This is an exciting opportunity to shape how people from all backgrounds engage with our mission for a thriving, beautiful countryside for everyone.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with staff and volunteers across England, coaching and supporting them to create welcoming, inclusive and engaging volunteer experiences. About Us
We are CPRE, the Campaign to Protect Rural England. We stand up for the countryside, celebrate its value, and promote solutions to protect and regenerate it – now and for future generations.

We are committed to developing an inclusive and diverse CPRE in which everyone feels supported, valued, and always able to be themselves at work, because we recognise that a diverse and inclusive workforce is important in achieving our vision of a thriving, beautiful countryside for everyone. We therefore welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
