• Lead the strategic direction, performance and day-to-day running of the organisation

We have a rewarding opportunity available for a Female* Partnership Recovery & Development Manager to join the Bristol Mental Health Partnership and Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership BSW. You will join us on a Permanent basis working 18.75 hours each week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of Point 22 £33,699 per annum pro rata and benefits.

The Bristol Mental Health Partnership came to exist in October 2014 when voluntary organisations (such as Missing Link, Second Step, Nilaari and Off The Record) came together with AWP to provide secondary mental health services in Bristol. The Bristol Mental Health Partnership aims to deliver recovery and wellbeing opportunities for people with mental health needs across Bristol by engaging with service users in the community and using a range of skills to deliver support specific to the service user and their recovery goals. The post involves working with and alongside multiple organisations that form the Recovery Bristol Partnership.

The BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership was launched in 2025, and is a voluntary sector partnership committed to providing expert mental health support at the right time and in the right place for people living in BSW. The BSW Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership is a new collaboration made up of: Second Step, Alabare, Nilaari and Missing Link. As our Recovery and Development Manager you will work closely with NHS community mental health services provided by Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership Trust (AWP) and manage our Recovery Navigators who are based in the Access Community Mental Health teams across BSW.

About the role:

As our Female* Partnership Recovery & Development Manager you will need to work collaboratively and effectively in partnership with all agencies to ensure productive partnership working. You will support the development and implementation of a range of voluntary community sector roles throughout community mental health services in the Recovery Bristol Partnership and Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership BSW. You will manage our Assistant Recovery Navigators, Recovery Navigators, Crisis Workers, Peer Recovery Workers and Facilitated Discharge Worker working in different hubs across Bristol, BaNES Swindon and Wiltshire.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Female* Partnership Recovery & Development Manager:

• Work in partnership with AWP and Second Step to ensure the development and performance of VCS staff
• Facilitate partnership working between VCS partners and AWP, by acting as a key advocate for VCS roles at all Partnership meetings
• Proactively and professionally address and resolve challenges, working in a collaborative way, to ensure VCS staff are working within the remit of their roles
• Maintain and promote good understanding of Community Mental Health Services and the wider Bristol, BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire Mental Health Services
• Analyse problems and situations and find long-term solutions that benefit and improve the partnerships
• Support the RBP to embed VCS Management policies and procedures to support effective Human Resources management and ensure the health and wellbeing of VCS staff
• Promote a supportive and recovery focused culture within the partnerships
• Support recruitment across the partnerships
• Carry out HR processes for staff working in both partnerships, for example, inductions, probationary reviews, appraisals, performance and absence management and disciplinaries
• In partnership with AWP managers conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure any issues are resolved
• Uphold the values, ethos and culture of Missing Link ensuring staff feel valued, supported and connected to the organisation
• Work as part of the Missing Link on call system
• Carry out role adopting and promoting the values of the organisation and within the staff code of conduct

What we are looking for in our ideal Female* Partnership Recovery & Development Manager

• IT skills including ability to produce various documents in Word, and use of email and internet
• Experience working with multi agency partners
• Significant experience working with people with mental health needs or a similar setting
• Implementing new ways of working / new practices within a recovery orientated service
• Experience of managing a team and working in disciplinary role
• Management experience, including staff support, supervision and performance management

About the role 

We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You’ll lead on all content across the organisation, including two blogs (our Career Advice blog for candidates and our Recruiter Insights blog for recruiters), our email and e-newsletter copy, sales collateral, product messaging, PR campaigns and anything else needing an expert editorial eye.

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised temporary Research Officer to support the delivery of Childre with Cancer UK’s 2026 grant round.

The role will support research grant management, peer review coordination, Scientific Advisory Panel meetings and research communications, helping ensure funding processes run smoothly and effectively. The post holder will also support portfolio audit and research landscape activities, providing an opportunity to gain insight into a charity funded medical research and the childhood cancer research sector. To support the Children with Cancer UK research programme to ensure our research grant rounds run smoothly and efficiently and that our research is communicated effectively.

Research Application Review

· Support the administration and coordination of research grant rounds and funding activities

• Responsible for the management and maximisation of corporate partnerships at City Harvest

About the role

City Harvest relies on voluntary income to raise £4.2 million each year, with corporate partnerships contributing around 30% of total income. This role is central to managing and growing a portfolio of valued corporate supporters, from smaller partnerships through to strategic, multi-year relationships. As City Harvest continues to secure new partnerships worth £50k+, you will play a key role in setting these up for success and delivering excellent account management and stewardship. You will work closely with the Senior New Business Manager and Head of Fundraising, both experienced corporate fundraising specialists, as part of a small, fun and friendly team of five, whose main areas of focus are corporate partnerships, major donors, and trusts and foundations.

Key Deliverables

• Manage and support the development of strategic partnerships for the charity
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders at corporate partners to develop engagement and long-term commitment
• Manage a range of partnerships, such as charity of the year, London chosen charity, commercial, cause-related marketing, and affinity partnerships (£5k-£100k)

About the role

We’re looking for a Community Forester to help deliver woodland creation and management projects across Raise: Cumbria Community Forest.

This role will support the delivery of woodland creation and restoration projects with landowners, contractors, communities and volunteers across a range of sites. You’ll coordinate delivery on the ground, support contractor management and work directly on practical forestry activities as part of a small and growing team.

You’ll also support the development of new woodland opportunities and help expand Raise’s support for landowners across Cumbria. We’re looking for someone with practical experience in forestry, woodland creation, conservation or a related outdoor or land-based field.

Overall Purpose

To provide maintenance support to the organisation, ensuring premises are maintained at a standard that will serve the mission of Baca. This will include properties across Loughborough and 2 office sites.

Duties Responsibilities

• Organise and conduct required maintenance at all Baca sites. The below list is not exhaustive but some of the below skills will be required to fulfil the role; General Plumbing; bathroom and kitchen plumbing repairs, blocked toilets & sinks etc, Painting and Decorating, Basic carpentry skills, Meter Reading for electricity and gas meters, Fire Testing; routine testing of smoke and CO alarms.
• To become familiar and actively use the Baca’s maintenance management system which aids the reactive and planned works across all sites.
• Communicating with contractors, residential workers and landlords as required, ensuring repairs and maintenance is conducted when planned.
• Administering quarterly checks, quarterly cleans, health and safety requirements and annual servicing such as: PAT testing and Gas safety on properties and reporting issues for follow up.

• Support in the setting-up and closing down of properties and rooms between moves.
• Administering the setup and set-down of rooms for young people moves between Baca properties, ensuring the rooms are ready for new young people.

 The Project Administrator & Support position has been created to support the Programme Managers with 1) management and engagement with our working partners, and 2) operational project support and administration across the organisation.

Key Tasks ● Provide logistical and administrative support to the BLF Programme Managers. Here at HomeStart Camden & Islington, we are a small team that consist of three Family Liaison Managers (FLM's).  FLM's play a key role as the main point of contact between families, volunteers, referrers and the organisation.

Working in the local community and family homes, this is a hybrid role between the office in Kentish Town and home working.  The postholder will manage a caseload of families and oversee volunteers providing direct peer support to families in their homes and within the community. You will contribute to the recruitment, training of volunteers and lead on their supervision.  You will build positive relationships with partner agencies and help ensure families receive timely and appropriate support.
