You will provide support to all new prisoner arrivals at the HMP Millsike reception, ensuring a thorough induction process is completed to include a detailed briefing specific to the support that will be offered to veterans by OpNOVA and the other providers within HMP Millsike.

Purpose of the job
The Education Programme at ELBA seeks to raise aspirations of young people, develop their business awareness, and support their employability competencies. Our work involves supporting secondary schools, colleges and universities, predominately through events bringing volunteers together from our corporate partners with local students to support the development of their employability skills and to raise aspirations. Working closely with ELBA’s corporate partners, the team engage students in various opportunities supporting Gatsby Benchmarks 5 & 6.
The role
This role will involve managing relationships with secondary schools, colleges, universities and ELBA corporate partner companies, providing vital support to coordinate and run events of varying scales throughout the academic year. This also includes supporting Mentoring Works, a programme that has been running since 1996 and connects Year 10 and Sixth Form/college students to volunteer business mentors working in the City and Canary Wharf. Taking the relationship lead for a number of our education institutions and corporate partners, the successful candidate will manage these relationships and ensure successful outcomes.

Job Description
Relationship Management
· Develop and manage strong relationships with education partners, this can include recruiting students for Mentoring Works and planning a calendar of events with Career Departments.
· Manage event requests from both education and corporate partners
· Run cross school projects throughout the year with multiple schools taking part
· Support the account management process of corporate partners by attending meetings with the wider account management team
· As a success indicator, consistently secure and maintain high satisfaction ratings from education and corporate partners, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders and volunteers.
Delivery
· Deliver projects and activities for educational institutions in line with the priorities and opportunities identified.
· Create and develop materials and resources, share best practice and design new programmes in line with changing priorities.
· Lead on development and delivery of group activities to support the Mentoring Works programme and feedback sessions with students
· Work proactively with CSR departments and other contacts within ELBA corporate partners to promote and enable delivery of projects/activities.
· Promote safety and wellbeing of students at all times and to follow ELBA’s safeguarding policies and have full regard of the policies of the schools and colleges engaged in ELBA programmes
· As a success indicator, ensure the execution of project milestones by consistently meeting or exceeding delivery timelines and stakeholder requirements.
Communication, reporting and evaluation
· All ELBA employees are required to use Salesforce as a record of activity. Training will be provided. Update Salesforce with all activity in line with agreed timescales, share updates with partners on activity.
· Support the Comms team as required
· Implement agreed evaluation and impact measurement tools for each project/activity
· Regularly write case studies, newsletter stories to showcase the impact of the education programme
· As a success indicator, produce comprehensive annual impact reports for partner schools, colleges, and universities, translating activity data into actionable insights that demonstrate programme value and success.
General
· Represent and act as an ELBA ambassador at meetings, social events and functions when required
· Attend ELBA team meetings, collaborate with other ELBA colleagues on projects where appropriate and contribute to the development of ELBA as an organisation

We are seeking a Volunteer Support & Systems Manager to lead the development and maintenance of automated workflows used within the Volunteer Support Team.
The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Volunteer Support function including overseeing the day-to-day administration of key volunteer processes. The postholder will also line manage the Volunteer Support Officers who act as the first point of contact to volunteers in assisting with these processes and wider administration.
About the role
The purpose of the Volunteer Support & Systems Manager is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Volunteer Support function by ensuring that automated workflows are well maintained and continuously improved. This includes the onboarding process for new volunteers, management of mandatory training requirements of existing volunteers and volunteer record management through processing promotions transfers and leavers. The role also provides effective line management to a team of Volunteer Support Officers, supporting them to deliver a high quality of administrative support to volunteers to assist them with these processes.
Responsibilities
- To oversee the efficient operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of all Volunteer Support automated workflows
- To develop clear and effective guidance, to help volunteers access and use the various Volunteer Support digital systems
- To line manage and support the Volunteer Support Team based at the MSSC Support Centre, empowering the team to deliver effective and consistent support to volunteers
- To functionally manage and support the Area Volunteer Support Team based across the 6 Area Offices, empowering them to deliver effective and consistent support to volunteers
- To manage the “Safer Recruitment” and adverse disclosure process for volunteers, in line with MSSC policy, ensuring that criminal records checks are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner
- To work with the Head of Volunteering to review MSSC volunteering policies, monitoring their appropriateness and effectiveness, making recommendations for changes as necessary
- To support the Head of Volunteering with the successful implementation of MSSC’s volunteer strategy and other national tasks
- To work with Volunteer Support Officers to develop systems and processes for managing the Volunteer Support workload and monitoring delivery standards
- To work closely with other stakeholders, maintaining excellent working relationships across departments to ensure consistency and best practice for our volunteers.
Requirements
- Experience of leading the development and maintenance of digital volunteer management/ communication systems
- Experience of creating and maintaining complex automated workflows
- Experience of overseeing the administrative functions of a CRM system
- Experience of implementing, managing reviewing and refining administrative processes
- Experience of delivering a first-class service to clients or customers
- Experience developing processes which are targeted at both internal and external audiences
- Experience of managing or supervising a large team

