Are you ready to stand alongside women facing multiple disadvantage and play a meaningful role in their journeys? As a Project Worker in our Camden women’s service, you’ll be at the centre of a busy, purposeful environment where every conversation, support session and safety plan matters. Working in trauma-informed, psychologically informed accommodation, you’ll build trusted relationships, carry out thoughtful assessments and co-produce support plans that help women move towards stability, recovery and greater independence.
Day to day, you’ll balance practical action with compassionate challenge – supporting women to manage risk, strengthen their wellbeing, navigate services and develop the skills and confidence to shape their own futures. You’ll deliver structured keywork and group sessions, liaise with partners across mental health, substance use, health and criminal justice services, and play a vital role in creating a safe, consistent and empowering space. About the role

About the role
The Head of Income Generation is a new and important leadership role within Stonewall Housing, created to grow and diversify our voluntary income and support the next stage of our development as a nationwide LGBTQ+ housing and homelessness charity.
Reporting to the Director of Development, you will lead the development and delivery of ambitious income generation plans, with a particular focus on significantly growing income from corporate giving and partnerships.
You will build on Stonewall Housing’s existing corporate relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities across the UK. RSPCA Finchley, Golders Green, Hendon & District Branch is looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Shop Manager to lead our North Finchley Charity Shop and help transform the lives of vulnerable animals across North London.

Every sale, every donation and every volunteer you inspire helps fund the rescue, veterinary treatment, rehabilitation and rehoming of abandoned cats and kittens, alongside neglected, injured and vulnerable animals. This is more than a retail management role: it is an opportunity to make a genuine difference every single day.
You willlead the day-to-day operation of our busy charity shop, motivate and develop a team of staff and volunteers, drive sales both in-store and online, maximise donations and deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting the Branch's local animal welfare work.
We're looking for someone with retail management experience who enjoys leading people, achieving ambitious targets and delivering outstanding customer service. Charity retail experience is welcome but not essential.
The role will include weekend working and occasional evenings in line with the operational needs of the Branch.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the charity sector.

You will build trust, complete assessments, develop support plans and advocate on their behalf within multi-agency settings. You will work alongside social workers, midwives, health visitors and other professionals to ensure each young mother's voice is heard and represented.
Alongside direct casework, you will contribute to peer support groups, workshops and community-based activities that reduce isolation, build confidence and strengthen parenting skills. You will also play an important role in safeguarding, quality assurance and service development by maintaining high-quality records, producing case studies and identifying opportunities to improve local services.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Executive Officer to support the Secretary of the Conference.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the Methodist Church's governance, leadership and decision-making structures.
Working closely with the Secretary of the Conference and colleagues across the Conference Office, you will provide executive, governance and project support, helping to ensure the effective delivery of key priorities and the smooth operation of major governance processes.
The role combines executive support, committee and governance administration, research and briefing, stakeholder engagement and project coordination. It offers the opportunity to work with senior leaders, office holders and colleagues from around the Methodist Connexion and beyond.
The post holder will provide advice and support to the Secretary of the Conference across the entire range of their responsibilities. They will prepare briefing papers, reports, presentations, worship material and other documentation supporting the Secretary.
In this crucial role, the Executive Officer will read committee and meeting papers and flag items requiring the Secretary's attention/awareness, ensuring appropriate briefings are received and that the Secretary is alerted to key issues.
The post holder will also lead on the preparation for regular meetings on behalf of the Secretary of the Conference including the Connexional Leaders’ Forum and the Nominations Committee.
