We're looking for a talented and motivated Multimedia Producer to join Mind's in-house Creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to help bring our brand to life through powerful, video, photo and audio content that supports our mission to ensure everyone with a mental health problem gets support and respect.

As part of a growing team, you'll produce high-quality multimedia content across a wide range of formats - from filmed stories and campaign assets to social videos, interviews, animations, and audio pieces. You'll collaborate with colleagues across Mind, transforming briefs into engaging, accessible content that resonates with audiences and strengthens our brand.

This role is perfect for someone with strong videography, photography and editing skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to work on multiple briefs in a fast-moving environment.

Key duties and responsibilities

What you'll be doing

-Filming and editing high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, events, and web.

-Producing multimedia content from concept through to final delivery - including storyboarding, scripting support, filming & post-production.

-Managing multiple briefs at once, balancing new creative work with BAU production needs.

-Ensuring all content is technically correct, accessible, and optimised for specific platforms and formats.

-Collaborating with colleagues in Creative, Brand, Marketing and Digital to develop impactful concepts.

-Organising and maintaining our digital asset library, including raw footage, final edits and consent forms.

-Occasionally liaising with or commissioning freelancers and production partners.

-Staying up to date with video trends, accessibility practices, equipment, and production techniques.

-Ensuring our work includes people with mental health problems from diverse backgrounds and supports Mind's commitment to becoming a truly anti-racist organisation.

About you

You'll bring:

-Experience filming and editing video content for different audiences, channels and formats.

-Experience in shooting photography and post-production of images.

-Technical confidence in videography, lighting, sound and editing workflows.

-Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.

-Creative flair and the ability to work within brand guidelines and tone of voice.

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting people who are blind, partially sighted, Deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind. You'll be at the heart of a busy service, helping to coordinate appointments, equipment, enquiries, stock and administration, ensuring people receive the support they need when they need it.

No two days are quite the same. One day you might be arranging equipment orders and managing stock, the next supporting visitors, coordinating appointments or helping a colleague source equipment or information quickly. What you'll be doing

What we're looking for:

You may come from an administration, customer service, retail, healthcare, education, charity or community services background.

· Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and databases

It would be an advantage if you have experience of stock management, ordering processes, working with volunteers or supporting people with disabilities or sensory loss, but this isn't essential.

Here at Rainbows Children’s Hospice, we provide specialist palliative care and end-of-life support to over 750 Babies, Children, and Young People living with life-shortening and life-threatening conditions, as well as approximately 3,000 people, including families, siblings, and carers, across the East Midlands. Simply put, we’re here to brighten short lives and support families, wherever they are.

We are currently seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to join our dedicated Volunteering Team at Rainbows. Volunteers play a pivotal role in supporting every aspect of our vital work – from fundraising and events, to our retail shops and the hospice itself – with over 350 individuals generously volunteering their time, skills, and passion.

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual who will help ensure volunteers feel welcomed, supported, and confident, enabling them to make a meaningful difference to children, young people and families across our services.

Location: Primarily an office-based role, at our hospice in Loughborough.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Some flexibility is required, as occasional evening and weekend working and regional travel will be part of supporting volunteers.

About the role

As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping how people volunteer with Rainbows. You’ll lead on volunteer recruitment across the East Midlands, building relationships with communities and organisations, and supporting individuals to find opportunities that match their motivations, skills and strengths. HR Systems Assistant

We are looking for a curious, detail-focused and proactive HR MIS Assistant to join the People Services team.

This is a full-time, home-based role, with occasional travel to Preston for meetings and training.

The Role

This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll support the day-to-day operation of the HR systems across the organisation.

You’ll work across several systems, with key platforms including:

• IRIS Cascade (HR system)
• Hireserve (recruitment system)
• Fresh Service (ticketing platform)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting employee data and processes within Cascade
• Assisting with recruitment workflows in Hireserve

About the role:

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Manager on a full-time basis (35 hours, 5 days per week), to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our Essex Care Team to families in the local area, at a time where they need it most. 

Reporting to the Head of Care out of our Essex base and working in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for delivering a high-quality family support service; and will act as the local Registered Manager for the Care Quality Commission, providing management and leadership to the team in relation to all safeguarding issues.

• An experienced child health, education or social care professional - applications will be particularly welcome from those who have worked in a community environment and those with a recognised qualification in education, health or social care

We are looking for a Housing Night Worker to join our teams across Lansworth House and Gareth Stacey House, working flexibly between both sites to ensure young people are safe.

You will respond promptly to any reported incidents, accidents, or concerns, carrying out thorough checks and taking appropriate action to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone on site. You will also take a proactive approach to preventing anti‑social behaviour, working closely with support staff to maintain a positive environment. In addition, you will carry out one‑to‑one interventions with young people who may be experiencing a mental health crisis or who require medical assistance, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate support.

This role involves lone working, so you will need to be confident in decision‑making and in following procedures.
