Role purpose:

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Planning: Develop and deliver comprehensive social media plans across platforms. Assist with social media strategy and execution to support organisational objectives. Support with the integration of plans into wider communication planning and needs. Integrate key business intelligence and context provided by colleagues and teams into plans.
- Content creation: Develop and schedule engaging content applying broad platform experience (including LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, with the potential to expand to other platforms)
- Community management: Monitor channels, respond to comments, DMs, and mentions, foster positive interaction and manage the brand’s online reputation.
- Performance analysis: Track and analyse social media performance using data insights, and present results, learnings and recommendations. Refine plans based on performance.
- Relationship management: Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners, supporting collaborative content creation and delivery.
- Research and insight: Monitor trends, audience insights and competitor activity to inform content and continuous improvement.

About the role
Kinship Connected is an evidence-informed 6-month intervention for kinship carers. It is delivered in the home and in the community. As a Kinship Family Worker for Kinship Connected, you will deliver our flagship programme to families in Surrey. You will provide intensive one-to-one support to kinship carers to empower them to become resilient, well informed and equipped with a strong support network to help them care for the children in their care. You will help them to navigate their local ecosystems and support them to unlock community assets and support.
Alongside this, you will play a key role in the delivery of Kinship’s Ready Programme in Surrey, ensuring kinship carers are supported to access and engage with workshops and wider kinship services that meet their needs. The Kinship Ready programme is designed to support prospective and new kinship carers understand their journey to becoming Special Guardians.
You will be committed to the work of Kinship, passionate about making a difference to the lives of vulnerable families, and you will have proven experience of working with families, particularly those in more disadvantaged circumstances.
You’ll bring excellent relationship building, communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative and collaboratively with partners, both externally and internally.
Key responsibilities:
One-to-one support
You will provide intensive one-to-one support, directly to kinship carers for up to six-months working within the Kinship Connected delivery model. This may include, but is not limited to:
- 1:1 emotional support
- Advocacy support in meetings
- Supporting kinship carers to attend a peer support group
- Liaising with local organisations that can offer specialised support and training
- Liaising with schools or other organisations
- Supporting kinship carers with the behaviour of the child/ children in their care
- Signposting to other support services
- Grants – support with grant application for essential items and holiday breaks
- Setting up and facilitating a monthly support group within your commissioned area
- Signposting carers to Kinship training opportunities or organising targeted training workshops within your LA
Ready Programme delivery and coordination
As part of your role, you will support the effective delivery of Kinship’s Ready Workshops, working closely with the internal colleagues and the local authority. Responsibilities include:
- Booking kinship carers onto Ready workshops and supporting their engagement throughout the programme
- Registering carers via scheduled phone calls, ensuring they understand the programme and feel supported to attend
- Identifying and responding to any additional needs carers may have, including reasonable adjustments, access needs or emotional support, and signposting appropriately
- Referring carers to other Kinship services such as Kinship’s Advice service, Peer to Peer and Training and Support
- Occasionally assisting with the delivery of Ready Programme workshops online
- Completing administrative tasks related to the programme, including registering attendance, maintaining accurate participant records and updating internal systems
- Collating feedback, monitoring outcomes and gathering other relevant data to support evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement of the Ready Programme

Main Duties
- Develop and implement the global philanthropy strategy as part of the overall fundraising strategy, liaising with senior leadership, programme leads, communications and finance to ensure ClientEarth can maximise the potential income from major donors.
- Develop, implement and achieve relevant KPIs and financial targets for the philanthropy team and lead on the production of appropriate reports for senior management and the board of trustees.

STOP THE TRAFFIK prevents vulnerable communities from being recruited, trafficked, and exploited. Our targeted prevention work disrupts the criminal business of human trafficking, making it too high-risk and low-profit to be viable.
The Fundraising Officer sits within our Development & Communications Team and will support on growing and delivering our fundraising and partnership pipeline. The Fundraising Officer will lead on donor administration, support the preparation of applications to trusts and foundations, contribute to individual giving initiatives, and help build philanthropic and corporate partnerships.
This is a varied role for someone who is a strong writer, both persuasive and strategic, and who is motivated to connect STOP THE TRAFFIK’s mission with funders and partners who share our vision and act as long-term investors in prevention.
This role will be responsible for:
Funding Development & Applications

Role summary
Forest Peoples Programme (FPP) is recruiting a Fundraising Manager to enhance fundraising capacity and ensure long-term financial sustainability of the organisation. This new role has been designed to work closely with the Head of Programme Engagement, as well as programme and operational colleagues to increase income from philanthropic, bilateral and multilateral donors.

Responsibilities
- Proactively horizon scan for philanthropic, bilateral and multilateral funding opportunities that align with FPP’s mission and Strategic Framework Plan 2025-30.
- Take the lead in researching and assessing new multilateral funding opportunities and, if suitable, develop and implement strategies of engagement.
- Lead on researching, tracking and assessing bilateral funding opportunities and engagement.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of FPP’s country level and thematic work and related partner needs and aspirations.
- Working with colleagues in programme teams, lead the drafting of compelling, high-quality concept notes and multi-year funding proposals, including log-frames and budgets, aligned with funder priorities and organisational strategy goals.

Essential qualities
- Dedicated fundraising professional with a proven track record of successfully securing significant funding from government, multilateral donors and/or trusts and foundations. Exceptional writing skills with excellent ability to translate complex contexts and programme needs into compelling proposals.
- Alignment with the vision, mission and core principles of FPP’s work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build authentic, influential relationships both externally with funders, and internally with colleagues.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to multiple deadlines.
Desirable qualities
- Existing contacts within relevant government agencies, multilateral donors and/or philanthropic organisations.
- French, Spanish or Bahasa language skills.

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Team Administrator to join our charity. Providing excellent admin support to the Programme Team and wider team
Guided by the Senior Programme Manager you’ll coordinate the administration of our programmes. You will work with the whole team to ensure contact details, registration forms, surveys and other relevant evaluation tools are completed and uploaded to our systems (CRM, Google Sheets, etc.) after workshops, activities, and other ad hoc events.
