This is an exciting time to join Dementia UK. As our fundraising programme continues to grow, we’re investing in how we use data and insight to understand our supporters, inform decisions and help drive sustainable income growth.

As our Fundraising Data and Insight Lead, you’ll lead a skilled team of data professionals and shape how data and insight supports our ambitious five-year fundraising strategy. With a new Dynamics 365 database, data warehouse and technical environment already in place, you’ll have strong foundations to build on.

You’ll oversee our day-to-day fundraising data operation, ensuring high-quality data is delivered accurately and on time, while continually looking for opportunities to improve how we work. Alongside this, you’ll establish and grow our Fundraising analysis and insight programme, helping us become a data-led Fundraising department and playing an essential role in the ambitious Fundraising strategy.

You’ll be an experienced people leader, able to develop and motivate a team through change while setting clear expectations and maintaining high standards. You’ll also be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understand their needs and use evidence and insight to influence decisions.

You’ll bring experience of providing data solutions within a fundraising environment and a good understanding of fundraising products and income streams. You’ll have strong working knowledge of fundraising databases and wider data architecture, with enough technical expertise to lead and challenge effectively.

This is a role for someone who is excited by change and innovation, but who understands that excellent day-to-day delivery matters too. If you’re an ambitious and collaborative leader with a continuous improvement mindset, this is an opportunity to transform how data and insight supports fundraising at Dementia UK.

We recognise and value the key role you will play in delivering our strategic plans for the benefit of those living with dementia.
