The role
The Project Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our Council funded Adult Bereavement Service in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.This service aims to provide accessible, empathetic and effective support for adults affected by bereavement, particularly sudden or drug/alcohol-related deaths. The Project Officer will work collaboratively as part of the local and regional volunteer and staff team.
Remote in the UK (homebased) with travel within Cornwall. In practice, this means that there will be regular travel to community venues across Cornwall for service delivery and outreach events. The remaining work will be remote from home. We need to manage travel costs and working time within the project budget, so cannot recruit anyone living outside of Cornwall or West Devon

This peer support project is delivered in partnership with South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust to support Carers of people with mental health conditions. This project will work to support Carers through one-to-one support, outreach, training and peer support groups.
About The Role:
Using your lived experience of caring for someone with a mental health condition, and a strengths-based approach, you will support mental health Carers in their caring role. As Kent Project Support Coordinator, you will help coordinate and deliver our local perinatal mental health peer support service across Kent. Working closely with our Perinatal Peer Support Service Lead, peer supporters, volunteers, health professionals and community partners, you will help ensure families receive safe, inclusive and accessible support within their local communities.

As our Purchase Ledger Executive, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our finance operations, giving colleagues across the Trust the confidence to focus on making a difference for young people.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in getting the details right, and is passionate about delivering great service to both colleagues and suppliers.
Where you'll fit:
You'll join our Financial Transactions team, working closely with colleagues across the organisation and external suppliers to ensure our purchase-to-pay processes are accurate, compliant and efficient.
This is a varied role that combines transactional finance, problem-solving and stakeholder support. No two days are quite the same, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and help shape how we work.

By ensuring payments are processed accurately and resources are managed effectively, you'll help us make the best use of our funds and support the delivery of programmes and services that change young people's lives.

To undertake bookkeeping, monthly management reporting, financial reporting, work with the external auditors during their annual review and assist with the design/implementation of internal controls within the finance department. The Supporter Experience Officer will be responsible for ensuring supporters have a fulfilling and enjoyable relationship with Bible Society. Working as part of the Individual Giving team, you will work strategically across the whole ‘supporter journey’. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional supporter journeys driving long-term loyalty.
You will have a demonstrable understanding of what drives and motivates Christian supporters, as well as a deep understanding of retention fundraising principles. Delighting supporters with positive ‘wow’ moments will be a core part of your remit.
Well-organised and self-motivated, you will be a strategic thinker and have proven experience in analysing and reporting on campaigns.