- Experience of managing or supervising a team based remotely
- Experience of using Microsoft Forms and Power Automate or similar systems

The Digital Mobilisation Manager will lead Safe Passage’s digital programme, sitting within both our Fundraising and Campaigns teams. They will mobilise supporters through timely actions; manage, develop and grow our digital channels strategically; and be at the centre of meeting our fundraising and campaign goals. They will lead on the development of our digital strategy with oversight from the leadership team, implementing it through expert, hands-on content creation.
This post is an exciting role, responsible for mobilising campaign actions and helping raise the money needed for Safe Passage to do its important work. You will bring a passion for digital developments and action, motivated to advance refugee rights and support the campaigns and fundraising team with team objectives. The successful candidate will be proactively progressing digital opportunities and innovations. You will work as part of a collaborative Campaigns and Communications Team, Fundraising Team and closely with colleagues across Safe Passage International, including teams in the UK, Greece, and France.

About the role

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. For more than 40 years, we have been delivering essential health and medical care to those most affected by conflict, displacement and occupation in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) and Lebanon.

About the role
This is an important opportunity for somebody passionate about MAP’s work with an interest in system design, strong data skills and an eye for detail to play a key role in shaping and maintaining MAP’s Dynamics 365 CRM system. With Dynamics 365 introduced in 2024, the Senior Supporter Database Officer will play a vital role in meeting the charity’s data import needs and enhancing its infrastructure. The postholder will be involved in system design and data quality management associated with a wide variety of data types with varied requirements including, but not limited to individuals, corporates, trusts, foundations, volunteers, campaigners, institutional donors, community groups, and challenge event participants. To enable this, they will work closely with the Supporter Care Team, Finance Team, wider Fundraising team and other internal stakeholders at MAP.
The management of financial data will feature prominently in the day-to-day responsibilities of the postholder. Collaborating with MAP’s Finance team, third party payment providers and external suppliers, the postholder will deliver the secure and efficient processing of payments data. The postholder is responsible for completing complex data imports, applying accurate coding, and supporting financial reconciliation to monthly deadlines.
The Senior Supporter Database Officer will closely support the work of the Supporter Database Officer and will deputise for the Supporter Database Manager when required. In addition, they will support the work of the Performance & Insights team within the Fundraising team and the technical CRM lead in the Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Supporter Database Officer is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy and effective use of MAP’s Dynamics 365 CRM system. The role leads on complex data imports from payment providers, agencies and internal teams, ensuring robust processes, strong data quality controls and clear documentation. The postholder oversees secure data handling and conducts regular quality checks to maintain system accuracy.
A key aspect of the role is income processing and financial reconciliation. Working closely with Finance, the postholder ensures accurate coding of income, supports daily and monthly reconciliations, investigates discrepancies and maintains appropriate audit trails and financial controls.
The role also contributes to CRM development by gathering requirements from Fundraising colleagues, supporting system improvements and assisting with testing and implementation. The postholder ensures compliance with data protection regulations, maintains consent records and supports reporting and data insight needs across Fundraising.
As a senior team member, they provide guidance to the Supporter Database Officer, deliver user training and deputise for the Supporter Database Manager when required.
About You
You will have strong experience working with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, alongside advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL. You will be confident managing large datasets, complex imports and income reconciliation processes.
You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions. Experience working with supporter or customer data, alongside knowledge of GDPR and financial controls, is essential.
You will be an effective communicator, comfortable working across teams and with external suppliers, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience within a charity CRM function and familiarity with tools such as Power BI would be advantageous.
