The role:
 
This is a broad and varied role with a strong IT focus (c.70%), alongside responsibility for facilities, contracts, suppliers and fleet. It would suit someone who enjoys a practical, fast-paced role with real ownership and variety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT operations alongside the external MSP, including service levels, escalations and performance management
• Provide hands-on support across a Microsoft environment, including user access, onboarding/offboarding and device management
• Oversee contracts, suppliers, renewals and cost control across operational services
• Support the running of 8 offices and properties, including leases, maintenance, security and office moves, working closely with external third parties
• Manage a fleet of 80 vehicles, including compliance, renewals and line management of the Fleet Administrator  
• Support key business projects including systems replacement, office moves and fleet renewal

About you

• IT Management experience in a similar roles within charity, education or the public sector
• Strong hands-on IT experience, ideally within a Microsoft 365 environment
• Experience managing or working with an MSP and holding them to account on service delivery
• Confident managing suppliers, contracts and budgets
• Strong Excel and numerical skills
• Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling a varied workload
• Able to balance technical IT work with broader operational responsibilities

Yet the world has everything it needs to eliminate it, including affordable testing and treatment, a vaccine for hepatitis B, and a cure for hepatitis C. Lack of awareness, stigma and discrimination in society, and a lack of action by decision makers, has stalled hepatitis healthcare worldwide. As a result, 287 million people are living with the virus, but only a small fraction know.

We are looking for someone to position WHA and the hepatitis cause within the global health landscape.

The successful candidate will deliver high impact multi-channel global campaigns to communicate our work to key stakeholders. About the role

This role is pivotal in contributing to the overall mission of RFUK to protect rainforests and support Indigenous Peoples and local communities.

The Programme Support Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring sound management of specific projects in line with strategy, agreed budgets, log frames, work plans and procedures and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including monitoring project implementation and documentation, as well as ensuring timely and accurate reporting to donors in collaboration with team members and partners.

This is a full-time (35 hours per week) fixed-term role for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The post can be based fully remotely in France or offered as a hybrid role from our London office, with at least 1 day per week in the office. You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a background in project management, preferably in the NGO or international development sector. About the role

We are seeking a Branch Finance Manager to provide financial oversight, compliance support and business services across our national branch network and National Support Centre.

We are looking for someone who is excited to  support young refugees from 11 – 25 yrs. old living in Croydon. Young refugees have a unique and complex lived experience and need a range of different support that should be tailored to their needs.  We deliver trauma informed, relational and humanistic mental health interventions and to help young refugees navigate their experiences in a new life and environment and to build their resilience and ability to use mental health resources and tools to gain insight into their emotions, feelings and behaviours.  We are looking for someone with experience of working with young refugees or a passion to develop work with this client group and champions their needs in a complex life.

For all posts you need to have a mental health qualification and at least two years’ experience of working with young people. We are also looking for people with an open and flexible attitude; excellent engagement skills and a passion for working with children and young people around mental health.

Responsibilities include offering a flexible range of short-term and longer-term mental health interventions to children and young people aged 11-25 including individual and group-based support; workshops; crisis support; mental health themed activities. The posts have scope and opportunity for developing new initiatives and ways of working to support young people’s mental health across South London.

All posts are fully office based and will require flexible working across service areas and interventions and will involve regular evening and weekend work to meet the needs of young people.
