ORGANISATIONAL CONTEXT
Oasis neighbourhoods are local places of activity that provide integrated, high quality and diverse services to benefit the whole person and the whole community. The Oasis ethos stems from our Christian roots and is an expression of our character - it is a declaration of who we are and therefore the lens through which we assess all we do. a passion to include everyone
a desire to treat everyone equally, respecting differences
a commitment to healthy and open relationships
a deep sense of hope that things can change and be transformed
a sense of perseverance to keep going for the long haul
An Oasis neighbourhood is a community movement and the joining together of all the work Oasis does in any one place, which could include foodbanks, debt advice centres, family support and advice services, healthcare, youth work, children’s work, alongside other Oasis activities in that community, including formal education through Oasis Academies.
The Youth and Community function of Oasis is responsible for the wider community work that takes place within Oasis neighbourhoods, working closely with the wider Oasis family to outwork our vision. In relation to governance, Oasis Community Partnerships is the national charity, with each local team operating from their own local Oasis charity.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing national organisation, making a difference to communities on a local level, whilst also influencing the national landscape. As part of the package, Oasis offers:

About Us
Since 1854, Embrace has been serving some of the most marginalised and excluded communities (of all faiths and none) in the Middle East. We support, enable and partner with Christians in the Middle East as they work to transform lives and restore dignity through education, healthcare and community development programmes. Without our staff, this important work simply would not be possible.
About You
We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively and building strong relationships with a wide range of people and organisations both nationally and internationally. You will be an excellent administrator with strong coordination and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records and deliver high-quality work to deadlines. Confident using Microsoft 365 and digital systems, you will be comfortable handling sensitive information, supporting compliance processes and learning new systems quickly. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, helping to translate programme insight into compelling stories, fundraising initiatives, advocacy work and supporter engagement. This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to Embrace's mission while developing your experience within international development and partnership management.

Lead the next chapter of homelessness and support services in Exmouth.
Join Open Door Exmouth as we expand our services, launch a new Support Hub and strengthen pathways from crisis to stability and hope.
Open Door Exmouth has supported local people for over 30 years. What began as a homeless drop-in has grown into a multi-service charity delivering practical support, trusted relationships and opportunities for people to move forward with dignity and hope. Today, our services include a Community Café, Support Service, Parent Hub, Youth Service, Community Craft Room and Men's Shed. Rooted in Christian values, we are committed to creating safe, welcoming and non-judgemental spaces where people can access support and belonging.
We are seeking an exceptional Homelessness Support Services Manager to lead and develop our growing homelessness and support services. This is a new senior leadership role created through the Ending Homelessness in Communities Fund (EHCF), which will expand our support offer and establish a new five-day Support Hub.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our homelessness and support services. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee safeguarding and quality assurance, strengthen tenancy sustainment and homelessness prevention work, develop partnerships across housing, health and the voluntary sector, and ensure services deliver meaningful outcomes for people facing homelessness, crisis and multiple disadvantage.
This role offers a rare opportunity to help shape the future of homelessness support in Exmouth, influence local partnership working, and lead a service that combines compassion, practical support and long-term impact.
If you are a compassionate, values-led leader with experience of homelessness, housing, community support, social care or a related field, we'd love to hear from you.
Open Door creates safe, welcoming spaces and practical support so people in Exmouth can connect, build confidence and find hope.
