We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Data Quality Officer within our organisation. This position is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely generation of reports that provide insights into our therapy services' performance and impact. The Data Quality Officer, with support from the Operations Manager, will be responsible for developing and maintaining the organisation's data reporting processes from end to end, including gathering data, analysing trends, and presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner.

Working closely with various stakeholders, including management, external funders, staff and therapists, the Data Quality Officer will play a key role in translating data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and demonstrate the effectiveness of our therapy programmes and other services. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

A significant aspect of this role involves reporting to external funders, such as government agencies, foundations, and donors. You'll be responsible for compiling comprehensive reports that demonstrate the effectiveness of our programmes and ensure compliance with funder requirements and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our reporting processes. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where they can leverage their expertise to contribute to the overall success of our mission.

Job Description

As Fundraising Assistant you will be part of a growing and busy team currently responsible for raising £2.7million to fund the charity’s work to take on heart diseases. This role is integral to the team, supporting a variety of fundraising activity including our flagship anonymous heART project, third party challenges such as the London Marathon and Great North Run, fundraising activities organised by our supporters or third party challenges through an external supplier, digital fundraising activities as well as supporting some of our other income streams and administrative functions.

This is a brilliant role for someone looking to start a career in fundraising, giving broad experience across fundraising disciplines, with a particular focus on events, and scope to take on individual projects.

Given the nature of the role, it will require the postholder to be able to manage their time and workload effectively across a variety of tasks, while actively contributing to our work to generate income and achieve our targets.

Key Responsibilities

· To assist with the co-ordination and delivery of all art-related fundraising activities – including liaising with artists, promoting art sales and the anonymous heart project (in conjunction with the marketing team), and supporting the administration of these fundraising activities.

· To support third party challenge events (via external suppliers), including assisting with the administration, marketing, recruitment and stewardship of participants for such events as the London Marathon and the Great North Run and supporting with marathon event weekend activities.

· To support event day activities, including attending events to support our participants

· To steward supporters who are organising their own community fundraising activities, ensuring they feel valued and have everything they need for their events

· To come up with ideas and identify opportunities to deliver effective, exciting and appropriate fundraising activities

· Contribute to the planning and delivery of agreed national campaigns

· Provide additional administrative support across the fundraising team as needed – including but not limited to use of the database, thanking donations, sending out fundraising materials and packs etc. This includes providing cover for the Supporter Care Officer when they are on annual leave or on non-working days.

· Ensure all activities are carried out in an efficient and effective manner to meet agreed targets

· Ensure that our supporter database (Beacon) is kept up to date with accurate and timely information, in line with our processes and GDPR requirements

· Understand and comply with all internal fundraising policies and procedures, as well as working in line with the Fundraising Code of Practice, abiding at all times by the rules set out in the GDPR.

We are Olive Branch Aid (OBA), an award-winning Foodbank charity operating in south London, and we are looking for a dynamic and confident Foodbank Manager to work alongside our newly appointed Foodbank Coordinator as well as an energetic team of more than 60 volunteers. 

We have achieved so much but we have ambitions to do so much more! 

Since beginning 5 years ago, OBA now provides food support for a day for the equivalent of 70,000 people a year. In 2024 we packaged and delivered more than 9 tonnes of food for those needing our services. Check out our website to read more about our journey.

OBA is different

OBA provides a hand-up rather than a hand-out. More than a Foodbank, OBA provides support for 3 months - much longer than most Foodbanks. We also provide an innovative well-being support service that helps service users address the underlying causes of their food needs. In 2024, OBA helped more than 75 households with complex underlying issues, this involved many weeks of telephone calls and meetings and helped prevent at least five families from becoming homeless. OBA also provides free preloved clothing and household goods to help service users get back on their feet.

Since 2023, OBA has its own fully funded premises off Portslade Road next to the Windrush overground station. Despite these successes, we continue to rely entirely on donations for our day to day expenses. As Foodbank Manager, you will help us secure the funding to grow our services and help even more people.

Richard House helps children and their families in East London to lead as happy a life as possible when dealing with a life-limiting health condition. From the moment a child is diagnosed with a life-limiting, life-threatening or complex health condition everything changes. These changes affect the whole family, which is why Richard House feel it is vital not only to provide care to the child but to support the whole family. As a member of the fundraising team, you will directly support the charity’s work, as the majority of their services are funded thanks to the generosity of their supporters.

The CRM and Supporter Care Officer will be responsible maintaining and updating the charity's CRM database (Raiser’s Edge), ensuring it effectively supports fundraising management, and key operational areas. This role is offered on an interim basis, but with the option to become permanent.

Are you a data-driven fundraiser with a passion for delivering high-impact campaigns that directly change children’s lives? Fantastic – We’re working with the national children’s charity Barnardo’s as they look for a motivated and strategic Individual Giving Manager to join their high-performing fundraising team.

As Individual Giving Manager, you’ll take the lead on Barnardo’s warm Individual Giving programme, overseeing multi-channel campaigns that raise over £1.2 million annually. From strategy development and budget management to leading direct mail, digital and telemarketing campaigns, you’ll play a central role in delivering powerful supporter journeys and engaging thousands of donors across the UK.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a direct marketing specialist with experience across various fundraising channels to take the next step up and continue progressing their career with an incredible national children’s charity.

To be successful as Individual Giving Manager, you will need:

• Substantial experience delivering direct marketing or individual giving campaigns in a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and large budgets.
• Excellent relationship management skills, both internally and externally.

Individual Giving and Legacy Administrator

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Individual Giving and Legacy Administrator to join our supportive and committed team at Heart of Kent Hospice.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting the success of our fundraising programmes and helping us build lasting relationships with our generous donors.

Position: Individual Giving and Legacy Administrator
Location: Hybrid – Aylesford, Maidstone (minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £31,035 per annum
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (some evening and weekend work required)
Contract: Permanent

The Role

You will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of our Individual Giving income streams, including In Memory, Regular Giving, Lottery and especially Legacy Administration from start to finish.

As a first point of contact for donors and their families, you will provide empathetic, professional and timely support—administering legacy gifts, managing sensitive correspondence, and ensuring accurate financial and legal oversight.

You will:

• Manage all legacy notifications from initial contact to closure, ensuring accurate case records
• Communicate with solicitors, executors, and next of kin with sensitivity and professionalism
• Maintain a robust audit trail for all income and work closely with Finance for reconciliations
• Champion high standards of supporter care, sending acknowledgements and managing stewardship journeys
• Help deliver lottery and other individual giving campaigns, including prize processing and reporting
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with GDPR, fundraising best practices and relevant legal obligations

About You

We are seeking someone who is proactive, meticulous and deeply committed to excellent supporter care.

You will have:

• Direct experience in fundraising, individual giving and/or legacy administration
• Strong administration skills and experience in a charity or fundraising setting
• Hands-on CRM/database experience (Raiser’s Edge preferred)
• Experience handling sensitive information and working in line with GDPR
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of legacy fundraising and understanding of gifts in wills
• High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism in written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
