About the role
As Awards Finance Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of award data, timely donor audit financial compliance, and donor confidence. Reporting to the Awards Finance Manager and working alongside 2 other Awards Finance Analysts, you'll be supporting the management of around 400 active awards, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust reconciliations and compliance with donor and audit requirements.
This is a varied role that combines award management knowledge with strong financial analysis and controls. You will work closely with finance, award management and programme colleagues, supporting donor audits, validating donor reports, tracking award income and debt, and helping drive process improvements and automation across the Awards Finance function.

JOB PURPOSE
The postholder will help the people accessing our services to engage with pre-employment support to build the skills, confidence and resilience needed to gain future employment. This will be achieved through one-to-one support sessions, designing and delivering pre-employment workshops, digital inclusion initiatives, and volunteering opportunities. MAIN DUTIES

Purpose of the role
Transforming the Thames is an ambitious, partnership-led programme working towards a vision of a restored, reconnected and resilient Thames Estuary, a thriving coastal wetland where communities and wildlife can flourish.
Led by ZSL and delivered through a diverse partnership of industry, government, environmental organisations, local nature partnerships and landowners, the programme is bringing people and organisations together to reconnect the fragmented and damaged seascape of the Greater Thames Estuary. Through the protection, repair and restoration of coastal habitats, the programme is delivering an initial 320ha of habitat restoration by 2030, with ambitions to scale up this work over the long term.
This role will play an important part in bringing the vision for Transforming the Thames to life, coordinating communications across the programme and working with the ZSL project team and partners to deliver clear, consistent and engaging messaging. Working closely with ZSL’s central PR team, the role will support content, media activity and key campaign moments, drawing on ZSL’s brand, partner resources and creative content to share the programme’s story with a wide range of audiences.

About the Role
As a Children Sessional Play Worker, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of a variety of sessions and activities for children and young people at the refuge. This includes listening to children’s ideas to design services around their needs, choices, and aspirations. You will work alongside the Family Support Worker, encouraging all children to take part and have as much fun as possible whilst helping to develop children's learning, well-being, and social skills.
About You
You will have experience of working with children and you are passionate about play as well as dedicated to providing a welcoming and safe space for all children - supervising the children and ensuring their safety at all times.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on children as well as practical experience of working with children and within a team. You will also need to demonstrate a proven ability to work on your own initiative and under supervision. A minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in child-care /play/ youthwork /sports/coaching or creative arts is desirable. The Role:

About the role:
The NEST service provides trauma informed, community-based support to young women and girls aged 14-25 at risk of entering or becoming entrenched in the Criminal Justice System. The role of the NEST Advocate is to provide dedicated one-to-one support to young women and girls, building trusted relationships and coordinating practical support to build their confidence and help stabilise their lives across areas including education, housing, health, employment and interaction with justice services.
As a YWG Senior Advocate you will be responsible for managing a small caseload of young women and girls, while also supervising two YWG Advocates, providing formal and informal supervision and support. This will include oversight of safeguarding for the girls and young women they work with and supporting the quality control of the service, including regular dip-checks and data input.

About the role

The Senior IDVA will work within a dynamic, fast paced, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service to ensure the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process. This is a great development opportunity for an experienced IDVA looking to take the next step in their career. Along with regular case work, this role requires confident use of Modus in order to coordinate and ensure the quality of Duty, as well as the ability to work to policies and procedures and be able to prioritise effectively.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an excellent understanding of domestic violence and its effects on women and children and of best practice within the domestic abuse sector and in working with women with children. As an experienced domestic violence advocate who has worked with complex and multiple needs, you will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis.
Experience of direct work with female survivors of domestic violence and of working within safeguarding procedures is essential for this post, as is the need to adopt and promote a strong partnership approach to service provision. You will be adept at juggling front line work and management responsibilities, with an ability to prioritise, work collaboratively and demonstrate innovation in time management and service delivery methods.
