Job description

The Administration Co-ordinator is a pivotal role at the heart of
Neuroendocrine Cancer UK. As part of the Operations team, you will help create the strong
organisational foundations that enable our charity to deliver meaningful support, drive
awareness and improve outcomes for people affected by neuroendocrine cancer.

Working closely with colleagues across operations, fundraising, communications and
patient support, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support that
keeps the organisation running efficiently and effectively. No two days will be the same;
from coordinating projects and maintaining accurate records to improving processes and
supporting colleagues across the charity, your work will have a direct impact on our ability
to achieve our mission.

We are looking for someone who genuinely values the power of excellent administration
and recognises that great organisations are built on strong systems, careful planning and
exceptional attention to detail. You will take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work,
spotting the small details that others might miss, and ensuring information is organised,
reliable and accessible.

Alongside excellent organisational skills, you will be proactive, adaptable and solutionsfocused,
enjoying the variety that comes with supporting a busy, growing charity. You will
thrive on bringing order to complexity, balancing competing priorities with confidence, and
finding practical ways to make things work better.

Above all, you will be someone who enjoys helping others succeed. By keeping processes
running smoothly, anticipating what colleagues need and providing dependable support,
you will play an essential role in enabling every team across the organisation to deliver their
very best work. You will recognise that every task - whether routine or complex - has value,
approaching each with the same professionalism, care and attention to detail because you
understand the difference that excellent administration makes.

If you're someone who takes pride in creating order from complexity, enjoys supporting
others to succeed and believes that outstanding administration can make a real difference,
we'd love to hear from you.

Please note that due to the high volume of applications for this role we are closing the position early at 9 am on Thursday 13th August.
