In the first two years of the strategy we have already made big strides. Similarly, our work on the experience of waiting for elective care has seen the introduction of the first ever set of minimum standards for waiting.
Our work on the 10 Year Plan, and on the Quality Strategy, has also seen both patient experience and outcome measures given much greater prominence in how the NHS judges success and National Voices has now been commissioned by NHS England to help design the future of patient feedback mechanisms.
We have also successfully campaigned for funding formulas to be revised to enable the NHS to directly address the inverse care law and tackle the impact of health inequalities head on.
But there are challenges ahead, not least the role patients and communities play directly in co-producing improvement. With ICBs under huge financial pressures, and so much change in the health and care system, we need to make sure every piece of work we deliver is of the highest quality and adds real value. About the role
As Data Curator, you will play a key role in making sure our data can be used safely, effectively and insightfully to support research and generate impact. You will work closely with colleagues behind the NIoT’s Teacher Education Dataset (TED), helping to maintain and enhance curated datasets and explore how new sources of data can strengthen our understanding of teacher and leader development.
You will also collaborate with researchers and practitioners working through the NIoT’s Professional Development Laboratory, our test-and-learn centre focused on identifying and sharing effective approaches to professional development. Occupational Requirement

Overview of the role
The Senior Caseworker – MD Lead plays a dual role in delivering high-quality casework services while providing specialist support and guidance to colleagues working with guests experiencing multiple disadvantages. The role provides advice, advocacy and casework support to a caseload of guests across our homelessness and vulnerable housing services, with a particular focus on those presenting with long-term, complex and multiple needs. The postholder will share their knowledge, skills and experience to support colleagues, strengthen their understanding of complex needs, and develop their confidence and ability to work effectively with guests. The role will also contribute to a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach, ensuring guests receive coordinated, person-centred support.

1. Advice and advocacy
· Providing an advice and advocacy service to a caseload of guests from across all our services for the homeless and vulnerably housed who present with long-term and complex needs, caseworking a smaller and more consistent caseload than other members of the team but working with them more intensively.
· Employing creative thinking and practices to ensure that guests are supported and motivated to achieve their goals, primarily to access and maintain accommodation and develop durable support networks
· Attending appointments with guests as needed and carrying out home visits
· Working with Caseworker colleagues to strengthen their understanding of complex needs, developing their confidence and ability to work effectively with guests
· Creating best practice guidelines to ensure consistency and accessible support.

3. External liaison
· Referring guests to accommodation providers, health services and other relevant support services, as necessary, and actively facilitating their ongoing engagement with these
· Maintaining good communication with the Managers of our partnered Drop-in Centres, Glass Door colleagues and local statutory and non-statutory services
· Attending meetings with the casework team, external service providers and partner organisations when required, engagement with Reflective Practice sessions
· Liaising with volunteers at both Night Shelters and Day Centres.
4. Women’s Night Shelter lead
· Responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of the casework provided to the women’s night shelter over the winter months.
· Ensuring that women accessing the service receive high-quality, person-centred support, advice and advocacy, both by taking on a caseload of clients and supporting the other caseworkers involved in the women’s night shelter. Helping guests to address immediate needs, while supporting them to access appropriate housing, health, welfare, legal and other specialist services.
· Participating in a weekly casework drop-in for guests of the women’s night shelter over winter; providing a safe, welcoming and trauma-informed environment to deliver casework to women experiencing homelessness, insecure housing and multiple disadvantages.
· Maintaining all safeguarding and risk management protocols.
5. Monitoring impact and administration
· Collating statistics and outcome measurements of the casework service for both internal and external use
· Maintaining a well-organised and easily accessible administration system for the casework programme in line with relevant legislation (e.g., GDPR), including accurate and up-to-date case notes using our internal In-Form system
· Adherence to all Glass Door policies and procedures, including compliance with safeguarding procedures
· Managing a small casework budget
· Proactively identifying areas for improvement and development of service provision
· Undertaking any other duties to aid the good running of the project, as required by the charity

About This Job
This is an exciting training role in Army Cadet Headquarters responsible for development of courses and compliance by those undertaking training delivery.
We are looking for a person with skills in training design to bring their skills, enthusiasm, and personal credibility to the team.
This role is key to ensuring the Army Cadets can deliver excellent quality course materials and the training cycle is compliant with MOD and/or awarding body requirements.
This position is a permanent full-time post (40 hours per week) which will be home-based. However, some travel to Aldershot and London to attend meetings will be required.
Essential Skills
§ Qualifications in training or training support and design.
§ Direct experience of designing training for organisations.
§ Experience of working with partners, internally and externally.
§ Understand new technologies and promote innovation.
§ Ability to work on own initiative within an agreed framework of objectives.

ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. A major change project has taken place at Cranstoun over the last few years to transform our IT systems and support. We have successfully moved to a cloud solution based on Microsoft 365.
We are now looking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable Head of IT to lead Cranstoun’s IT services. You will be motivated to make a difference and build on the successful work that has already been achieved.
The Head of IT will demonstrate visible leadership and provide expert advice to continue the development of IT provision, knowledge and digital capabilities across the organisation. The post holder will work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to maintain our IT systems and support, including all aspects of IT and cyber security. Cranstoun currently holds ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System), Cyber Essentials and completes the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit. You will support our two internal IT roles and effectively manage our managed service provider who are providing ongoing day-to-day support for all our IT users.The role incorporates wider responsibilities that include supplier management and purchasing in relation to IT.
