About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate, skilled, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Peer Support Lead. This role focuses on supporting people from a range of culturally diverse backgrounds across West Yorkshire, including but not limited to South Asian communities.
You’ll lead and expand a network of peer volunteers who work within local communities to promote hepatitis awareness, reduce stigma, and improve access to testing, treatment, and care. You’ll collaborate closely with Leeds Teaching Hospitals and The Hepatitis C Trust’s national and regional teams to ensure culturally sensitive, community-led engagement.

Key Responsibilities

The RSPB is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Finance Systems Replacement project, a Board priority and a major digital change project. The Finance Systems Replacement project seeks to replace several systems that are over 20 years old.

To capture these requirements and work effectively with the Finance and DT Teams regular travel will be required to The Lodge. This will be initially fortnightly on Thursdays but may increase based on workshop deliverables. The role will be mainly home based with regular Teams catch-ups with the wider Project Team.

Leadership & Operations

Islamic Relief UK (IRUK) is recruiting for the position of ‘Supporter Relations Assistant’ to be based from its Waterloo Office, London. This position is being offered on a fixed-term contract basis for 6 months. The organisation is currently operating to a hybrid working model.
To manage IRUK’s switchboard and phone enquiry system and to administer the entry of data on the fundraising database. This will include processing donations, updating supporter details, maintaining supporter records, and ensuring that information held is accurate, appropriate and up to date.
The successful candidate must have:

About the role
Through Salesforce management you will drive our organisational strategy, for the benefit of colleagues, supporters and people affected by Parkinson’s. You will manage the continuous improvement of all Salesforce platforms, working with stakeholders and Operations teams to identify and help to deliver Salesforce solutions to meet user and business needs. Be accountable for Salesforce technical decisions for the CRM Programme and be prepared to justify those decisions to all levels in the charity.

Define and manage the roadmap and supporting backlog for both NPC and NPSP to ensure products that will most positively impact the business and people affected by Parkinson’s are prioritised.
