Role Requirements
· Develop and maintain an effective clinical governance framework that supports safe and high-quality care.
· Facilitate regular clinical governance meetings to discuss performance, incidents, and quality improvement initiatives.
· Ensure that clinical pathways and practices are aligned with best practice guidelines and evidence-based standards.
· Lead initiatives to enhance patient safety across all services, promoting a culture of transparency and reporting.
· Implement and maintain the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF), ensuring that learning from incidents is captured and shared.
· Monitor and report on patient safety metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring appropriate action plans are developed.
· Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and experiences.
· Lead quality impact assessments for new initiatives or changes in practice, evaluating potential risks and benefits and manage the organisational governance in relation to these.
· Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines, including CQC regulations and national safety frameworks.
· Maintain an up-to-date understanding of regulatory changes and ensure organisational policies and practices reflect these updates.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. About this role:
The role of Specialist Support Worker involves supporting a caseload of clients who are experiencing homelessness and taking part in regular outreach visits to temporary accommodation (TA) across Greater Manchester. The role requires the use of specialist knowledge and relationship skills to support clients with varying degrees of mental and physical health, addiction and trauma related issues to engage with health services and to access suitable housing solutions. The Specialist Support Worker is also expected to develop good working relationships with TA Landlords and Managers ensuring that their residents experience of TA is as positive as possible.
This will include advocacy in registering them for medical services and accompanying them to appointments, assisting them in addressing all aspects of physical and mental health and substance addiction needs, as well as advocating for them to get access to suitable housing and social security benefits. The role is dependent on excellent communication and collaborative working with colleagues and a variety of partners, including the Probation Service, local council services and other third sector organisations.
The role requires a high degree of motivation in addition to creativity and flexibility to support people with multiple and compound needs. With a passion to work collaboratively with others for the good of our clients, and with experience of working in a related field in a voluntary or paid capacity.
Making decisions ‘in the moment’ to mitigate risk with clients can place high emotional demands on the job holder. A high degree of emotional intelligence is required to support clients, many of whom have complex emotional needs, with backgrounds of trauma, neglect, abuse and involvement in the criminal justice system. In a role of this nature, you will experience a range of emotions from joy to grief and as such it requires a high level of resilience and self-awareness to cope with the emotional demands of the role.
The role sits within a highly supportive team with all staff in receipt of regular line management and external clinical supervision; with reflective practice actively encouraged in team meetings.

Role description
Service Delivery:
Using frontline practical and procedural knowledge of working with people with multiple and compound needs to support them to engage with health care, wellbeing services, benefits and housing services during their housing vulnerability.
This could include, but is not limited to:
- Assisting people in addressing housing, financial, health and wellbeing needs through the support pathway.
- Connecting people with appropriate support services such as substance misuse services, GP, mental health services, advocating on behalf of the client and accompanying them to appointments.
- Supporting the delivery of outreach to TA’s across Greater Manchester on the Justlife minibus. This includes engaging with residents, managers and landlords of TA to build effective working relationships and establish support needs.
- Helping to increase the self-confidence of clients to improve their chances of moving on from their housing vulnerability through one to one key work sessions, group activities and outreach.
- Maintaining regular contact, a listening ear and emotional support during times of crisis.
- Liaising with Landlords and property Managers to identify residents who would like support and to help prevent evictions.
- Manage own calendar to deliver a caseload during periods of work-related pressure, including actively pursuing the project outcomes set for the project and individual clients.
- Use interpersonal and communication skills to provide support to clients and collaborate with others including colleagues, partner agencies, health care professionals and external agencies through joint working.

