Carers’ Hub plays a vital role in Lambeth, supporting the many unpaid carers across the borough with 1 to 1 and peer support, signposting, training, workshops and social activities. Our work stems from the fact that carers often go about their roles despite the toll it might take on their own wellbeing, often having to make sacrifices that hamper their own ability to lead a normal life. Whether financial, educational or otherwise, we seek to limit the challenges that carers face. We achieve this through four core workstreams:

About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Office Administrator to join our team. To manage the overall running of the Carers’ Hub office, including overseeing HR admin, implement policy and procedures, including Health and Safety, maintain administrative processes, manage stakeholders, serve the trustee board, and work closely with the Carers’ Hub team in the implementation of events and projects.
The Office Administrator role will provide a wide variety of operational support to the Carers’ Hub Leadership Team as we develop our offer and increase the number of carers who access our services. This job description will be reviewed on a regular basis and may be subject to change, particularly as the needs of the charity change.

As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for managing the overall running of the Carers’ Hub office and administrative processes.

What does this role do?

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves opening doors, building momentum and turning interest into long-term support. Prospect Research Manager
Are you an established and confident prospect research professional with experience within the charity sector? We are recruiting a new Prospect Research Manager to join our team on a part time, permanent basis for 3 days per week (22.5 hours). Here at Mencap we understand that some of our office based colleagues can do their role from a range of locations, which is why we like to be flexible. We only ask for this role that you can commit to 1 day in our London Office per week, plus attend any other meetings when required.
The Prospect Research Manager will lead the development and delivery of prospect research to strengthen Mencap’s pipelines for trust, philanthropy and corporate fundraising teams in order to enable sustained income growth. Reporting into the Senior Philanthropy Manager, this post works closely with trust, corporate and philanthropy teams whilst working regularly with teams across fundraising, including community, events, fundraising operations and legacy teams.
Core responsibilities:
· Devise and implement targeted prospecting strategies to identify and qualify potential trust, statutory, corporate and philanthropy prospects.
· Support fundraisers through prospect management, portfolio development and network mapping.
· Deliver insightful prospect research to inform cultivation and engagement strategies.
· Maximise use of CRM system (Salesforce) and analytical tools to deliver high-quality reporting and to support forecasting and pipeline planning.
· Monitor and interpret external and internal trends and influences to ensure Mencap’s prospect pipelines are managed optimally.
· Work collaboratively to identify and qualify potential philanthropic donors from across the fundraising directorate.
· Deliver training to fundraisers on matters of prospect research, as the need arises.
Your Experience
· Strong understanding of the UK philanthropy, trust and corporate giving landscapes, including trends, motivators and vehicles for giving.
· Detailed knowledge of research tools and techniques including wealth analysis in a fundraising environment.
· Understanding of the regulatory landscape in which research exists, and the need for compliance and sensitivity.
· Established experience in delivering prospect research within the charity sector, with a track record in identifying and qualifying prospects across philanthropy, corporate and/or trust markets.
· Curiosity, creativity and innovation in exploring new sources, methods and connections.
· Skilled communicator, able to present complex insights clearly, persuasively and succinctly. Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
· Extensive knowledge of compliance requirements including GDPR, Fundraising Code of Practice and others.

The HR and Operations Manager will report to the Director of Strategy and Operations and be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient running of the charity’s internal operations, which includes HR, office management, compliance, governance, and organisational development.
The role will oversee end-to-end HR function and processes, supplier and IT management, office infrastructure, and budget coordination, while ensuring full compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, health and safety, and governance requirements. You will maintain robust policies and systems, support ESG and DEI objectives, and drive continuous improvement across internal processes.
As the HR and Operations Manager, you will also contribute to strategic planning, risk management, business continuity, and provide operational support for board reporting, audits, and organisational development initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in operations management. You will have strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. You will have experience with charity governance and compliance. You will have familiarity with IT systems and databases (desirably CharlieHR) and Microsoft Office. You will have experience in supplier management.
You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of different stakeholders and collaboratively across teams.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in delivering this mission by overseeing the day-to-day operation of the marketing department, ensuring the effective execution of integrated campaigns and digital activity that grows awareness, engagement, and revenue across Waverley Abbey’s family of products and brands. Key Responsibilities 1.
Operational Leadership & Team Coordination
> Provide day-to-day coordination and workflow management across the marketing function, overseeing the work of the Junior Marketing Manager (College), Digital Marketing Assistant, CRM & Data Assistant, and relevant freelancers.
> Ensure prioritisation, capacity planning, and timely delivery of campaigns, content, and marketing assets.
> Work with the Head of Marketing in building a collaborative, high-trust culture marked by creativity, excellence, and servant hearted leadership.
> Help develop team capability through informal coaching, guidance, and operational support.
> Support the Head of Marketing in strategic decisions, messaging considerations, and brand positioning, including helping to manage and mitigate any reputational risk to Waverley Abbey. 2. Campaign Planning, Delivery & Performance
