About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) with experience of designing and embedding organisational DEIB strategies and leading culture change at a senior level to join our CEO Office.

This is a pivotal leadership role at a critical moment in our DEIB journey. You will lead the development of our next DEIB strategy, building on our ‘Brave, Not Perfect’ commitments and driving forward meaningful, measurable change across the organisation. Working closely with the CEO and Executive Team, you will shape the vision, influence decision-making and ensure DEIB is fully embedded across our culture, systems and ways of working.

You’ll act as both a strategic lead and an organisational change expert – engaging colleagues, supporting leaders, and ensuring our work reflects the diverse needs of the children and young people we support. This role does not have direct reports but carries significant influence across the organisation, requiring strong leadership, resilience, and the ability to bring others on the journey.

About the role

The Head of External Relations is a key senior leadership role at Rainforest Foundation UK (RFUK) responsible for overseeing effective fundraising and communications strategies to support the organisation's work protecting rainforests and the rights of Indigenous Peoples and local communities.

Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for building RFUK’s external profile and support for its ambitious 2033 vision to scale up community-led protection of tropical forests. The position combines strategic communications, outreach, targeted campaigns, and media engagement to connect RFUK’s impactful programmes to its growing audience, supporters and funders.

This a key role in the organisation, managing a small team, working closely with the Programmes team to craft compelling narratives that drive engagement and action, with the Operations team to ensure financial sustainability, and with the Executive Director to create and implement targeted fundraising strategies.

You'll lead the development of SportsAid's Community Fundraising & Engagement programme at a pivotal moment in our history, helping shape the future of one of the UK's most respected sports charities.

Working closely with the Head of Fundraising and Communications and as part of an ambitious leadership team, you'll develop and deliver a bold community fundraising strategy, grow sustainable unrestricted income and create outstanding supporter experiences that inspire people to back the next generation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for member organisations, addressing inquiries and providing support to enhance member satisfaction.

About Quest for Learning

Quest for Learning is an education charity working to close the gap for primary school children in Oxfordshire who are falling behind due to disadvantage.

We work closely with schools to deliver targeted, evidence-led literacy and numeracy programmes that help children build the skills, confidence and foundations they need to thrive. Many of the children we support are growing up in poverty, facing barriers linked to low family literacy, unmet additional needs, unstable home circumstances, or limited access to wider opportunities.

We are seeking a People Advisor to join their collaborative and values-driven People team, playing a key role in supporting colleagues and managers across the organisation.

This is a flexible opportunity that can be offered on either a part-time or full-time basis (28–35 hours per week), and the organisation is open to discussing working patterns that suit the successful candidate. The position is a highly generalist HR role with broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the Director of People, the postholder will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider People projects across areas such as engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, reward, and organisational development.

We are looking for an approachable and proactive HR professional with strong generalist HR experience and a good understanding of UK employment law, policies and procedures, and HR best practice. You will be confident managing a varied workload, handling employee relations matters, building positive relationships with managers and colleagues, and working both independently and collaboratively. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, as is a genuine commitment to supporting people and helping create an inclusive, positive workplace culture. Experience within the charity or wider not-for-profit sector would be welcomed, although candidates from other sectors with relevant HR advisory experience are also encouraged to apply.

Movember has an ambitious five-year strategy, and this nine-month contract role sits right at the heart of making it happen. As Project Manager, Global Fundraising, you'll be the connective tissue between Movember's global and local fundraising teams, keeping complex, multi-workstream initiatives moving on time, on scope, and on target across every market we operate in.

Working closely with the Global Director of Mass Fundraising, the Global Director of Markets, the Interim CEO, and the Campaign Steering Committee, you'll help design and deliver the annual Global Campaign Plan, manage the cross-functional Campaign squad, and develop fundraising initiatives that local teams across six markets can actually bring to life. That means building clear briefs, practical toolkits, and implementation guidance that translate global ambition into local execution, and then partnering with those local teams to make sure they have everything they need to succeed.

On any given day you might be managing project plans and timelines, facilitating steering committee sessions, identifying risks before they become problems, tracking KPIs across markets, or supporting the Interim CEO on organisation-wide delivery of the One Mo Plan. You'll also shape and embed best-practice project management methodologies that scale, and lead retrospectives that make Movember smarter year after year.

This is a global role, and that means some out-of-hours collaboration across time zones is part of the deal. Based in London and reporting to the Global Director of Fundraising, this is a full-time, nine-month fixed-term contract for someone who combines genuine fundraising expertise with serious project management discipline, and who thrives on bringing order to complexity without losing sight of the mission.

• 5+ years of experience across project management and fundraising, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream projects on time and to target

Role Purpose

· Develop processes and systems to ensure the effective management of all relevant information, including keeping all records up to date on the CRM database (Sales Force) including all actions, communications and proposals in-line with the monthly KPIs and analyse to identify further opportunities.

· Support your line manager with income tracking and processing, contributing to financial targets, re-forecasts, budgeting and reporting.

· Be an active and supportive member of the Fundraising team and wider CBUK team, contributing to the Fundraising team’s development and targets as well as working collaboratively with colleagues.

· Ensure all associated activities are compliant with charity law, regulatory requirements and best practice, including those of the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

· Develop strong working knowledge of these areas of income generation and the wider fundraising and charity sector.

· Identify and complete relevant training, regularly reviewing relevant press and publications and keeping up to date with industry news.

· Represent the charity at meetings and events as required. This will sometimes require travel within the UK and occasionally an overnight stay.

Education/Professional Qualification

Essential

· Fundraising experience, preferably in a charity environment

· Experience of using a CRM database

· Experience of working with High Net Worth Individuals

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Analytical approach to tasks

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail

· Strong planning and organisation skills

· Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programme

· Ability to travel to meetings and events within the UK as required

Desirable

· Experience of using Sales Force database
