Job description

SUPPORT PLANNER, MICHAEL VARNAM HOUSE, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 22`2 HPW (3 DAYS A WEEK – OCCASIONAL WEEKEND WORK), FRWK06 £18,476 - £20,531 FTE (PRO-RATED RATE OF PAY: £11,235 - £12,485)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a vibrant team working with homeless people with substance misuse issues.

Michael Varnam House is a gated community comprising of 16 self-contained flats and two en-suite community supported detoxification beds housed within beautifully landscaped gardens located on the north side of Nottingham city in the Arboretum.

The team are trained in delivering Smart Recovery group work which is a CBT based recovery model.

In conjunction with Frameworks Last Orders we manage an NHS community detox facility for Nottingham City residents.

The hours will involve shift work on a rota.
