About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused administrator to support anaesthetists throughout their training journey, from entry into specialty training through to the award of a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). The role also supports the administration of the College's online training portfolio, helping to ensure that trainees maintain accurate training records throughout their careers.
As a key member of the Training Team, you will provide advice and guidance to trainees, trainers and other stakeholders on a range of specialty training matters. You will work closely with the General Medical Council (GMC), senior anaesthetists, College Officers and colleagues across the College to ensure the effective delivery of training processes and support services.

About You
You will have experience working in a helpdesk and/or customer service environment, alongside proven experience providing administrative and secretarial support to formal committees, including the preparation of agendas and minute-taking.
You will be able to interpret, simplify and communicate complex information clearly and accurately, with the ability to develop and maintain a sound understanding of anaesthetic training regulations and routes to the GMC Register.
Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts.

As they enter an exciting new chapter, this newly created role will play a pivotal role in strengthening their campaigning capability and shaping some of the most important national debates about how we use our finite supply of land in joined up, sustainable ways.
Working closely with colleagues across the charity, the charity's England wide network, and external partners and allies, you'll help to drive the charity's ambitious campaigning agenda. This role will collaborate with the also newly created Head of Campaigns – Landscapes and Land Use. While each role leads a distinct portfolio, together they will deliver the charity's strategic goals for a more joined-up approach to land, ensuring decisions about housing, infrastructure, food production, nature, climate and landscapes are no longer made in isolation, through campaigns that connect people, influence policy and create lasting change.
This is not a traditional policy role. We're looking for a strategic campaigner who understands how to combine policy insight, public engagement and influential relationships to drive change. And for someone’s who’s interested in the bigger picture of how planning and infrastructure fit into wider land use debates.
Leading the charity's work on planning, infrastructure and development, you'll translate complex issues into compelling campaigns and policy stories that influence decision-makers and mobilise and grow the charity's supporter base, building momentum for change. You'll ensure the charity remains at the forefront of shaping conversations around the future and purpose of strategic and joined up planning and the opportunities it offers for people, nature restoration and adaptation to climate change.
You will bring significant experience of leading campaigns, policy communications, external affairs or influencing work, alongside a strong understanding of the planning and infrastructure landscape. You do not need to be a qualified planner, but you will have the credibility to engage confidently with policymakers, sector experts, partners and MPs, and the ability to turn that understanding into effective campaign strategies. About the role:
We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker for a fixed term period of up to 12 months, on a full-time basis (35 hours, 5 days per week) to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our Kentown Team to families in the local area, at a time where they need it most.
Reporting to the Family Support Manager of the Kentown Team and working in partnership with health, education and social care professionals, you will take responsibility for providing needs-led emotional, social and practical support to families where a child/young person has a life threatening or terminal illness. You will enjoy responsibility for managing your own schedule, remaining flexible to the needs of the families on your caseload.
Having worked in a demanding and emotional environment you have a genuine interest in building supportive relationships and helping people; and having provided bereavement support to families, you understand processes of grief, loss and change - and how best to help others deal with its impact.

As a Rugby Union Activator, you will play a key role in growing participation and engagement in Rugby Union across the University of Northampton. Working closely with students, volunteers, the Students' Union and the RFU, you will organise and deliver inclusive activities, social sport sessions and events that encourage students, particularly women, to get involved in the game. You will help develop a welcoming Rugby Union community, promote volunteering opportunities, support participant development and contribute to the delivery of the university's Rugby Union programme. This flexible role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in sports development, event delivery and student engagement while making a lasting impact on the student experience.
