The Role
As Wellbeing Services Manager, you will provide day-to-day support to a growing team of independent, contracted counsellors. Working closely with the Wellbeing Director, you will contribute to governance, protocol development, administrative coordination, and quality assurance across the service.
This is a role for someone who combines experience in therapeutic pathways and counselling governance and processes, with the leadership skills and technological confidence needed to thrive in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Counselling practice
Act as the primary internal escalation point for risk and safeguarding.
Triage high-risk and complex cases and refer them to the counsellor best placed to support the client.
Apply trauma-informed, gender-affirming approaches across all areas of practice.
Team support & development
Provide day-to-day management and operational oversight of the counselling team, ensuring consistent standards of service delivery across the caseload.
Coordinate admin support for counsellors.
Coordinate scheduling and mentoring support for counsellors.
Contribute to the onboarding and initial suitability review of new counsellors joining the Anne Health register.
Support the Wellbeing Director in building a high-performing, resilient service culture.

Platform & technology
Develop and maintain expert-level proficiency with Anne Health's internal platforms.

Person Specification
Qualifications & professional membership
Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (completed); higher qualifications welcomed.
Full BACP membership, or the UK equivalent professional body registration.
Experience
Experience managing a team of counsellors, including providing internal oversight of service delivery, distinct from the formal clinical supervision counsellors hold independently as a condition of their professional registration.
Significant, demonstrable experience in transgender and gender-affirming healthcare at a senior level.
Proven ability to manage risk, safeguarding, and ethically complex presentations.
Experience in a mentoring or counselling lead capacity.
Familiarity with the unique needs of trans+ and gender-diverse people across a range of presentations.

Operations Manager – Responsive Repairs
The Operations Manager – Responsive Repairs is the operational lead for responsive repairs services within the Asset Delivery function and is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, performance and continuous improvement of responsive repairs across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Asset Delivery, the postholder provides operational leadership and strategic oversight of Local Space's Responsive Repairs, Voids, Legal Disrepair and Insurance, and Healthy Homes services, ensuring they are customer-focused, efficient, compliant and deliver excellent outcomes for residents.
The role is accountable for delivering high-performing repairs services that meet organisational objectives, statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements while driving value for money, service improvement and operational excellence. The postholder will lead the organisation's response to legal disrepair, insurance claims, damp and mould, and compliance with Awaab's Law, ensuring risks are effectively managed and robust assurance is provided to the Executive Management Team, Committees and Board. Leading a team of Contracts Surveyors and Asset Delivery Officers, the postholder will provide strategic direction, performance management and professional leadership across multiple service areas. The Operations Manager will oversee the management of legal disrepair cases and insurance claims, ensuring early intervention strategies are in place to minimise legal and financial exposure. Working closely with legal advisers and insurers, they will provide witness statements, attend court where necessary, embed lessons learned into operational practice, and produce assurance reports on emerging trends, risks and mitigation measures.
As the organisational lead for Healthy Homes, the postholder will ensure effective management of damp and mould cases, full compliance with Awaab's Law, timely inspections and remedial works, accurate regulatory reporting, and the identification of trends and root causes to inform future asset investment and maintenance strategies.
The role is responsible for managing and monitoring budgets across Responsive Repairs, Voids, Disrepair and Insurance, Healthy Homes, Out of Scope Works, Fencing, Tree Maintenance, Renewals and Replacements. The postholder will ensure strong financial governance, contribute to long-term financial planning and zero-based budgeting, identify cost drivers and opportunities for efficiencies, and demonstrate value for money across all areas of responsibility.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, the Operations Manager will monitor operational performance against key performance indicators, analyse service data, develop improvement plans where performance falls below target, and ensure accurate reporting to senior leaders. The Grantmaking Operations team sits within FGHR’s Operations department and is primarily focused on

We are looking for someone who is passionate about inspiring people to support our work with seriously ill children and their families. As an Individual Giving Executive, you will play a key role in growing and retaining our community of supporters, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.
About the role:
Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, and working closely with external partners, the Individual Giving Executive will play a key role in growing and retaining our community of supporters, ensuring they feel valued and engaged. The post holder will contribute to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of fundraising campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, digital, and telemarketing.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in direct marketing and individual giving fundraising, working on a variety of campaigns designed to attract, retain, and inspire donors.
You will gain hands-on experience in supporter communications, project management, and data-driven fundraising, helping to shape effective appeals and engagement strategies. Your creativity and attention to detail will help ensure our messages reach the right people in the right way, building lasting relationships with supporters.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy AI product team and help the Law Society effective use of M365 Copilot Premium by our staff. The role works directly with business areas to help individuals and teams apply M365 Copilot (Premium) to their day-to-day work, moving beyond initial exposure into practical, sustained use. This is a relationship-led role focused on coaching, facilitation, and constructive challenge.

What we're looking for
You possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
The AI Adoption Assistant will need to engage confidently with people at all levels, from leaders and managers to teams across the organisation. The role requires the ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and support colleagues to reflect on and improve ways of working through constructive challenge, guidance and facilitation.
The role also requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, alongside practical experience using M365 Copilot or similar AI-enabled tools. This knowledge will be applied by translating technical capability into meaningful, business-relevant use cases that help colleagues understand how AI can support better outcomes.
A coaching mindset is central to the role, helping others build confidence, capability and ownership in their use of technology. The AI Adoption Assistant will need to adapt their approach to different levels of maturity and readiness, while observing how technology is used in practice to identify patterns, insights and opportunities for improvement.

This a highly rewarding role for an Outreach Worker to support parents and carers of children under 5 at Westminster Children Centres. We are currently looking to recruit two Outreach workers in Westminster to provide accessible information to parents and carers, particularly those who are marginalised, to ensure they receive the support they need in order to increase opportunities and strengthen family life, bringing better outcomes for children.
An Arabic speaking Outreach worker required for the North West of Westminster. A second Outreach worker required for the North East of Westminster, with Bengali language desirable but not essential. The roles will include developing an understanding of the local area including services and facilities. You will also need to pro-actively engage with vulnerable and isolated families and carry out home visits, as required. The role will include developing good relationships with health visitors and liaising with other agencies regarding the needs of parents and carers.
We are looking for someone who has experience of community and outreach work with diverse communities in an inner-city environment. This will include experience of a wide range of methods/techniques to reach out and engage with isolated individuals/communities and assessing family needs. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with the ability to empathise with parents and carers are required. A non-judgmental approach is essential. The ability to network is also important.

Purpose of the Role
The Safeguarding Manager plays a key leadership role within the Archdiocese Safeguarding Service, supporting the Head of Safeguarding in the delivery and development of a safe, responsive and professional safeguarding function across the Diocese.
