About the Role
We're looking for a Supporter Experience Assistant to join our Data, Insight and Supporter Experience (DISE) Team, part of our wider Fundraising Team. You'll be the first point of contact for our supporters — responding to enquiries by phone, email and post with warmth and professionalism.