Purpose of Role
At Comic Relief, we harness the power of entertainment and pop culture to create a just world free from poverty. And, as our Fundraising Marketing Manager, you’ll contribute to this by developing brilliant marketing strategies and fundraising toolkits for multiple fundraising campaigns.
You’ll identify ways in which we can use powerful stories and integrate our content and communications to maximize impact across difference audiences. You’ll also lead on awareness generating activity to fill the top of the funnel, and ultimately leading supporters to donations and other activations. You’ll balance data and creativity in equal measure; you’ll think strategically, act tactically and you’ll be a natural collaborator, informing and delivery to ultimately drive joyful generosity.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the development of marketing plans to support fundraising campaign strategies and objectives that support fundraising income generation. This may include for example working with internal and/ or external teams to create:
o Creative campaign propositions/ strategic approaches to fundraising campaigns
o Look and feel guidance
o Campaign Proposition Guidance (Songsheet), including headline messaging approaches Hero campaign assets such as advertising asset concepts or marketing photography shoots.
o Developing money buys and identifying suitable stories to enable and facilite powerful impact led storytelling.
· Work with the Senior Fundraising Marketing Manager to develop campaign and marketing activity briefs for delivery teams and external agencies.
· Specify how marketing activities for campaigns will contribute to, and help achieve, fundraising goals. Specify key channels and tactics to consider for driving awareness and moving audiences through stages of engagement towards conversion and ultimately donating, whilst also ensuring CR comms content/ activity is consistent, strategically aligned and focussed.
Work with digital fundraising experts (for example in paid media) and delivery experts (for example in content production or third parties) to implement the agreed plan and ensure that it activity is aligned and integrated. This may include
o The management of BBC Marketing Campaigns with BBC Marketing and BBC Creative
o Day to day management of campaign creative agencies.
o Working with internal or external creatives on delivering top of the funnel assets for paid media and other channels.
· Working with the corporate partnerships and new business teams to introduce creative campaign propositions to new and existing corporate partners with the goal of achieving wider integration and alignment across campaigns to achieve enhanced conversion and income generation.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Mental Health & Wellbeing Project Worker to contribute to the development and delivery of flexible support services which address the psychological and emotional needs of children, young people and families living with the effects of domestic abuse, in North Tyneside and Northumberland. You will help to develop, organise and facilitate key aspects of the service as requested by the Team Coordinator such one-to-one support interventions, group work, and youth participation opportunities in a variety of settings including in-house, schools and community venues. Post is to be predominantly based in Northumberland.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver flexible one to one support sessions, using a range of interventions to assess and positively contribute to the individual wellbeing needs of children and young people impacted by domestic abuse.

We are looking for a Prevention and Intervention Programme Manager to line manage the Advisors (Sexual Violence Liaison Officers) and be responsible for an SVLO programme to support students who have experienced sexual violence, sexual harassment, gender-based violence and/or domestic abuse at any point in their lives. The Programme Manager will need to work closely with the Advice Service Manager to support the Specialist Advisors in working alongside the generalist advice provision. The Programme Manager will oversee the Active Bystander Programme as well as the expansion of new and existing programmes, including developing personalised packages for departments and an attractive offer for external partner organisations.
Have you got demonstrable experience of working with individuals who have experienced one or more of the following: sexual violence, harassment, gender-based violence or domestic abuse? About the role
The role will play a critical role to help deliver an effective and high performing rent collection and recovery service in accordance with legislation, the organisation’s policies, set performance targets and customer satisfaction requirements. In collaboration with the Resident Services Manager to ensure that the organisation is compliant with all regulations and using robust policy and procedures and ensuring the right systems are in place to effectively manage the revenue and income streams and arrears of the organisation. Outline of Role
As RCF enters this exciting stage, there is huge demand for our support in a wide range of global contexts, and our key challenge is to ensure we have robust institutional capacity - systems and procedures - to attract and effectively administer growing levels of investment.
As RCF attracts multi-year funding from a wider range of partners – including large grant providers and high-net-worth individuals - we need greater financial management capacity to ensure we are managing our resources responsibly and effectively. There will therefore be a strong focus on managing RCF’s finances – and strong experience in this area will be essential. There is also a focus on wider aspects of our operations and human resourcing.
The jobholder will work closely with the Co-Director (Strategy and Organisational Development) receiving support and encouragement where required. There will always be a strong focus on personal growth and for the right candidate there is scope to quickly grow into leading the finance and operations functions, reporting directly to Trustees and senior strategic partners and becoming a key strategic voice in the organisation.

You Make It (YMI) is looking for an experienced Freelance Finance Manager to oversee our finance function and ensure strong financial management, reporting and controls across the organisation.
Working closely with our Founder CEO, Treasurer and team, you will play a vital role in maintaining YMI’s financial health, strengthening accountability and ensuring we remain funder-ready as we continue delivering life-changing programmes for young women.
This is an ongoing freelance role (approximately 15 hours per month), designed to sit alongside your other clients or commitments.
