Our Data and Fundraising Operations team acts as the technical lead for many of the Charity’s systems and technical projects. What you’ll be doing

You’ll help colleagues across the Charity get the best from our fundraising CRM and data by:

• Providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Raiser’s Edge NXT users
• Supporting fundraising teams as they move from Raiser’s Edge 7 to NXT
• Delivering clear training, guidance and practical support to CRM users
• Managing data imports, cleansing, audits and database administration
• Monitoring data quality and improving how supporter information is recorded
• Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and improve systems and processes

About you

You may already be working as a Database Officer, CRM Officer or charity data specialist and be ready to take the next step in your career.

You’re curious, proactive and solutions-focused. You enjoy investigating data and system issues, working with complex datasets and finding practical ways to improve processes. Just as importantly, you enjoy working with people and can explain technical information clearly to colleagues with different levels of confidence and experience.

We provide expert bereavement and grief information and support, and our charity has been supporting people for over 65 years. We support adults, children and young people across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, through our national services, over 80 local branches and online information about grief and bereavement.

Working within the Fundraising Operations and Supporter Care Team and reporting to the Fundraising Operations and Supporter Care Manager, the Supporter Care and Data Officer will deliver excellent customer care to our supporters, responding to enquiries, and thanking supporters to help drive income and show them how valued they are to Cruse Bereavement Support. Key responsibilities

Human Resources

· Work with the Senior Management Team and People Sub Group in the development and implementation of a People Strategy.

We are seeking an experienced relationship manager to develop university partnerships that improve access to higher education for disadvantaged students.

As Shop Manager of Scope’s Dartford shop, you’ll have the autonomy to run the shop with creativity and flair. Every day is different.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of paid colleagues and volunteers, offering clear guidance, encouragement, and development. About you

We’re looking for someone who has:

As our Fundraising Manager you will play a key part in the future success of Woodrow, with responsibility for ensuring we are meeting a minimum fundraising target of circa £250k. Our Specialist Social Workers work closely with the Head of Expert Witness Service to ensure the delivery of high-quality independent social work reports (ISWRs). They supervise volunteer social workers, quality assure reports, carry out social work assessments themselves, and contribute towards volunteer training opportunities and service development to maintain excellence in social work practice.
