Brief role description
The Salesforce Administrator (Mid-Level) will work closely with the Salesforce Manager, providing guidance to stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our CRM.
A key part of this role is educating users and sharing best practices, helping colleagues understand how Salesforce works, what good looks like and how to get the most out of the platform.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a capable professional with hands-on experience using Salesforce and its core products. You will need to have an understanding of their function and relationships along with excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical and reporting skills.
You will be confident and have excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, enabling you to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels. You will also have strong documentation habits, attention to detail and be able to balance strategic thinking with daily operational needs.
The ideal candidate will hold a Salesforce Administrator Certification, familiarity with API-based integrations or middleware, such as Zapier and experience with Agile/Scrum environments.

They will write Reasonable Adjustment Plans (RAPs), work with partners to ensure agreed support is implemented effectively, escalate cases where appropriate, and contribute insight to help strengthen student support, inclusion and wellbeing practice across NIoT. RCJ Advice is an exceptional Citizens Advice and Law Centre delivering national legal advice services, both frontline and second tier, to people who are unable to afford legal representation and advice. This role offers the opportunity to join the Finding Legal Options for Women survivors (FLOWS) team.
As part of the FLOWS team, the postholder will support survivors of domestic abuse and the frontline professionals who work with them by providing information, advice and guidance on domestic abuse matters and available legal options. Income Generation

In the last four years we have tripled our turnover, moved from delivery at one site to having thirteen outreaches and have doubled the number of clients we are seeing. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, full time Welfare Benefits Worker to build up a much needed Welfare Rights Unit. We have a small unit of volunteers who support clients with appeals, and our next stage is to build a volunteer based form filling service. Whilst holding a small caseload of your own, it is the development of this service that would be your principal task.
To be successful you will need to be a qualified Citizens Advice Adviser, preferably with experience of delivering Benefits casework, and to be able to develop and lead volunteers. Salary: £37,296 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, ambitious organisation that works with the UK's 15 National Parks to develop partnerships that generate investment, support conservation and help tackle the climate and biodiversity crises.
As Events and CRM Manager, you'll lead on the planning and delivery of a varied programme of events while overseeing the organisation's CRM and supporting the effective use of its systems. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you'll help ensure events run smoothly, data is managed effectively and systems support the organisation's wider goals.

Joining during a period of positive organisational change, the Finance Manager will play a key role in a finance function that is evolving beyond traditional reporting to provide greater insight and support across the organisation and its global network of Award Operators. Working closely with the Head of Finance and Business Information, you'll have genuine ownership of the month-end process, lead a small finance team and drive continuous improvements, while also having opportunities to contribute to wider organisational initiatives that directly support young people around the world.

This is a permanent, part-time opportunity working 21 hours per week, with flexibility to spread these across either three full days or shorter hours across the week. The role is based in London, operating on a hybrid basis.

The Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for managing FFRP, a London wide programme that supports families on low income to access good quality, free and independent advice, in order to prevent or alleviate financial hardship. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager, confident in relationship management and in evaluation and monitoring, with a strong understanding of the free legal advice sector in London.
