We're looking for a talented and motivated Multimedia Producer to join Mind's in-house Creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to help bring our brand to life through powerful, video, photo and audio content that supports our mission to ensure everyone with a mental health problem gets support and respect.

As part of a growing team, you'll produce high-quality multimedia content across a wide range of formats - from filmed stories and campaign assets to social videos, interviews, animations, and audio pieces. You'll collaborate with colleagues across Mind, transforming briefs into engaging, accessible content that resonates with audiences and strengthens our brand.

This role is perfect for someone with strong videography, photography and editing skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to work on multiple briefs in a fast-moving environment.

Key duties and responsibilities

What you'll be doing

-Filming and editing high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, events, and web.

-Producing multimedia content from concept through to final delivery - including storyboarding, scripting support, filming & post-production.

-Managing multiple briefs at once, balancing new creative work with BAU production needs.

-Ensuring all content is technically correct, accessible, and optimised for specific platforms and formats.

-Collaborating with colleagues in Creative, Brand, Marketing and Digital to develop impactful concepts.

-Organising and maintaining our digital asset library, including raw footage, final edits and consent forms.

-Occasionally liaising with or commissioning freelancers and production partners.

-Staying up to date with video trends, accessibility practices, equipment, and production techniques.

About you

You'll bring:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Volunteer Manager to lead the development, coordination, and growth of our volunteer programme supporting unpaid carers (both adults and young carers).

This role will focus on recruiting, training, and supporting a diverse volunteer base, including members of the public, college students, and student social workers to deliver a range of support across our services. Alongside this, the Volunteer Manager will play a key role in building internal capacity by equipping staff with the skills and confidence to effectively support volunteers in their roles. Key Responsibilities

Volunteer Recruitment & Engagement:

Hepatitis is now the world’s deadliest communicable disease, claiming 1.34 million lives each year. Yet the world has everything it needs to eliminate it, including affordable testing and treatment, a vaccine for hepatitis B, and a cure for hepatitis C. Lack of awareness, stigma and discrimination in society, and a lack of action by decision makers, has stalled hepatitis healthcare worldwide. As a result, 287 million people are living with the virus, but only a small fraction know.

We are looking for someone to position WHA and the hepatitis cause within the global health landscape.

The successful candidate will deliver high impact multi-channel global campaigns to communicate our work to key stakeholders. We are looking for a communications all-rounder, with skills across content creation, copywriting, marketing, and social media. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative problem solver, ready to turn their hand to a wide range of projects.

Experience

This service provides free counselling support delivered by student counsellors, offering vital emotional wellbeing support to carers. The service also trains volunteers to offer a compassionate listening service.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a relatively new part of the charity, ensuring high-quality delivery while contributing to its growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Coordination:

1. Manage referrals into the wellbeing service, including initial contact and triage of unpaid carers into the caring callers support offer or counselling offer
2. Assess needs and match carers appropriately with student counsellors/ volunteers

About the role

This role is pivotal in contributing to the overall mission of RFUK to protect rainforests and support Indigenous Peoples and local communities.

The Programme Support Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring sound management of specific projects in line with strategy, agreed budgets, log frames, work plans and procedures and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including monitoring project implementation and documentation, as well as ensuring timely and accurate reporting to donors in collaboration with team members and partners.

This is a full-time (35 hours per week) fixed-term role for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The post can be based fully remotely in France or offered as a hybrid role from our London office, with at least 1 day per week in the office. About you

You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a background in project management, preferably in the NGO or international development sector. You possess excellent written and spoken fluency in both English and French, enabling you to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and local partners.

Your experience includes supporting project and financial management, including close liaison with implementing partners, taking high quality meeting notes, and producing succinct reports. You have experience monitoring project implementation and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.

What we’re looking for:

You will have current or very recent experience within a regulated, property-based Adult Social Care organisation (for example, supported living or care home services), potentially gained as a Quality Lead, Registered Manager, Commissioner, Inspector, or in a similar role. As well as in-person attendance at our Board meetings and strategic awayday, you will be required to be a member of one of NCHA’s separate committees. About the role

We are seeking a Branch Finance Manager to provide financial oversight, compliance support and business services across our national branch network and National Support Centre.

You will play a key role in ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting and consistent compliance across branches, working closely with staff and volunteers to strengthen financial governance and operational effectiveness.

Alongside core finance responsibilities, the role supports wider business services including procurement, contracts, insurance, fleet and health & safety.

Key responsibilities

Branch finance & compliance

• Oversee branch financial returns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance
• Support financial analysis and modelling for branch activity and planning
• Provide guidance and training to branches and volunteers on financial systems and processes

Business services

• Support HR administration, insurance, data protection and facilities management
• Manage procurement and supplier contracts, ensuring value for money
• Support improvements to operational systems and processes

Governance & controls

• Maintain and support financial policies and compliance frameworks
• Assist with investigations into financial or compliance issues where required

About you

You are a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, MAAT or equivalent) with strong experience in financial management, control and reporting.

We are looking for someone who is excited to  support young refugees from 11 – 25 yrs. old living in Croydon. Young refugees have a unique and complex lived experience and need a range of different support that should be tailored to their needs.  We deliver trauma informed, relational and humanistic mental health interventions and to help young refugees navigate their experiences in a new life and environment and to build their resilience and ability to use mental health resources and tools to gain insight into their emotions, feelings and behaviours.  We are looking for someone with experience of working with young refugees or a passion to develop work with this client group and champions their needs in a complex life.

For all posts you need to have a mental health qualification and at least two years’ experience of working with young people. We are also looking for people with an open and flexible attitude; excellent engagement skills and a passion for working with children and young people around mental health.

Responsibilities include offering a flexible range of short-term and longer-term mental health interventions to children and young people aged 11-25 including individual and group-based support; workshops; crisis support; mental health themed activities. The posts have scope and opportunity for developing new initiatives and ways of working to support young people’s mental health across South London.

All posts are fully office based and will require flexible working across service areas and interventions and will involve regular evening and weekend work to meet the needs of young people.
