and retention campaigns
- Utilise data to inform and strategically target key donor segments

DRTV
- Execute all aspects of Direct Response Television (DRTV) donor acquisition program, including:

Summary of the role:
The Head of Income Generation & Marketing is a key member of Muslim Aid’s Leadership Team, responsible for executing the organisation’s fundraising and marketing strategy and overseeing all marketing and communications activities across the organisation. This is where this new role comes in.
The Community Builder will help people set up new groups, and ensure our groups are well supported, informed, and connected, while also exploring new ways for people to organise together, including thematic and digital communities.
Alongside relationship-building, the role carries responsibility for ensuring community activity is underpinned by clear processes, agreements, and risk management, so that grassroots organising is safe and sustainable.
This is a manager-level role, working with autonomy and initiative, with scope to grow into line management in future.

Working hours and location

What we are looking for:
Job Title: Major Gifts and Partnerships Lead
We’re looking for a confident, experienced fundraiser to lead major-gift fundraising — securing transformational gifts from high-net-worth individuals while building wealth-adviser relationships that generate referral leads. You’ll own the full pipeline: prospecting, cultivation, making direct asks, closing and stewardship.
The ideal candidate will be excited to cultivate networks of wealth managers, private-client teams and other advisers to HNWIs, and to convert adviser introductions into committed support. You’ll also prospect independently for major gifts outside those referral streams.
To succeed you’ll master three distinct fundraising pitches: a business case for advisers; an impact case to persuade donors to support our portfolio charities; and a systems-change case to win backing for GRP’s operating costs (salaries, office costs, etc) to keep the charity running fee-free.
You’ll be comfortable making direct asks for funding, with evidence of having closed high-value gifts or multi-year commitments. We are looking for a Individual Giving and Legacies Manager (maternity cover), to lead and grow key income streams with a particular focus on legacy giving, payroll giving, and in-memory giving, while ensuring every supporters journey is meaningful, positive, and impactful.
This is a fixed term contract to cover up to a years maternity leave, with hybrid working at least one day a week in the London office. This post would ideally start mid April.

The Role
Joining a team of six, reporting into the Head Of Events and Supporter Engagement and managing the supporter engagegment officer. You will:
Develop and deliver the legacy marketing programme, working closely with external digital agencies to promote legacy giving.
Manage and grow the payroll giving programme, including relationships with Professional Fundraising Organisations (PFOs) and internal teams.
Oversee in memory giving initiatives,working closely with the Digital Fundraising and Engagement Executive on digital in-memory giving initiatives and tribute pages.
Lead on the planning, creation, and delivery of direct mail appeals, working collaboratively with the Head of Events and Supporter Engagement.
The Candidate
Proven experience in legacy giving and individual giving environments.
Ability to analyse and report on marketing effectiveness, sharing insights with teams.
Experience in managing finance and budgeting for fundraising activities.
Demonstrable ability to write engaging copy for different audiences across varied communication channels.
Ideally previous line management experience.

About the role
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the strategic delivery of strong marcomms campaigns and content creation that help meet programme targets, raise the profile of our work and drive increased targeted engagement with our programmes and services.
Your main focus will be on programmes to engage our schools audiences, including teachers, careers leaders and young people. You will also drive engagement with organisations that run STEM outreach activities to help make all schools outreach more impactful.
In your role you will manage recruitment campaigns and marcomms for EUK Education (our schools-facing brand) and associated programmes such as Big Bang. You will also manage social channels, web editing and some design elements, as well as supporting on wider marketing communications to our corporate audiences.
The role is London based at our office at 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6EN and will involve frequent / may involve some travel in the UK (amend as required).We believe that hybrid working has many benefits and are pleased to offer flexible working with a minimum of 2 days (or 40%) a week in the office and the option for a flexible start and end to the working day in our vibrant central London office overlooking the Thames.
