About the Role
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. MAP is the leading UK charity delivering health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement, in the occupied Palestinian territory and Palestinian refugee camps of Lebanon.
MAP seeks a Head of Logistics Systems and Training to lead the development and implementation of standardized logistics policies, procedures, and tools (excluding procurement). This role is central to ensuring that logistics systems are fit-for-purpose, efficient, compliant, and supportive of MAP’s medical aid delivery across the occupied Palestinian territory and Lebanon. A key focus will be on staff capacity building and field support to ensure high-quality logistics practices aligned with medical and humanitarian standards.
About You
You are an experienced humanitarian logistician who enjoys designing and building systems, ways of working, and governance to support more effective logistics processes and function. You have a broad range of expertise across warehousing, transport, customs and fleet management, and particular experience in health supply chains and medical logistics. You are able to bring a team with you through training to develop adherence to policies and procedures, and apply your experience in emergency response to give context appropriate advice. A solid communicator, you convey both the detail of processes and the reasons behind them to ensure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Duties and key responsibilities
1. Policy and Systems Development
• Develop, document, and roll out logistics policies and SOPs in the following key areas:
o Warehousing and cold chain management (with sensitivity to medical supply needs)
o Stock control, inventory, and distribution tracking
o Fleet and transport management (including movement of medical supplies across checkpoints and borders)
o Asset tracking and management
o Import/export procedures and customs clearance, especially for medical goods
o Logistics record-keeping and audit readiness
• Ensure that logistics systems are context-appropriate, compliant with MAP’s internal policies, donor regulations, and relevant health standards (e.g., WHO guidelines, GMP).
• Ensure that there is one version of the truth in MAP’s logistics systems, working with other systems, projects, and governance bodies as required.
• Support the development of the required systems to enable improvements in the supply chain function.
2. Training
• Conduct multiple needs assessments to identify logistics training gaps across MAP’s country offices.
• Develop training materials such as competency frameworks, learning and development programmes, and associated training materials tailored to MAP’s operational and medical logistics context.
• Deliver training and coaching to logistics, operations, and program staff in Lebanon and the oPt (West Bank and Gaza).
• Build staff capacity in cold chain, medical warehousing, and cross-border logistics procedures.
• Establish systems for ongoing learning, including refresher trainings and knowledge sharing.
3. Quality Assurance and Compliance
• Monitor field implementation of logistics procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all MAP medical logistics operations conform to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
• Support internal audits and donor reviews by ensuring logistics documentation is in place and systems are audit-ready.
• Work with MAP’s MEAL and Operations teams to develop KPIs and performance metrics for logistics operations.
• Develop and maintain a logistics risk management plan (RMP) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) plan, supporting the identification, assessment, and prioritisation of risks.
4. Operational Support
• Provide technical support to country teams during emergency responses, including surge capacity for logistics planning and setup.
• Liaise with program teams to ensure alignment between logistics support and medical programmatic needs.
• Work closely with MAP's Procurement function to ensure consistency between Procurement and Logistics systems, policies, and procedures.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential:
• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Humanitarian Operations, Public Health Logistics, or related field.
• Significant experience in humanitarian logistics, including field-based experience in complex or protracted crisis contexts.
• Demonstrable experience developing logistics SOPs and operational tools (excluding procurement).
• Experience developing and implementing logistics systems (e.g. inventory management, e-assets).
• Strong training and facilitation skills, including ability to work across cultures and languages.
• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice, cold chain and medical logistics standards.
• Familiarity with customs, import/export, and movement constraints in occupied and conflict-affected areas.
• Understanding of donor compliance frameworks (e.g., FCDO, ECHO, UN agencies).
• Prior experience with medical or public health-focused NGOs.
Desirable:
• Arabic language skills (spoken and written).
• Experience working in or on the occupied Palestinian territory and/or Lebanon.
• Prior experience with medical or public health-focused NGOs.

JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and data-driven individual to join us as Senior Officer Digital Optimisation, specialising in UX/UI to lead on the development and delivery of UK for UNHCR’s testing and optimisation strategy to improve conversion rates and user experience online, including our website, donation pages, and various subdomains. The role reports to the Head of Digital Fundraising and manages all donation pages, digital testing and tracking, as well as a range of Google and optimisation products.
The primary purpose is to optimise digital performance through A/B testing across our websites and supporting teams to adopt and implement a test-and-learn framework in their digital channels to raise more funds for refugees.
An existing A/B testing roadmap has been developed and is ready for your input and ideas. However, testing and optimisation is not limited to fundraising and will aim to improve digital conversion and performance across teams, channels and platforms – playing a key part in UNHCR’s annual fundraising programme to enable UNHCR to deliver its vision of a world where every person forced to flee can build a better life.
You will work very closely with the digital fundraising team and wider Individual Giving team, as well as Communications and Philanthropy/ Corporate Partnership colleagues, our digital agency and international fundraising teams.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategy for conversion rate optimisation, including the management of a testing roadmap to regularly execute A/B and multivariate tests and the use of new and existing technology, e.g. heatmapping to reduce friction rates and continuously improve and optimise conversions.
- Lead UX/UI across organisation, overseeing and implementing tests and analysis across teams to improve web experience and achieve required KPIs and objectives.
- Manage Google suite of tools and relevant relationships, ensuring everything is up to date and operating as necessary.
- Manage all donation pages and fundraising landing pages, building new pages, maintaining existing pages and closing pages; identify areas for improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to test and optimise.
- Utilise and manage suite of third-party platforms, e.g. Optimizely, Mouseflow, iRaiser, Sleeknote, Typeform to improve user experience and increase donations and conversions.
- Remain flexible and quickly respond to emergency situations, identifying fundraising opportunities and develop relevant comms and journeys as needed, collaborating with colleagues from across the organisation.
- Use data and insights to produce regular reports on performance against KPIs; use analytics to identify trends and optimise activities based on user behaviour.
- Manage and maintain vanity and tracking links across the organisation, utilising Google Tag Manager and UTMs to monitor performance and results.
- Stay up to date with digital best practices and technology, including sector trends, follow industry policies, including GDPR, PECR regulations, attending training and optimising plans accordingly.
- Stay up to date with issues affecting displaced communities, campaigns from international, content and reports from the field.

Personal Attributes and Experience
Essential Experience
- Experience of implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across channels, including paid and organic social, search and display; preferably within the charity sector.
- Experience of developing and delivering strategies for conversion rate optimisation and user experience/user interface.
- Experience of using digital channels for lead acquisition and conversion to grow income.
- Experience of measuring, evaluating and reporting on digital activity and performance across multiple channels and digital campaigns, paid and organic.
- Experience of working with external agencies and suppliers.
Essential Skills/Knowledge
- Experience of using Google Analytics or other web behavioural analytics tools.
- Experience with experimentation tools like Optimisely or similar.

About the role
We are looking for a Website Content Officer to work alongside Communications Officers in Gaza and the West Bank and the Lebanon Team to produce highly engaging content for MAP’s website. The Website Content Officer will be responsible for ensuring content across the website is maintained and kept up-to-date, and supporting colleagues across the organisation to deliver the highest quality web content that reaches their audiences and meets the strategic goals of the organisation.

· Write, edit, and publish engaging SEO-optimised content, blogs, and stories.

The International Programmes Department (IPD) is a busy, multi-functional team at the heart of the work of Muslim Aid in the UK and internationally.
The Global Programmes Assistant reports directly to the Global Programmes Manager and will primarily be responsible for providing support functions to the International Programmes team. The role requires excellent organisational, teamwork and numeracy skills, to work with key stakeholders to ensure an effective, efficient and quality delivery of development and emergency response programmes.
The Global Programmes Assistant also supports the administrative work of the department, including the preparation and tracking of project payments, and maintaining partner due diligence records.
About the Role:
- Provide programme and administrative assistance to Country Programmes and Programmes Partnerships teams as required including support with the development and production of project proposals.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the Project Tracker and SharePoint site.
- Maintain soft (and if required hard copies of) programme files, provide filing assistance to the team and support archiving.
- Ensure the timely submission of quarterly and completion reports, and support the review of seasonal and small-medium project reports as delegated by Country Programmes and Programmes Partnerships teams

We are seeking an organised and proactive person to provide day-to-day support across both functions, with around 70% of the role focused on HR. The HR and governance officer will support the organisation’s human resources, governance, and compliance functions, reporting to the COO. They will work to ensure that HR function and practices are fair, legally compliant, and aligned with organisational values, and will provide the COO with board management support. This role combines operational HR support with insight into governance processes, supporting a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant working environment.
Main Responsibilities
Human Resources:
● Coordinate recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and contracts, applicant screening, supporting interviews and collecting references;
● Manage staff onboarding processes and induction material;
● Maintain and update HR policies, the staff handbook, and training records in consultation with the COO;
● Manage the HR system (Natural HR or equivalent) and ensure records are accurate and up to date;
● Manage EAP scheme, training, and benefits (e.g. Climate Perks, glasses benefit, Cycle to Work scheme);
● Coordinate staff performance reviews and support line managers with induction, appraisal, and probation processes;
● Manage visa applications for qualifying staff;
● Ensure compliance with UK employment law and monitor HR legislation changes;
● Support the COO in embedding EDI principles in operational practice.
Governance:
● Provide administrative support to the Board and sub-committees, including scheduling meetings, supporting the COO in preparing papers, and minuting meetings;

● Ensure timely and accurate submissions to the Charity Commission and Companies House
Finance:
● Process monthly credit card receipts;
● Budget management, including preparation and expenditure tracking.
General:
● Build collaborative relationships across the organisation.

Essential Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
● Understanding of and a commitment to the mission of the charity
● Experience in HR administration and policy development;
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
